The Arum Barut Collection is beautifully situated: right on the beach with well maintained verdant grounds. Room comfort is excellent, so too is the quality of the food, both the buffet and the a la carte restaurants, all of which are freely available in the all inclusive package. The staff are unfailingly friendly and efficient. Most of the guests are German, so sunbeds by the pools tend to be taken rather early in the day, but the ones on the beach are always free. There are a number of well-fed cats wandering around the grounds and one evening, as we were returning to our room after dinner, we noticed that a hedgehog was eating from one of their bowls. A hotel that looks after its hedgehogs deserves respect.

Not been at the Arum since 2 visits in August 2010 & 2011 with our daughter aged 6/7. This time on our own at the end of season. Although only 1/2 full it was a pleasure to revisit. Our room was spot on, nicely decorated with plenty of drawers and hangers. The shower was something I looked forward to every morning and evening. The balcony overlooked the green haven with the pools and the sea in the distance. Gripe: no iron or iron board in the room. Half the week blue sky and warm: the other half cloudy and wet. When wet we still found things to do in the indoor pool with various types of exercise. The gym is modern with towels and water. And Angela a superb gym hostess. Whenever we ate we erm, ate!! Always plenty of choice at all the meals. And the desserts!? Like miniature works of art. The Lounge had plenty of named spirits incl. Jameson! The Patisserie is a haven with an excellent selection of naughty nibbles plus lovely tea and coffee. The Library above is peaceful with a selection of books and magazines in different languages. The grounds are very well tended with some beautiful flowering bushes and towering palm trees 🌴 which look glorious against a blue sky. The beachside bar is a great place to sit and sip and watch the world go by and the sun go down. The staff there? Great as usual. Gripe: If raining overnight, take the pool bed cushions away and bring them out in the morning. Or, at this time of year, let the guest collect a cushion when they need them. At least they won’t be soaking wet which initially ruins the joy of lounging by the pools. Staff throughout the hotel were excellent, from reception and throughout the resort l, with Mustafa in the restaurant & Patisserie always attentive, helpful, witty and charming. Almost in the words of Arnie: We’ll be back 😎🇹🇷

My first experience at an all-inclusive resort did not disappoint. This hotel has attentive, happy, and professional staff (except one bad-mannered waiter). The room, a Premium Suite, was very comfortable, the toiletries were so nice I never used my own. The girls working at the spa provided the best massages I have ever had. I was very content spending the majority of my time alone because this resort exuded decency. Derya and Lena are beautiful caring ladies at the Guest Relations desk. Fatima serviced the room, and she is such a happy gentle soul. Muhammet and Ali run the resorts spa, they are both professional and thoughtful and I will never be able to think of their names without a smile. Emre is a delightful man, he is attentive and fun and a very proficient manager. He sent wine and fruit to the room because he is talented and gifted at making a simple guest like myself feel special. Thank you to you all for making my stay at Arum Barut memorable with the wish to return. I absolutely recommend this resort if you want to arrive home rested with plenty of perfect memories.

We stayed at Arum Barut from 13th June to 21st June and had an amazing experience! We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were able to get some food from the restaurant (a great quality fresh hot and cold buffet!) along with drinks. Our room was great however did face out onto the back of the hotel so not much to look at or listen to other than a generator, we spoke with reception the next morning and they were very accommodating and found us another room overlooking the pool with a side view of the sea free of charge. The food in the hotel was amazing, a great selection, extremely clean and constantly replenished. We liked that you could also book the a la carte restaurants for every evening and the restaurant by the sea for lunch (no booking required). Our favourite restaurant was Petunya - Turkish food. The drinks were also great, wine was nice, beer was good (nice selection), cocktails were also lovely and all premium alcohol brands are included. The beach bar was a favourite for a morning coffee and evening drink with sunny and shaded areas to sit. The pool area was spotlessly clean and very spacious, we never had an issue getting a sun-bed even later in the day. There are sun-beds around the various pools or on the grass areas. The entertainment was really good, the euros were on whilst we were there so they were played in the stage area by the beach. The pool bar entertainment was great, we loved the Cuban band and the light show. There was various entertainment for everyone each evening including an underground disco club for those who wanted to stay out late. Our flight home was late and we didn’t opt for a late checkout on our room which we were slightly worried about but the hotel offers a great facility to hold luggage and an area for guests to shower and get ready with great air corn which was a stand out for us! Other hotels do not always offer this. All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful, specific shout outs for Umut at the Pool Bar, Voltan for the Archery and activities and Amber on Reception. You are always greeted with a smile, they remember your name and make you feel so welcome. The only thing we would say is missing was an onsite ATM, staff do not expect tips but would’ve been great to be able to get some cash out to give to them! This is by far one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at and have recommended to all of our family and friends. I am returning for a girls trip next year and can’t wait!
