During my solo holiday, I was greeted warmly right from the beginning, creating a sense of belonging. The hospitality and culinary delights offered by the staff were exceptional, always displaying a willingness to assist. Having stayed at Lara Barut in 2019, it is evident that this hotel maintains impeccable standards. Engaging in the various daily activities provided me with immense pleasure. Incorporating darts and archery into my routine not only added excitement but also allowed me to forge new friendships. I would like to extend my gratitude to Volkan from the Archery department, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure my enjoyment throughout my stay.

Just returned home from this fantastic hotel ( family of 4 - all now adults) Good location set around several other quality hotels in super well kept grounds with easy access to the beach with its own pier. Staffed by army of attentive staff from cleaners, ground persons, customer relations and reception to the vast number of waiting staff and cooks! Can honestly say this is the cleanest place I have ever been! Food was plentiful, varied with lots of choice at pretty much any time of the day. Special mention to Sait ( one of the in house entertainment persons) for our many games of family darts and friendly manner. Would definitely recommend a trip into nearby Side ( short taxi ride or a 45 min walk ) to see the ruins but be prepared for tourist sellers. The harbour is pretty and there’s a lot of places to eat. Also did an evening trip to see the light fountains and boat show at land of legends shopping area but this was too far and it was too busy. Entertainment at the hotel; there’s plenty going off in the day with Zumba, polo, darts etc and there’s a kids club and water slides in a separate pool for kids which looked like fun. Had a visit from a parrot around the pool which was unique! Pools are lovely and no worries about getting a sunbed. In the evening if you’re after big shows this isn’t the place, as this was usually just bar singers and dancers in the amphitheatre ( which would have got a bit samey if we’d been there for more than a week). We had a fab holiday and would really recommend this hotel to others so thank you very much Arum Barut

My wife and I arrived at the Arum Barut hotel on June 10th at 23.00 to a very friendly reception in the spectacularly appointed lobby. Check in to our Superior Land View room was quick so we headed for the 24 hour LOBBY BAR for a night cap. Our land view room had a spectacular view of the mountains overlooking Sidé and was shaded from the sun which made it cooler in the evening. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept very well throughout our stay. The PALMIYE (MAIN) RESTAURANT We ate all our breakfast and evening meals in this restaurant. The choice and quality offered was outstanding to the point that we didn't try any of the speciality dining rooms. We particularly enjoyed Chinese night as there were several excellent Chinese dishes on offer. All the staff in this restaurant were superb. The waiters in the area of the room we used EKREM, ILYADA and AZIME deserve a mention for their outstanding service. Before our evening meal we visited the Lobby Bar for a pre-dinner cocktail. We were served by CANER who, not only made outstanding gin & tonics, but helped me with my efforts to speak Turkish.. The poolside BLUE BAR serving drinks all day was the also the where, starting at 9.00 pm, OUTSTANDING live bands entertained up to 11.00 pm. Our favourites were the Cuban Salsa Band and the South African singers. But, on Tuesday evening guests were treated to the most FANTASTIC / UNBELIEVABLE / FABULOUS water and laser light show. The Blue Bar is very busy in the evening and we were served so well by SEVIM who, along with her fellow waiters, work so hard to keep their customers happy. At the same time there was was also entertainment at the amphitheatre with acrobats and dancers which we attended briefly, preferring the live music entertainment. Once the entertainment is finished there is the GAZANIA DISCO BAR which is open from 23.00 to 02.00. ( Past our bedtime) During the day we used the BEGONYA BEACH CLUB for drinks and the BONSAI RESTAURANT at lunchtime. The service was always excellent at both these venues. The lunch menu had plenty of choice, with also a self serve salad bar. Our 10 day stay at the Arum Barut hotel was a true five start experience from start to finish. The hotel should be extremely proud of their staff who work so hard for their guests. We have only one suggestion to improve what you offer.. Please get waffle cones to serve your delicious Turkish ice cream. Tüm personelinize teşekkür ederiz
