“Good holiday”

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the view was stunning. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant was fresh and delicious, and the spa services were a real treat. I will definitely be coming back

“Always loved it, but this time has been different”

We are here right now, and love the hotel, and have stayed here before. We are however exhausted. The AC is no longer an option and only heating available (across all rooms). Our room is unbearably hot and we cannot open the door as the music is so loud way in to the night that we simply can't get any sleep either for noise or room temperature. We have raised this through multiple means to no avail. Whilst we love it, doubt we will return as not able to sleep takes away feom the lovely relaxing vibe we had come to know from the resort 😒

The hotel has its pluses and minuses but it is far from being a 5 star hotel. The rooms are modern, the Maldive pool and its area is amazing, the territory is quite large, but that's it. The hotel has its pluses and minuses but it is far from being a 5 star hotel. The rooms are modern, the Maldive pool and its area is amazing, the territory is quite large, but that's it. If you don't give tips to the staff, don't expect anything. The food variety is non existent, alcohol cocktails are the worst we have ever tasted - syrup is dominating in all of them. The entertainment team is by far the worst we have encountered - when they pass by guests, they don't evem say good morning to anyone! The only great animator is Rumeysa, a huge thanks to her for making all guests included in activities and simpky for having a casual chat! Overall the hotel territory needs a deep cleaning, sticky tables, dirty floors, cups and sunbeds everywhere, nobody is even bothered to clean it up. Guests put their towels on sunbeds and never come back, which leaves no room for people who actually want to use the sunbeds. After reading how great this hotel is, we are quite disappointed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT IF YOU ARE USED TO MORE LUXURIOUS HOTELS.

Never in a million years is this a five star hotel or experience for a British visitor. I will say it's an impressive building with pretty much every facility most people would be looking for. It's very 'Instagram' which is ironic as you see visitors taking their own 'photoshoots' every ten minutes… more

Never in a million years is this a five star hotel or experience for a British visitor. I will say it's an impressive building with pretty much every facility most people would be looking for. It's very 'Instagram' which is ironic as you see visitors taking their own 'photoshoots' every ten minutes through the day. There are ample restaurants and bars so that's another plus. My wife and I aren't the best eaters abroad so we could never really criticise anything food related and most seem very happy with their meals. Getting a drink is more difficult for us as not many of the waitresses or barmen appear to understand English either very well or at all. 'Coke Zero' or 'Cola light' is quite the challenge to get across. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels along the Belek coast over recent years and always found the staff to guest relationship to be excellent. However, our first impression was very poor. After travelling for almost 12 hours to get here and arriving after 1am, we had a very belligerent gentleman on reception, refusing to give us our room without our 'travel voucher'... We were never sent a 'travel voucher' and although our names for the reservation were on his screen and he had our passports in front of him, he still refused to give us our keys. After giving me temporary WiFi so I could go through my emails to prove (even more) that we were where we should be, he eventually gave us keys, almost reluctantly and in an unpleasant manor. To add to this, I'd booked a superior sea view room to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. Instead, he gave us a family room 🤷🏻‍♂️..... What good is it to us to have a separate room with two beds, no window and no bloody use at all other than to dump suitcases!!!!.... Therefore we end up with smaller accommodation than we booked 😡 Entertainment appears to be geared towards the Russian guests, of which they probably make up 90% or so of the guests here. This isn't a dig at the other guests at all by the way. They are enjoying their holidays as they're entitled to. Don't expect table service for drinks. You virtually have to queue everywhere and there isn't enough staff to deal with the backlog. Nice building, great location and some people will love it but for me it doesn't compare, anywhere close to every other hotel I've stayed at in Turkey, and that's quite a few. I'm still here for a couple of days but honestly I can't wait to go home..... And this is my only one week holiday I get all year 🙈
