First and foremost thank you Club Calamera Serra for a wonderfull stay I can honestly say you are doing a great job every member of staff was hard working polite and clearly professional in what they do. Reception check in quick and friendly great Bell boy service I didn't fancy carrying the cases any further. The hotel is spotless everywhere you go there are cleaning duties being done bar staff on point under pressure with some queuing but soon to he served a good variety labelling of gluten free options would help however if you speak with guess relations they will help you and give you a form to take down to the restaurants show it to head of the restaurant and he will gladly help you for example gluten free bread in the morning worked well for me. If you use the speciality restaurants let them no of any allergies in advance they will make special meal for you. All round great hotel. I will be back.

I stayed for 5 nights at Club Calimera Serra Palace at the end of November. The hotel was quiet as it is the end of the season. I was staying as a solo traveller, but saw plenty of families enjoying the facilities. The hotel was very clean, and my room was cleaned every day. Drinks at the bar were better quality than other all inclusive hotels that I have stayed at. The food was very good, with my only complaint being that some dishes were only warm, and I think they need to turn the heat up in their hotplates. The weather was rainy when I was there, but that's just the time of year, and I could see that there's plenty of pools and slides, snack bars and bars and the beach to keep guests entertained. Hotel staff were excellent, and really looked after guests. Personally, I like to go out on excursions to see the area, and before I went I found contact details for Yaman Tour +90 538 617 00 95 Suleyman from the company took me on a personal tour of Alanya, where I got to see Cleopatra Beach, the caves, ride on the cable car to the castle and go for a meal at the Hiscar restaurant that overlooks Alanya harbour. Suleyman was a great guide (and a safe driver!), and I hope to get him to take me to Side next time I come to the area. I also went to the Green Canyon with Yaman Tour, and I would really recommend anyone staying in the Side / Antalya area to give them a call. The Club Calimera is quite remote, so if you want to get out and about to see what the area has to offer, they really are a good option.

“Family Holiday Out of Season November 2024”

We recently visited Club Calimera Serra Palace as a family of 4, 2 adults 1 eight year old & 1 fifteen year old from 16th November - 23rd November. We went out of season and we have visited Turkey in November for the past 2 years and this hotel did have alot on considering the dates we went. Hotel room - We stayed in 2529 on the 6th floor. It was very modern and clean, aswell as cleaned each day. There was a large bed in the main room and then a very spacious 2nd room with 2 single beds. Two things I will say because we was on the top floor and had no cover on the balcony it was hard to dry clothes & towels if the weather was bad & whilst we was there we had quite a few lightening and thunder storms which rattled the balcony doors alot. Also there was no door on the bathroom. There was a frosted glass door for the toilet and one for the shower but they didn't really give the privacy you wanted. Pools - Considering it was out of season the slides were on when the weather was lovely, however if the weather is bad they won't be switched on. The pools were very cold but that is to be expected going in November when your not guaranteed hot weather. Indoor pool isn't the biggest but it's enough for them rainy days. Food - Myself and my daughter are very fussy eaters, as my daughter is autistic. She had plain spaghetti pasta each day and when they did do plain pizza she would eat that. For me at lunch/dinner there were chips, wedges & sometimes breaded chicken, breakfast there was pancakes, waffles and plenty of cereals. I found the beach snack bar the best as they had beef & chicken burgers, but again if the weather was bad they wouldn't open for lunch. The pool snack bar was not open at all whilst we was there. My partner & son did eat alot and had options to chose from during breakfast/lunch & dinner. Can be abit repetitive and not always the hottest but we hadn't problems. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to visit the al a carte restaurants on site, you get 1 free visit to 1 of 3 restaurants during your stay. Entertainment- Again considering it was out of season there was plenty to do within the hotel. The animation team were great! They had day to day activities like darts, water aerobics to keep you busy then each night they done a mini disco for the kids followed by some sort of entertainment. Whilst we was there because of the weather they done the entertainment indoors and not in the amphitheatre outside which was good cause your not missing out. They have the programmes displayed around the hotel so you know what to expect each day. They have an amazing play area for kids in the kids club, our daughter wouldn't attend the club but just by looking at it and seeing the activities you know there was lots to do. The hotel itself is very clean and there is alot to explore. Around the hotel there is not much to do at all apart from a few shops about a 10 minute walk away. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service into Side Town on a Wednesday & Saturday, drop off at 10am, pick up at 3pm for 10€ per person. We ended up finding a private transfer online who took us to Side and back for 50€ and there wasn't no time limit you could stay for as long as you needed and you just WhatsApp them when you want collecting. Some staff within the hotel you couldn't fault but some were not very helpful when we needed questions answering and some could be a little snotty. Overall we really enjoyed our stay as the hotel had a lot to offer eventhough it was out of season. I have tried to include answers to the questions we had before going away for a family with children attending Turkey out of season because you never know what to expect. But for a cheap family holiday and still get some benefits within the hotel as you would in season I would recommend going here.

Just returned from a week staying in club calemera serra palace, overall th hotel was good, very clean room and communal areas, food good choice in main restaurant, went to the Turkish restaurant I was amazing,. Entertainment different every night and drinks choice was good Easily accessible to local town on dolmus for 50 Turkish lira to manavgat bus station and 28 lira to the old town from bus station, no need to pay €25 for a taxi. Catch dolmus little bus across from migros and 30 mins be in town, also bus to alanya from side of hotel Side market is on a Saturday with good selection of good Hoodies bags belts etc Overall great holiday and would definitely return
