. The entertainment team are absolutely superb. The kids didn’t not stop having fun and the adults enjoyed it to. One member of the entertainment team in particular called Mali was out of this world. He was amazing with my children and made our holiday. It’s safe to safe I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time and the majority of it is because of Mali and the entertainment team. He’s the best at waterpolo but not as good as me at darts 😉 🤣

I’m going to keep it short and sweet because there’s so much I could say! The hotel has the potential to be great but it is in serious need of improvements Main issues - - COCKROACH INFESTATION - seen in 2 of the 3 rooms we had, one room we were moved the other it was seen when packing on the last night - DISGUSTING BEDDING the mattress is bare other than a thin flat sheet which comes off, never in my life been to a hotel where the mattress is not fully protected and covered, same with pillows they are uncovered apart from one thin case! No duvet, just a thin cover similar feeling to a towel and not big enough for the bed, one of our group asked for a proper duvet and they bought one with no cover on , the bedding also is not changed when the cleaners come!? They literally just fold the sheet on top and don’t change them even when you can see they need it! - CLEANING DOESNT HAPPEN, they come in the room and change the bin, they don’t replace towels - coffee/tea etc. they don’t wipe the sides, they don’t hoover, they knock everything off of the balcony onto the floor!? But the room was soooooo dirty by the end of our week full of sand and dust - GENERAL MAINTENANCE, the hotel in many areas is just in disrepair - our first room the light flickered continuously, they said someone would come and fix it and they didn’t (lucky we moved the next night because of cockroach) and the other was so dim you LITERALLY couldn’t see, we moved room after cockroach and the new room the electric socket where you put the key was loose so it would randomly go off and you’d have to go and push it back in, broken tiles in swimming pools, kids pool the ship you climb on the stairs literally tipped to one side where it was broken, so dangerous! As seen in other peoples pics the taps and bathrooms are all peeling, discoloured, areas of peeling on bed frames and doors just all general damage that if repaired would improve it dramatically because it’s a nice hotel! - NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY MUSIC BLASTING MORNING TO NIGHT AND VERY ALCOHOL ORIENTATED, so much screaming and shouting - for us this meant terrible sleep and definitely not family friendly unless your kids party with you until 2am!? - FOOD POISONING - 4 out of our group, 3 kids and 1 adults all had 24hrs of sickness and diarrhoea from the food - FOOD is repetitive, bland, not tasty at all. A lot of the dishes looks like it’s been sat there hours and dried out. Just general lack of care for example toasties but the cheese is all wonky inside and bread slapped together, burnt pancakes. The four same soups all week, no red meat either just chicken, mince and turkey all week long - turkey marinaded in god knows what making it dark and then grilled to look like steak! Best thing about it is the salad, meze, desserts and poolside gozleme and the fizzy drinks are the proper brands which was nice. No ice creams for kids available which usually in all inclusive there is, also no fresh fruit juice just syrup out of a machine in different flavours, instant coffee also out of machine. - STAFF are generally ok but if you approach them with any kind of issue especially the reception staff with room issues they get annoyed very quickly like it’s too much trouble - The lobby is the only relatively quiet place so we generally sat there as a family in the evenings with our own snacks and the bar is there for coffee etc so that was a positive but outside was just so loud with music all the time it was totally enjoyable This hotel appears on HALAL booking sites so this is a warning to any MUSLIMS thinking of going here - it is totally not appropriate for us, there is so much nudity - alcohol - everywhere is completely mixed and again the music, you can’t escape from it day or night.
