We really liked this hotel, the room service is super. Everyone in the bars and the hotel is very polite. Everything is clean. The menu is very varied. One minus was the music sometimes was okay, but when there was live music, a girl and a guy sang, it was boring. The entertainment programs were super, especially today. nice guys who made the evenings, especially Zhuldys, during our entire stay at the hotel she gave us all the advice about entertainment. 1st time Selectum experience We are so happy that we choised this Resort! ***** Dont know where to begin We r small Family with a 4 years old girl We arrived hotel a bit early, Nadja is welcomed us and informed from everything, while filling forms Maklab played with my daughter . Was amazing welcoming Sinan from reception told us to go eat n spend time bu pool and come back till the room ready While we r exploring hotel we met with GM Mr Sedat and Mr ali from front office Amazing people! They listened us and asked if we need anything. Really grateful , anytime we saw Mr Sedat or Mr Ali we see by pool or beach area they ask if all good with us. Thats makes u feel special! Hats off ! We received our room request, Excellent room with a spectacular view... also offered a Villa upgrade but we would love to b closeby to mini club and main area. Both sides of Resort is lovely do! Room 1410, was so clean, Fatma our Housekeeper look aftered us , seaside , mini bar full with canned drinks and a bottle of Efes beer. Large balcony, clean towels, shampoos, hair creams, slippers , puppies designed slipper for my kid , lovely giraffe designed comphy beds also master bed is super comphy, lovely proper pillows, room is large enough for 3 adult and one child , free safety box, Proper working Ac, jet shower , tv channels in many langauges ( channel 1 for info) Breakfast , there is a lot of everyone. Tea coffees , juices, kids open buffet , we always sit main door or mid door areas cos of more light n fresh ( do not expect english breakfast ) Outside there is omelette show each day , go n Order which one is ur favourite and also outside one more place to find tosties ( thats Grill restaurant and snack area ) The Turkish fresh made donuts were the best ( it is called Pişi ) i would b happy if cinnamon sugar provided , like how we do in Holland ) we used white sugar but u may eat with cheese or Jam or with anything u like 10 am Select Coffee Bar opens and it is beter than Starbucks that u may enjoy a lovely latte or capucchino or milk shakes There are many Rattan Sofas that u may wish to chill till u ready to go swim or Aquapark Sunset Bar and Pier Bar opens 10 am and there r so many drinks and all of them quality items There are private pavillions by besch that u have to book Spirits , Smirnoff, Jim beam , JB, vat69 , Gin , Mojitos were amazing! Beer was Efes , Turkish yoghurt drink or soda drinks they r Pepsi colas By biggest bar is Innavador Bar where Barmen Showman " Zeki " works. He is absolutely the best at his profession. I also can say Oday , Mehmet , Huseyin , Omer , Hasan , Ozan and Baran . Them lovely guys and working so hard! Pay a raise these boys !!! . For example Go and record Zeki while he works ( he enjoyes what he does ) Hotel is huge so sometime we go to eat by Aquapark Lake restaurant make us feel like in French Riviera or somewhere in Aegea / West Turkey or Greece By lake houses there r Olive bar where Aziz works. That guy is also has a lot of knowledge about beverages . Sometime i go n talk with him . Great Fella! By Lake restaurant Talip chef, Sohret , Senan and Salim works. Amazing people. That restaurant was my favourite. Fresh Seabreams, Fresh Meatballs, Steaks, ( would b good if we could have steak sauces ) chips, rices Desserts and salads... and Gelato ( only by Lake restaurant has a gelatos) between 11 am and 4 pm , Lemon sorbet was best ever I can say that Mini club is best part of the Hotel opens at 10:00 am , u must register ur kid for the first time. Turay, amazing guy , he gave us info in our first arrival, Helin is great person and she is great dancer , Naz very talkative and cheerful, Gulsezin, Madina , Makbal , Sara, Akad, Assem its a Great Team This guys always look after ur kid and always ask if all going well ! With 0 stress i would enjoy my pool time while my kid was doing activities and playing there! Mini club is safe for kids ( while outside 30 degree ) it is green carpetted area and there is kids toilet and water and many game area , slide, water guns, and activities... play station4 for teenagers Basketball game and air hockey ( these are free of charge ) U may wish to paint bags or Tshirts for 15 euro cheap as chips or sand painting for 10 euro Free painting also in midday , face painting and many other activities. My child found more than what she has at my home and in garden and also make nee friends. Admired Mini Club!! Kids mini disco starts after meal 8:30 every day after than that 9 pm the bit shows and events starts so u miss nothing The Amusement park is great! Bumper cars! It brought me to my youth! Loved it! There r many other things for each age!!! A great hotel for childs and youngsters and who feel theirself Young!!! The shows for kids , Super heros, jonglor Baboo show was one of best! The shows were also adults i enjoyed both shows like many other parents did A lot events, loved Colombians dancers, Fashion Show with go go dancers and lovely photoshoot areas, GReat dj'es , Circus show... amazing Animation team is ok , i am a father i spent many time by mini club area and aauapark but i observe they do beach volleyball, Darts, pool games in the morning , Boccas There r ala carte restaurants too Italian Turkish and Sea food and everyday except Thursday Sushi restaurant Sushi restaurant not much choise but I appreciate i am nearly each day able to find Sushi like a Sushi lover!!! Main restaurant , theme nights like Turkish, International, Fish, Mexican etc... it there is nothing go to grill snack restaurant also lunch time there 4 other place with variety of food In one restaurant u may find Doner kebap in an other Nuggets and chips, in other one Fish and meatballs and grills , in holland we say Keuse is Reuze! Plentiful for anyone There r always kids buffet or small bottles for babies, if u miss something ask the manager or Ched. They will help u ! my partner is fussy eater, so one day needed Cheese pizza or Turkish pide and they happily sorted it out! Please read ur map good which handed by Check in so dont miss anything ( took two days explored to hotel for me ) There is a market by Spa and sport center, Lobby bar is very convenient , i loved the style of Lobby bar, dated but it has got a character ! There r Efes and Becks beer there ! To highlight : Best Kids club and Mini Club!!! Great kids shows and events for Adults Best barmens, Good helpful staff! Lovely hard working cleaners Lake house area chill ! U want privacy go to Purple pool area , Aquapark a lot of slides to use! The fresh donuts by breakfast is amazing! There is a queue always :) so u can guess! What can b beter Sometime u see hotel needs some maintenance but i stay a week, i saw GM Mr Sedat was keep look after these things and let em repair, and we arrived end of the season, probably tiredness of whole busy season Hotel esp Wc by restaurant could b cleaner, its ok but could be! Sometime there is cups and empty glasses waiting by table a lot i guess due to lack of staff ( end of season, back to School ) There is no alcohol free beer ! but they have alcohol free Monitos and cocktails Lake houses Sunbeds has cushion but bot in Aquapark area... and there r less tables in beteren Aquapark area perhaps for more sunbeds to locate. There must be a reason Not so much cats or stay animals around area . A mother cat n a few funny puss we saw! My partner has cat phobia but wanted to share this if anyone has this issue like my partner Overall this is 5 stars hotel ! Highly recommend this hotel for Family with kids, With Nee parents, Youngsters, couples and solos! Majority is Russian guests, minority Lithuanians, Polish , Bulgarian, Moldova, Turkish , so sometime they have more things for Russian guests but this is understandable When singer sings turkish , many english songs sometime sings at Russian and Polish too Special thanks to Turay to arrange bday party for my daughter and thanks for the prezzie! If u have bday or anniversary please share with animation or guest relation ! They will definitely surprise u! There is shops n markets in nearby and there is bus to Manavgat by front door Thank u , We will come back!
