We stayed here for 10 days in April for a family holiday, this is a very good resort with adequate accommodation and good rooms, very nice and helpful staff and some good services like spa. The food was a little bland in my opinion, same thing every day (mind you we stayed for 10 days not a week) and the options were pretty boring, like chips, potatoes, eggs, pancakes, etc… the usual. Another thing I want to talk about are the toilets, they are vile. Especially the ones just outside the main pool area near the bar, they smell revolting and are not clean. You also have the water slides across the road which you go through a tunnel, they are fun and the queues are always short, some of them hurt; but that’s the fun in it ; ) Another complaint I have is that the main pool is unbearably freezing, especially from 35°c jumping into a pool which is probably about 2°c but you do get used to it, but it’s not what I was expecting. The spa is very good; we had 3 days of massage and we had first day hammam (if you don’t know what is google it) and it is very nice and refreshing and the prices are reasonable. There were plenty of bars scattered around the hotel with your usual sodas and some drinks like alcohol and all that. The bistro is very good, you have options like pizza’s, pasta’s, burger’s, etc… It is sometimes better to go there for lunch instead of the main restaurant because some of the food in the main restaurant is appalling. From evening until morning they serve only soup which is fine, and the bars and bistro is open all night which is convenient if you have a very early morning flight (like us) you can get a drink, coffee and then get some soup from the bistro and then get going to the airport. Another inconvenience in my opinion is how far away the resort is from Antalya Airport, it is not their fault of course but it takes about 1hr 30 if you are taking private transfer, and something close to 2hr 20 if you are taking the coach. But in general this is a very good resort, but is it 5 star? Not really, but again; still good nonetheless.

We're are currently staying at the senza the inn. First impressions the hotel was stunning. Front of house at reception on booking in was as moody as hell. Not the first impression you want when checking inn. Most of the staff here are pretty ignorant. There are the few exceptions. Hotel entertainment team are really friendly and so are the photographers. These guys are a right laugh. Maybe the rest of the staff could take a leaf out of their book. The pool area is great. Warm water, clean and pretty friendly bar staff. There are alot of unruly kids just doing whatever the hell they like. Parents have no control over them or clearly don't care. Water park is great. A few slides and high ropes with zipline. Pretty small area considering the size of the hotel which means finding a chair near impossible after 10am. The food has loads of choice and plenty of it. All was pretty good. As for the guests. Holy crap... I have never in all my years traveling, been yo a hotel with so many dam right rude and ignorant people in my life. I'm sure they go out of their way to find every rude and arrogant person they could find and book them in to one hotel. There are school trips coming here where hundreds of kids are left to run riot. The hotel staff don't seem to really care. All in all the hotel is really nice. Maybe management need to sort their staff some proper training and communication skills. We will mot be retuning to this hotel again. Such a shame it has so much potential.
