Returned from 4 nights, traveling with my (Turkish) husband and three kids, ages 2, 4, and 7. Had an amazing time and would definitely book again! PROS: English Speaking: having read other reviews I was concerned that we would have a hard time communicating as my kids and I are American and speak no German, only a few Turkish words. For the most part, everyone working at the hotel could speak and understand English and we had no trouble at all! Animation Team / Entertainment: the animation team went above and beyond! We participated in the nightly Kids Disco at 8:15 each night and stayed for the nightly shows (top notch!) that went on at 9:00. The Amphitheatre was great and not crowded at all. My older two also joined in the daily 4:30 soccer / futbol pick up game (kids + adults!). The animation team knew all my kids names and went out of there way to say hi every time they saw us. Truly amazing and warm group of people. Waterslides: newly redone waterslides were awesome! All my kids had fun in the smaller water playground and my oldest two (4 and 7) were able to do the new larger slides, alongside my husband and me. We had a blast and there were NO lines (I doubt this will hold true in future years as these waterslides will likely attract more and more visitors to the hotel in the future). Beach: the beach seating was ample, the hotel beach bar with food and drinks was close to the sand and water, and the sea was clear and uncrowded. We spent two full days here when we typically are pool goers! Bar: two walk up pool bars and a beach bar with a great drink / cocktail selection and Efes on tap. Iced coffee and full coffee and tea menu as well! CONSIDERATIONS: Kids Club: if you are looking for a hotel to drop your kids at a kids club and do your own thing for hours…this probably isn’t the hotel for you. While they have an activity a day (we did tshirt painting!) and a small kids play room, the vibe is more to hang out with your kids and do things as a family. Food: I’ve been to other all inclusive resorts that have multiple dining areas and menus and snack bars. This was a bit smaller with less options (burgers / fries at the pool bar) and only cookies / pastries were served in the afternoon (between 3-5) so you had to plan out ahead of time if you weren’t right on the dining room schedule. That said, a fair and wide array of foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to meet all international preferences. Pool Seating: pool seating is limited compared to the beach and most get up at 6 or 7 am to lock down their chairs for the day. If you don’t get seats early on you’re likely without chairs the rest of the day.

We have visited end of April/Early May 2024. We have had an amazing experience. Despite of the fact that we were one of very few English speaking couples (vast majority was German) there was never any issues with communicating with the staff. Food was amazing, good variety, the desserts were on another level! Even if you stayed for two weeks there was no way to try all the cakes, there was an overwhelmingly huge variety everyday! Facilities include gym, spa, private beach with its own bar/food. There are conveniently located shops/bazaars couple of minutes walk away, as well as bus stop outside serving all neighbouring towns including Side Old town. What really made our stay memorable, was the staff, which were all very welcoming, and took their time to speak to us to make sure we are enjoying our holiday. Highlight of our evening, was visiting the terrace bar, special thanks to Mustafa, Salih, Elvan and their colleagues (sorry we haven’t noted down all names) for being super friendly and making effort to speak to us every night and making our evenings. Restaurant staff were also lovely, special thanks to Murat & Mehmett. Entertainment and activities were amazing, especially beach volley & water polo with Talisca & Leyla. Music through the day and evening was amazing, with different genres everyday, provided by great DJ Mali. All in all we have had an amazing holiday and and made great friendships.

“Terrific turkey”

We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and there is no other way to word it other than it's a paradise. Young or small there is something here for everyone and a week simply doesn't feel long enough. The complex has absolutely everything you need including a doctor and shops downstairs. If you're a nervous traveller and a bit anxious about new places then a stay at Novum garden is definitely the place for you. If you're more adventurous then less than a minute down the road is a world full of markets, shops, restaurants and a community full of very friendly hardworking people just waiting to say hello. I will say (and I mean this with no disrespect) the hotel is 95% German. Some staff speak very good English but upon arrival you will be greeted in German. So if you're a British couple or family looking to mix with other Brits then you won't find it here. Having said that, the staff are very attentive to any needs and no job is too big or small for them. The cleanliness is second to none.

This is a truly good all inclusive hotel. Everything is included and good quality: -pools, slides, saunas, lounger towels -drinks, including cocktails -beach loungers -deserts, snacks, drinks, served all day Everything is run by the hotel, so everybody gets the same great experience. Food is very good and variety is great. Beach is close (200m) and walk max in 10 min. There is an entertainment in the evening but all goes quiet at 23:30. Food and drinks are still served. Potentially the best all inclusive place for cleanness and food I have ever been to. Sabit, the night manager we met, and the whole team, especially the guys in the terrace and pool bar were great. the slides in the swimming pool are closed 2 hours at noon, I wish they open it longer, nevertheless it was a great experience The beach bar, which we learned was renovated this year, is very nice. Although the food on the beach is sometimes cold, it is very diverse and delicious. The shops in the hotel have similar prices to local shops. We will be back at some point as we loved the place. As for the German comments, we had no problems with them and even became friends with some of them.
