Family stay of 5 (13,13,2 years old) 10 days stay. On positive: size of the room, pools, water park, play park, comfortable beds. There is lots to improve on. Cleaning services: we have stayed for 10 nights and had our room made up 4 times. At other times, we just ended up going to get some clean towels ourself and were putting our bins outside the room to get them emptied. Our fridge wasn't re-filled for three days on the row. As mentioned in other comments- bathroom was moulded( shower). So sadly this wasn't a big surprise. Cleaning seem rather superficial. I once ended up to look under bed and found used, dusted glass( glad this was almost my last day of the stay). Lifts, stairs, children play club- very filthy looking. At the pool: small tables never seem to be cleaned- filthy with cocktails spillages., you could see staff emptied bins frequently but spaces between loungers, tables states didn't seem to be inpriority. Kids club: there was literally nothing to play with. One Box of lego type bricks. That was all. At least our 2 year old enjoyed the play park. Water park was great, unfortunately too busy for our wee boy, who lacked the confidence with water. We missed some option of water play for the smallest toddlers/babies. Pool: water was freezing! When arrived for first few days water temperature was great and this was on our plus list. However something had changed after 4 days and water turn up to be absolutely boltic. You just couldn't stay in the water for any longer than couple of minutes. They were definitely not heated then. Beach: water beautiful, clear, warm. Beach was very crowded- don't blame the people as the pool was not usable for beeing so freezing. Longers- some badly damaged- never removed, so.much litter everywhere, it was clearly not maintained, cleaned. We have seen same rubbish, old(broken) pair of shoes, cups... for days. Food: never tried a la carte restaurant so only could comment on the main restaurant. This is definitely the area for improvement. We have been in number of hotels ( so you could not resist to compare). You would expect repetitive options, but this was literally the same every day we have been(lunch/dinner). No theme nights at least to get some change. The ques were never ending. Not many options, food not being replaced frequently seeing empty plates, bowls. My son loved their crepes( Turkish bread) with chocolate and once spent an whole hour to get some. Coffee: as a coffee lover was looking forward to get some nice Turkish coffee treat- not a case. Just the heads up. Not an English oriented hotel. Some guests manners were unbelievable. Just rude. But this is not the hotel's fault. Would we recommend? No, just simply not for us.

The worst experience ever! We were in Crystal Family in April 24, so we supposed that other Crystal hotel would be also good. But this one isnt good. The cleaness is on minus 100 level, dirty room, dirty open space in the hotel. We are family of 4 people, so they gave us every fime 2 or 3 towels. Never 4. Mini club - disaster. Girls dont like kids. They never talked to the kids, they never asked us about anything. They have been spending all days with their phons!!!! Man with microphone on every night - it is difficult to understand what he says. Please change him or record the synthetic voices. I was in guest desk two times and kindly asked about the cleaning and nothing happend. Very sad holiday.
