Top class for a 4 star hotel! After reading all the negative reviews i decided to go here for 4 days instead of a week as i was a single parent travelling with a 4 year old. This was something I have regretted somuch because 4 days is not enough to indulge this place. From the moment I got off the coach to check out we had such a wonderful experience. Mustafa thank you for making the illusion of our holiday special. Only problem I couldn’t tip because my card did not work on check in but I assume this was because I had not restarted my phone from arrival. He still took our bags up with a smile at 3am, talked me through how to use the safe and wished me a wonderful stay even though there was no tip. The room was spacious, clean and air con worked perfectly considering the comments in previous reviews. We stayed in the main building and for a single parent the room was large and spacious. Yes there are religious prayers at 3am, if you are a light sleeper just get earplugs. The fact that people complain about stuff like this and still book a flight to come to foreign countries where payers may occur at this time is beyond me. We didn’t get affected by this as I put some white noise on and fall back asleep. I didn’t use the balcony, as I didn’t have time. Room is for sleeping just like the room at home so no time to assess the view. Food is available for late arrivals in the sunny restaurant but we were too tired and only got fruit. The food was delicious, different cuisines each night. If you are a lover of bland food this can be problem because there is well seasoned fresh food. Lost of drinks for kids and adults. Bottles of drinking water everywhere. If you like hot food dine early. We made the mistake of being late for dinner one night and got the last bits of everything and this is not on the hotel, this is arriving 15 minutes before closing. We didn’t try the alacarte’ option as we were there not long enough. Ok the 10/10 was the kids club. My daughter loved it. And that gave me time to go to the gym and pick her up at 12. That 2 hours gave me a recharge. Lots of nationalities, I encouraged my daughter to make friends and she eventually did but sadly we had to go home. The only feedback would be to have games that are inclusive of most language but that is not a problem as I appreciate this is a foreign country so may not prioritise all languages. The multiple pool areas were lovely, so much choice. And the splash park is lovely too. The star of the day was the beach. A well thought out site with really lovely staff and amenities close by. Having a beach close by with a toilet near is everything. The beach bar food is a great touch. The staff were lovely, polite and can’t do enough for you. I do think reviewers need to consider that it’s an incredible job to work in 43degree heat and smile all day walk around fully clothed and serving people in bikinis and shorts and of course still smile. I think all the staff conducted themselves very well and there was nothing they couldn’t do to make our stay much more pleasant. There are all different nationalities and if you are willing to be welcoming this is not a problem. We met some lovely people from Germany, England and Poland. The entertainment was particularly perfect for me, night of the legends was a trip down memory lane and the Michael Jackson show was good. Didn’t make mini disco as my daughter was more interested in playing with others by the bar than attending so no comment. Sun beds are a problem if you are particular as there are people who book and don’t return all day, maybe there could be a different system of collecting towels from sun beds through out the day rather than guests having to check them in with a card but this did not affect me as i only needed one sun bed and always got one where I wanted it. The hotel is well layed out, you do have to pack your bag for a day at the pool or beach because it’s a walk away for sure. I hit my step count everyday so those that don’t like walking just pack all you need and go relax. Check out was great, only need to be out of the room and can use all amenities as normal so we enjoyed a day without stress. I really would have liked a locked space for my bags and I constantly worried about my bags so maybe that could be something that can be considered. Showers available before leaving in the spa which was lovely. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel even on the beach. Not sure if this EE with 4G upwards but it’s available for the times I needed it. I was on a work and relax holiday so this was helpful. We didn’t venture out but there are some shops and cash machines on the complex and a must is to visit the shoe shop. Gym was good, well air conditioned. Overall a great holiday, we are returning in August with my whole family so I’m hoping for the same experience if not better. Thank you for giving us a safe place to escape, especially when travelling with my child alone.

We had an amazing time in Calimera Serra Palace! We arrived in the beggining of April, we were so lucky as new aqua park just opened, so we had the chance to try new slides which was amazing, my daughter absolutely loved it. Besides new aqua park there are two smaller one, they were also brilliant. Pools really big and clean, in April water was bit chill however once you got in it was fine. Food was absolutely delicious, we arrived in the end of Ramadan, there was lots of Turkish guests and Turkish night was absolutely fabulous followed by fireworks. Customer relations manager was really welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We booked italian restaurant for my daughters birthday, table was nicely decorated which was really nice. There is lots to do, my daughter and husband play tennis,hotel providing balls and rackets free of charge. Everyone is working really hard, bar staff, mades, cleaners, reception, animation team-all making sure guests are happy! Yes, some of them didnt speak english, but they were doing everything to try to understand what you need, even if they have to comunicate with questures. Zizu and Thomas from entertainment team really nice, trying to engage guests. What I like as well was that managers was arround, talking to guests, making sure they are having good time. Beach was great, new beach bar serving amazing frozen daiquiri, beach snack bar great, serving range of dishes, lovely burgers and turkish pizza... we had an fabulous time, we definietely will be coming back next year, I can't recomemd this hotel enough! The shows are fab and the animation team are brilliant but special mentions for Zizou and Mamadou who made us feel so welcome and making us laugh so much on the comedy night . The restaurant caters for every taste and the a la carte dining is a must! absolutely outstanding food . If I had to be picky the only downside is that the beach isn’t sandy it is very pebbly, so I suggest wearing beach shoes . We would definitely return here in a heartbeat absolutely loved it.❤️

“Excellent”

That is fantastic hotel, everything is perfect. Lobby, room, swimming pools, sea, toilets, bar excellent. We have ultra all inclusive and it is very comfortable option. Prize also good. I recommend tat resort. 🍷😁👍👍👍👍,...........
