The hotel which touched hearts :-) We have been to this hotel 3 times and coming back at the end of September again. It is like our second home abroad. I do not even know where to start... I visited the hotel with my family and also on my own, and there is plenty things to do in both cases. As for stuff and hotel service, they are simply amazing, always smiling yet hardworking people. If you need anything they are there for you ready to help or assist. I highly appreciate their working spirit and enthusiasm. And do not forget - your smile or politeness can also make wonders 😉 All the rooms we were accommodated were clean, cozy; maintained daily, clean towels + beverage in the fridge supplied too. There is a kettle in the rooms and a hairdryer as well. A safe for your precious belongings is present there too. We enjoyed wonderful views from all our rooms, opening the balcony doors every morning and seeing the beautiful view of sea and hotels garden was breathtaking. As for food - there is plenty to taste, plenty to eat. I would say that everyone can find their own to be satisfied. There are also themed nights at the restaurant so that you can enjoy various cuisines as well ( French night, Mexican night, Turkish night..). During the dinners it can be a bit crowded but it never happened to us not to find a table to sit or be served by the waiters when speaking of drinks :-) The service stuff there is amazing, always in a good mood and trying to do all for you. They mostly speak Polish, German, English or Russian, so no worries ;-) Beach / pools. We love the beach, most people are by the pools but we always come for sea. There are pebbles on the beach so water shoes are recommended. The access to the sea is through the beach (showers there) or from the molo (with shower on it) so you can also enjoy jumping to the sea from it. There is bar at the beach so you can have your drinks there. The food / ice cream is served during the day right behind the beach in the garden (which by the way is gorgeous, green beauty) - AMPHI bar (toilets ) or SNACK bar (toilets) so no need to rush to the main hotel building for food. There are plenty of activities at the pool during the day so you can enjoy yourselves there - aqua aerobic, fly boards etc... There is a pool for the smallest ones and also water slides for the rest, I spent hours and hours with my son there :-))) SPA - located on -2 floor- I visited the spa every time, right at the beginning of our stay. Hammam and a massage were always wonderful and worth the money! It gets you ready for relax and simply enjoying your vacations. Highly recommended. A LA CARTE Restaurant (various cuisines to choose) - I decided to go for Italian cuisine and I have to admit it was an excellent  choice. The food was soooo delicious and there were plenty of them to taste! The highlights for me were Tagliatelle alla fungi con crema and last but definitely not least the dessert - the heaven in mouth! I was not sure if I could make it another bite of anything at the end of the dinner but once I tasted Tiramisu and the song "What a wonderful world" started to play ... It was like a perfect moment to remember forever! There is also an inside pool, bowling and many other stuff we unfortunately had no time to discover so far but I think we can make it next time. To sum it up - the only minus is that we had to go back home always and our stay was sooo short ;-)

Do not for one moment believe this is a 5 star hotel. We arrived at midnight and all the lights in reception were off and we were made to feel like a complete nuisance. Do not for one moment believe this is a 5 star hotel. We arrived at midnight and all the lights in reception were off and we were made to feel like a complete nuisance. I have a family of 6 and planned for my husband, daughter who is 8, son who is 12 and myself to stay in one room and my other 2 sons, aged 17 and 15 to stay in another room near us. Turns out the rooms only have a double and single bed so my 12 year old slept in the room with his brothers. I asked if we could be in rooms close to each other but we got level 2 and they got level 5 on the different side of the hotel to us. The fridges in the room are poorly stocked so we went back down to reception to ask for some food. They told us we had to wait until 2am - which we did - and then all they had to offer was hard bread and warm cheese and ham. The hotel in itself was nice but the beach is a disappointment. There’s a choice of beer or warm water from a water filter. The evening entertainment- fine if you want to sit in a stadium where it’s boiling hot and there’s no bar! Plus, I have teenagers who wanted to stay up, yet come 11:30pm, even for the pool bar party and karaoke party were in full flow, they turn off the lights and air con. Ice cream is only available 1-5pm!! And it’s rubbish! Drinks are rubbish! Vodka tastes like nail varnish remover and the coke is just like syrup that hasn’t been diluted. Buffet is the same old stuff every day and good luck trying to find a seat inside and be prepared to sweat eating outside!
