We want to show our appreciation to the staff at the Palmiye restaurant who did their very best to give us outstanding service during our stay. In particular, Hasan Sen who was always willing to make sure anything we needed was brought to us quickly and with a smile. The same can be said of Bayram on reception. Any question we had or problem that need solved , he provided a solution and more importantly nothing was too much trouble for him. These staff members in particular are a wonderful advert for Barut hotels. We are back next year with our 3 children and their partners and are in no doubt we will get the same outstanding customer experience we have had in every Barut hotel we have ever been in. We have never stayed with any other hotel group in the 25 years we have been coming to Turkey and this is why.

“Fantastic holiday again”

We came here in July 2023 and could not wait to return. The service is excellent. The hotel is very clean and the staff could not do enough for us. A special mention must go to mustafa dali and furkan who worked at the pool bar. We will definitely be returning to this brilliant resort.

“Lovely stay”

We booked 2x superior side sea view rooms - disappointed as not really a sea view. Rooms were immaculately clean as was the rest of the hotel and grounds. Pool area and beach were lovely. We booked 2x superior side sea view rooms - disappointed as not really a sea view. Rooms were immaculately clean as was the rest of the hotel and grounds. Pool area and beach were lovely. Bars and entertainment were good. Food - lots of variety though big let down as ALL the hot foods we had were at best luke warm. This had a big impact on enjoyment. We booked into the Turkish and International alacarte restaurants which were lovely - hot food! Staff throughout hotel from reception to cleaning staff and all in between were absolutely lovely nothing too much trouble and always their pleasure. There are several very friendly cats who are only too happy to be petted and fed treats! All in all a lovely stay- just improve the hot food temperatures which would make it a perfect stay.

After much debate and changing our hotel to Arum Barut , after such fabulous reviews, I can say that I was a little disappointed with our room it was our honeymoon , I had emailed the hotel prior to our stay and was told that our room would be set out for honeymoon couple , only to find we were in twin room and I had requested double room , this was resolved the next day we moved rooms and was set out beautifully, with fresh flowers , fruit platter, chocolates, champagne. The hotel it self was nice but not elaborate as some five stars hotel we have stayed in , the food was good and always plentiful, never cold restaurant staff could not do enough for you , always a smile , the lady on fried egg section at breakfast was a beautiful soul , I was given to tubs of the chip seasoning to take home without hesitation, all Ala carte restaurant we’re very good so much food could never manage all courses . Pool bar was great with swim up option Umut was great fun and looked after us all through the holiday . Entertainment was good especially the laser show, gutted we won’t be there for end of year show Pancake lady what a star she was, best pancakes ever. Could not fault how hard the staff work to keep the food and drink flowing , keeping it clean and well maintained. Things that could be better, singer at beach bar would be great , as pool bar gets very busy not enough seating , night club not used to full potential but feel if they had singer at beach bar they would then flow into night club , pier was lovely for sunbathing , but lacked finer things , like background music , and more drink options at the bar, pool bar more waiter service around the pool. Little things that made a difference was beach bag , for all guests, with bag for swim clothes , coffee machine in rooms , stocked mini bar daily. Would we stay here again probably not , not because there was anything wrong but we like to stay in different places , would deffo stay in Barut collection again , already looking at our next one.
