we've just returned as a family of 4 before we arrived we was worried as we'd read reviews about going with children with autism the staff was brilliant with our daughter who has Austin we was lucky enough to have our rooms cleaned daily also the hotel was spotless a little dated in places but very pleasant we stayed for 11 nights the only negative side for us was the man walking around trying to sell tattoos and the men trying to get you to go to there reastraunts on one occasion some children was playing in the pool and accidently got him wet so he started shouting at them he was out of order in my eyes so we decided not to go to our reservation we'd made I felt there could of been a little entertainment or music on the terrace near the lobby bar also but over all we had a great holiday and more importantly my girls loved it also we booked the pirate ship with the love holidays rep which the coach came a hour late and there was no seats for Mr and my wife which isn't a negative on the hotel but the trip

“Fake rep ruined our experience”

Hotel was lovely. It was clean and the majority of staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. Variety of activities to take part in daily if you wish. Variety of food that changes daily. The pets around the hotel were all friendly. Our only criticism would be the “rep” Ahmet. He told us he was our holiday rep and at first explained the cons about the area such as bargaining with the local shops and paying for photos with camels etc. He then tried to sell us excursions which we wasn’t interested in so politely said no and explained if we changed our mind we would come back. Over the first few days he was very pushy towards my partner at every chance. He even said he had arranged for us to go to a local shopping mall and that we missed the bus he has arranged (we never said we wanted to!). After we said no again he then made us feel very uncomfortable if we went in the lobby area. He would give my partner very dirty looks and clearly talk about us to other locals around by pointing at us and talking in a different language. I later discovered that the company we booked with doesn’t have any reps in any of the hotels so it’s quite clear someone had given him our details and he pretended to be part of that company. He said he was with “sun love holidays” and we even witnessed him approach a couple who were there with a big company trying to get them to buy excursions through him. So if you do book this hotel by all means be very aware of Ahmet and avoid at all costs!

We had booked the family room, it was not ready on arrival. So one night with 4 people in one room. Small room, dated but clean. As compensation we got free wifi, this is normally paid for. And a bottle of red wine. the family room is nicely spacious, spread over 2 floors and overlooking the garden from 1 of the 3 balconies. Private sunbeds on the balconies and a nice seating area. The family room has 2 bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms. The sofas downstairs can also be converted into 2 beds. So definitely suitable for 6 people. The air conditioning works minimally and switches off when opening the balcony doors. As it gets quite warm during the day, it would be nice if the air conditioning could stay on longer. Now it switched off when the pass goes out of the holder. An extra pass was not possible. The food in the restaurant is good, often the same and the hot dishes not hot and the dishes that should be cold not cold. And you have to pay extra for fresh orange jus. cocktails and other alcoholic drinks require a lot of extra payment. And the free drinks are not tasty and very limited. the pools are good, very clean and also the slides are safe. The lifeguards present do not add much. Sit on their phones and smoke all day. food by the pool is good but again little variety. Staff are friendly and do their best. Cleaning is good and towels and beds are changed regularly. Animation team organises a lot and tries to get everyone involved. The spa is highly recommended, had a lovely hammam and good massage. The masseurs know what they are talking about. However, they do insist a lot on taking a massage. This is also with the pictures, tattoos and shopping in the hotel. These try to sell a lot of extra. The guy from the tattoos was way too pushy and got angry because we didn't want one. When lying quietly by the pool, you are asked about 3-4 times a day to go to a nearby restaurant or bar. Also very pushy. On the sandy beach, they have a nice bar with clean toilets, showers and good food. The free shuttle is funny, all of us in a cart behind a tractor. It is also good to walk 750 metres. Like the hotel, they have plenty of sunbeds there and plenty of opportunities to lie in the shade! it's a good hotel and with some minor adjustments it could be much better!!! We are going to enjoy our holiday for a few more days!
