We have just returned from this absolutely stunning hotel . Although we chose to go late November due to my 60 birthday and our 37 wedding anniversary the hotel was very quiet but we still received the same facilities and service and attention to detail . The staff went out of their way to ensure every need was met . We met up with 2 other couples who we spent lovely dinners and great nights in the piano bar . The show team were amazing and still put on the same shows for us . The hotel musicians Mike and Vic were outstanding and we even had the pleasure of a night with Dolly Parton . She was also amazing . The food in the restaurants was stunning some of the best food we have ever had in All Inclusive . A big shout has to go to Sid ( guest relations ) He made our stay so special by organising cake and wine for our room he even managed to get the football match streamed to our room so my husband could watch his team play . This man deserves a medal . He was so friendly and welcoming and nothing I mean nothing was too much trouble . He was always available with a smile and a genuine interest in making sure every one was happy . But why would you not be happy staying in paradise ? We have been to a lot of hotels in our 37 years but this tops them all . We would like to thank everyone again the barmen were hilarious one even took to the stage to sing a Turkish song with Mike . The cleaners as the place was spotless and all of the restaurant staff who looked after us so well . Hopefully we will see you all soon in 2025 .

Hi we arrived in the early hours at this hotel and Enes from reception met us at the bus carried our cases in booked us in and made us very welcome he showed us to our brilliant spacious modern room we settled in and went for something to eat there was a waiter on duty we ordered from a full menu and food was cooked fresh for us the hotel is very modern and even though it was the last week before it closed for the winter break the hotel kept everything open we had a full entertainment program including theatre shows and great vocal singers in the main bar even a midweek tribute act all were great. The bar staff waiters were all very pleasant and helpful the pools are amazing including an indoor pool all the restaurants were amazing the food was excellent I can’t fault this hotel thanks to all at Akra Sorgun we will return next year loved it cheers Kev Klein

The suite we had for 3 weeks as always amazing with sea and complete garden views, choice of four pillow options very comfortable bed, bar including all international spirits, balcony to adult pool side an sea view. There are a choice of Italian, Turkish, international, Fish, meat, etc restaurants all run by staff who will try to give you everything you wish for and more; they seriously go out of their way for you. Standout for us Fish “Cuneyt” Turkish “Memet Ali”,, Atilla, Sercan. International and other Serdar. For breakfast we would like to point out “ Durgul Gundogdu who even found me fresh mint every day, fabulous way to start! You have a dedicated room attendant for all your drinks snacks coffee tea coffee pods it’s endless, our standout guy was “Halil” couldn’t do enough for us thank you to you all. We really enjoyed everything so much but it’s all down in the end to the staff. Food choice is excellent you really will find something you like. The beach is very nice and the walk through the gardens to the sea is spectacular. You are cared for many guys here bringing water drinks etc all day. Your towels and beach care is fro again an old friend and incredible worker is Omar he makes your day at the beach!

“Happiness abounded”

For our 20th visit to this wonderful hotel we arrived during middle of October looking forward to enjoy the well renovated accommodation for 4 weeks. Happiness soon abounded again with the high standard of welcome at reception and we were soon comfortably installed in our room in the mixed area. Our first port of call was again the main self-service restaurant which immediately and through out our stay provided us with excellent choices of food through breakfast, lunch and evening dinner, including Theme and Gala evenings, cooked to a high standard with great service. Most lunchtimes were spent at the Ocean Snack Restaurant with some excellent menus available. This visit we enjoyed excellent evenings at the Ocean (fish style) and Safran (Turkish style), a-la-carte restaurants, regretfully not the Olive (Italian) as it became extremely popular and full with the guests that the hotel was full of at the time. Again Thea’s Coffee Shop and the Başka Ol area provided some great snacks, drinks and chocolates. Thank you to all the Chefs and kitchen staff for the wonderful quality. The staff in all restaurants continued once again to give excellent service to everyone with the Restaurant Captains once again everywhere monitoring, and serving where needed. Our grateful thanks to all the personnel from all the restaurants for their attention and great service. Also again, a big thank you to the Head of Food and Beverages, and his Deputy who would be seen regularly checking at every venue, and being very attentive to anyone's needs. As before, it was a great pleasure to enjoy drinks, especially some great cocktails, in the bar areas with super service, smiles and good conversation throughout from the lovely staff sometimes operating under difficult circumstances and we thank them very much for their kindness. Once again the high standard of cleaning was obvious throughout the hotel remaining as high as always for which the housekeeping personnel must be congratulated for keeping it so especially the lady who kept our room spotless The wonderful beach was our main daytime residence and we were well looked after by the super beach man, the beach bar staff and beach guard. Regretfully again we were not able to enjoy the many physical and excellent activities offered by Tui because of our age and medical condition but Boules became daily and enjoyable events for me as I met old friends and made new ones at the venue. Thank you to the supervising Tui personnel for the fun. The entertainment in the Lobby/Piano bar and the Clubhouse Bar, from the Tui resident musicians and groups/bands brought in by the hotel, was very enjoyable except again for one act who, despite being a superb performer and piano player and having a great voice insisted on having the loudest volume possible and regretfully we had to leave the areas to remain comfortable. The performances held at the Boardwalk and the indoor Show Lounge with a good resident Tui cast, whose voices blended well, and the visiting live tribute acts plus some circus performances was very good entertainment We were very pleased to meet again with the Hotel's friendly guest relations personnel, two who had both recently returned to the hotel, and had great and enjoyable conversations. The same pleasure arose when meeting with TUI guest relations personnel and we were sad that we may not see them all again. The reception and administration staff were excellent, polite and most informative and a credit to the hotel. It was pleasing to see the high level of commitment that all mentioned above put into helping all guests. Thank you General Manager Çağdaş Akkaya and all your staff, Akra and TUI Blue personnel, for all the hard work which made our stay most enjoyable. Hoping very much a 21st visit will happen next year.
