The reviews do not lie with this place, just got back from 1 week here and this is by far the best all inclusive we’ve stayed at in Europe. The food was amazing, so much choice, and lots of different snack options. Lots of different restaurants included. We didn’t do the private dining, however we did do the revolving al a carte Mexican night on the Tuesday. It was nice to be served different plates, however if you’re there for a week you can have the same plates on other nights in the normal buffets. The entire place is so clean and tidy, granted the rooms could do with a make over. We stayed in block 28 which is the furthest back from the beach, although the room was super clean it could do with an upgrade/refresh however we did get it last minute so it would have been whatever was available at the time. We spoke to a few people who stayed in the premium rooms nearer to the beach who said there’s was amazing. There are 3 main pools to choose from, we opted for the quiet/silence/adult pool which was great. What I really loved about this hotel was that although it wasn’t school holidays, there was still kids, however they have their own separate pools and the aqua park - so it really did feel like adults only the majority of the time. Lots of bars, premium spirits, full cocktail lists etc, and the entertainment was exceptional - 2 stages with different acts/shows. And then an open air amphitheatre style nightclub which stayed open until the early hours. Alibey Club and Alibey Park are pretty much the same it’s more of a resort so you can flick between the 2 in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples, families, or even solo trippers as we met quite a few there on their own. The only thing I would say is be a bit more flexible on the cocktails, everytime I ordered a strawberry mojito it was a no, even though they did normal mojitos, and then used strawberry purée for other cocktails. But credit where it’s due fantastic stay! Thank you.

We have just returned from an incredible weeks stay at Ali Bey Park. I don’t usually bother leaving reviews, but I feel like this place was a hidden gem that isn’t given enough credit. It is such a beautiful hotel with brilliant facilities for all ages and the staff worked tirelessly to make our holiday really special! We went in the height of the summer holidays and it never felt crowded or busy. Rooms: Big, spacious room which suited our family perfectly. Yes they are quite traditional and pretty basic, but ours was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. The air con was powerful and such a relief after a very hot day by the pool. The shower was powerful and the bathroom was stocked with a few things you may need. The fridge was restocked every morning with coke, Fanta, water, beer and another soft drink which was great. We were in block 24 and it was very quiet during our weeks stay. Hotel grounds and amenities: The grounds were SPOTLESS at all times and we could tell that they work so hard to keep it looking beautiful. We stayed on the Park side which was noticeably quieter than club side, but it was a quick stroll along the garden paths to each side, so you had the best of both worlds and could either immerse yourself in the busier atmosphere, or enjoy a peaceful break. The cats that roam the grounds were such a bonus for us and we absolutely loved giving them a quick cuddle every day. The public toilets were always clean, and seemed to be cleaned regularly. They have kids toilets and basins too which was a lovely touch! The main pools were great and it was always quiet on the park side. We never had to fight for a sun bed and there were plenty to choose from, even if you aren’t morning people! The waterpark was a highlight for us- something for everyone and kept our 10 year old entertained for hours. You were allowed inflatables and water toys in all of the pools. Just note that the two ‘main’ pools are very deep (shallow was 1.3m and deep was 1.65m), but the kids pool in the waterpark was much shallower and suitable for little ones. The beach was beautiful and there were plenty of sun beds, but the sand was not soft and we needed shoes to walk on it. There was a huge amount of water sports on offer too, but they were pricey (I think this is just Turkey in general at the moment). We really enjoyed the turtle boat trip, but it was not worth the €50pp price. We didn’t access any of the other activities on offer, purely because it was too hot. But they looked like a lot of fun and they had a good variety to choose from. Food: This was the best AI I’ve ever been too, and we never went hungry. The lunch/dinner food was delicious and never repetitive, however breakfast was always the same. There were so many restaurants to choose from, along with the cafes and gelatos which stayed open until late. There was a waffle station and a pretzel station every afternoon poolside too. There were definitely ‘busier’ times for dinner and we sometimes found it hard to get a table, but it never took more than 5-10 minutes and the waiters work tirelessly to get the tableware changed as quick as they can. Entertainment: We were so impressed by the entertainment, and I think the team deserve a lot of credit. They are a talented bunch and it was amazing to see the variety of shows that they offered. The Disney shows (Aladdin, the lion king and the little mermaid) were perfect for all ages and in English, and we loved the show ‘balance’ which was an unexpected highlight, especially for the kids! We enjoyed that there were two stages, meaning we always had a variety of shows to choose from that suited us best. And their ability to speak so many different languages was mind-blowing! There was a pool game every day, and waterpolo every afternoon for both the kids and the adults. Music was poolside in both the main pools and the waterpark to add to the atmosphere. In the evenings we would visit the arcade (extra charge) and play some ping pong before the shows which we enjoyed. They also had a bouncy castle for the younger ones, and bungee trampolines too at an extra cost. The shops on site were the same price as the shops outside of Ali Bey which was nice to see. For us, the only negative was the kids club- it was very young and although it’s advertised for 0-12, it was more suited to 0-7. The teen club however (13+) looked perfect for our 10 year old, and it was a shame that he couldn’t join in with their activities instead. So we didn’t end up using any of the kids club which was a shame. Overall we came away wishing we had booked two weeks instead of one, and we loved every minute of our holiday. We will definitely return to Ali Bey Park again!

“Excellent place with all you want from a great holiday”

Very cozy and well equipped place. Very nice and helpful personnel, excellend food, perfect aquapark. Night life (shows, musicals...), well kept gardens, wi-fi coverage from reception to the beach... As family of 3, we were very satisfied and plan to visit the hotel again.

“Shocking air con. Put me off coming back”

Currently on our 2nd day here and there are some good and bad points. The main bad point is the air con in the room is absolutely shocking, and I won't come back here again for this reason. Currently on our 2nd day here and there are some good and bad points. The main bad point is the air con in the room is absolutely shocking, and I won't come back here again for this reason. The humidity at night is insane and the air con is useless. The air con in the shop is better and they haven't paid thousands to be here!! The unit is in the twin room and doesn't come anywhere near the double room, it barely makes a difference to the room it's in! I've spoke with guest services and all I got told is it's centrally controlled and they can't do anything about it, but I can speak to reception about changing rooms, what's the point if it's centrally controlled!! The day time is great here as you're not in the room but night's are unbearable and unenjoyble. It's going to be a long 10 days!
