Everything was done to make you feel welcome . Was our second visit to felicia village staff and service is excellent. Food fresh and very tasty love trying new things . The pools are very clean and safe entertainment staff are the best .

I’ve never read such nonsense… we are currently at the resort and it’s fabulous… the staff are great the food and drinks are really good staff cannot do enough for you …. Rooms are spotless and you only have to ask and things are replaced ..ie mini bar toiletries ect …… they can not do enough fo... more

Rooms are spotless and you only have to ask and things are replaced ..ie mini bar toiletries ect …… they can not do enough for you …. I like the fact that there aren’t to many English it’s what makes being abroad…. The staff speak very little English but we can communicate.. we had a private transfer well worth it I’d say .. Antalya airport however is shocking after arrival from Leeds Bradford we waited 3 hours along with the whole flight for our baggage …

We have just returned from a 10 day holiday at Felicia Village. Overall we are very happy, lovely room, food was good (although lunch was the same and got a little boring), grounds where beautiful and staff very welcoming. I agree about the fact there isn't many brits however I did find the germans very friendly and spoke to us. Most german guests we spoke to could speak english, it is nice to hear different languages around the resort while your away. (This was justified when we got the the airport to come home as some brits made a scene....glad they were not in our resort!) My husband can speak a little german so it did help us to get by as not all the staff could speak english. (I learnt a bit of german while we were there too!) No problems with sunbeds, we put our towels out going to breakfast at 8.30am and still plenty. We wanted to change our bed position one day and managed to do this at 11am, still beds available. We travelled with a 22 month old and she loved it. So much for her to do around the resort, park, paddle pool, kids slides. She enjoyed the food too. She got a "club felicia tshirt" and all the staff we came across gave her a big fuss. It is a kids hotel so prepare for that before you go. We were located in the furthest hotel block and on the 2nd floor and with a buggy it was a bit of a pain as there was no lift. However someone has to be in that block so we ended up just parking the buggy on the first floor and carry everything upstairs each evening, we got by. Entertainment team was great, loved all the mini disco songs, not a problem that it was foreign (I am sure we all danced to foreign songs abroad when we were younger). Our little girl loved dancing to all the songs, especially by the pool. Drinks all good, very good selection! Food as I said before it was lovely. Loved the bbq areas but sometimes the queue was a little lengthy. The last day of the holiday both my husband and I came down with ear infections. We wanted to get home so we didnt see a dr in the resort but managed to see a Dr on arrival at home. We are both on antibiotics and in a lot of pain. It can be common from swimming on holiday but a little strange both my husband and I have it. It has put a little downer on the holiday as we have been very poorly with it. Antalya airport was not a great experience. Worst airport I have visted and our flight departing home was 3 hours delayed but as we felt rough it made the experience worse. My parents took the same flight as is the week before and felt the same. Would we return to the resort? I would love to say yes.....however....although it wasn't a problem this time I do think the lack of brits would be a problem in a couple of years time when my daughter is older. She may feel excluded if there isnt any other british children for her to play with.

Never leave reviews normally but felt I should for this hotel. This is just my opinion and what we experienced as a family. Hotel is very clean and grounds were well looked after. After initially arriving in middle of night we were cramped into a tiny room (2 adults 1 child) in furthest block away - even after requesting close room due to additional needs of my child. Next morning we were moved and the room was much nicer. Mini bar has about 6 drinks in and is not re stocked during stay. Pool areas are lovely and very well supervised by life guards. Entertainment team very good and foam party etc felt very safe as they had loads of staff helping and watching and even in the pool making sure everyone was safe. However we didn’t feel they made much interaction with English guest. Not one spoke to our daughter in the whole Time we were there. Now this was just our experience and other English families may have different experiences. Kids club was a no go as no English speaking. Mini disco was chaos - very busy and no English speaking staff so our daughter didn’t have a clue what was happening. Food is good variety however we found we didn’t know what a lot of it was as very limited signage. Tables were cleared slowly and getting drinks in the restaurant often took time. One of our biggest disappointments was how rude other guests were. This hotel had very few English guests and predominantly German guest who we found to be incredibly rude. No manners and pushing in front of us and our daughter. Sun beds were often taken so need to be up early to secure the beds! Yes there are cats and they do come In the restaurant. We don’t mind this as we are cat lovers but could totally understand why you wouldn’t like it if you are not a fan of cats. Last day requested late check out. We were given three extra hours which was great. However, we were not told there would be a charge so at checkout they demanded 30 euros. We obviously paid it but did say that it should have been mentioned when booking late check out. One reception guy was particularly rude and spoke very little English. Rest of staff really did try their best with English. Our daughter took poorly during the holiday and I have to say the on-site doctor was amazing. 120 Euros for consultation (this included a check up at the end of the holiday to ensure she could fly home) and then 30 Euros for prescription. We were panicking about having to go find a pharmacy but we literally went to reception, they ordered it and had it delivered to the hotel within 30 minutes. This was brilliant! The hotel is nice and aimed at children so definitely wouldn’t advise couples wanting a peaceful holiday to go here! Transfer took nearly two hours with a 20 minute rest break for the driver! Not as it states on website. Also on return journey we were last to be picked up and when we got on the bus there was not one of English speaking person and no one would move their bags to allow me and my young daughter to sit together. Incredibly rude and rep didn’t speak English so no help either: we ended up sitting in seats that’s were blocked off for safety reasons but we had no other choice. We wouldn’t return to this hotel as we felt it favoured German guests which is a shame as it has such good potential. Finally, Antalya airport was chaos!! Not one tui rep in sight unlike other airlines like jet 2 whose staff were everywhere.
