It's the second time my family and I have stayed at Caretta Beach Hotel this July. Even though we are in high season now, there are always available sunbeds on the beach, tables in the main restaurant and near the pool bar. It's such a pleasure to be recognized and remembered by the hotel staff! Honestly speaking, I believe that the staff of the hotel are truly amazing. They are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. I would definitely mention Mr. Mehmet from the Reception for his help and kindness. Regarding the kitchen team, they do brilliant work, as the food in the restaurant is as delicious and various as in a five star hotel, I mean it! Servers in the restaurant, bartenders in the pool bar are polite and smiling, making you feel welcomed at all times. Concerning the animation team, these guys are friendly, nice and do their best to make your holiday even more enjoyable. Special thanks to the hotel's DJ, who you cannot see around that often but he is the one responsible for all the relaxing and uplifting music during the day, as well as the rhythmic and groovy songs during the night disco. As for the cleanliness of the rooms and the territory, I would say that the hotel provides overall excellent service. To sum up, this hotel makes you feel as a part of a big family and this is the reason why I wish to come to Caretta Beach again and again. Hope to see you soon next year!

“Not worth the money...”

The weather is great, only cold evenings, very cloudy in this region. The location is not bad, buses take you to the center of Alanya, the bus stop is close. The weather is great, only cold evenings, very cloudy in this region. The location is not bad, buses take you to the center of Alanya, the bus stop is close. The beach is gravel, stones, it's hard to put your feet on, it hurts, everything gets stuck, the water was very cold. The choice of food is small, it's always the same, we happened upon some Turkish holiday (it was probably the election), it made it even more varied, but anyway there's nothing to choose from, the food is always cold, you don't have time to warm up, I don't know if it's because of the food or what, but the whole family had problems with stomachs, abdominal pains, etc. Another thing we didn't like was that we stayed in a 3 bed room...we didn't get a 2nd key! We had to pay 1€ per day, we stayed for a week, it was necessary to pay 7€, not a deposit, but forever, what is this nonsense? We had to wait for each other, when someone would return, search and survive, whether anyone had lost the key, etc. Internet - paid, no matter how many days we are on vacation - 10€, the room (on the 6th floor) almost does not work. No shampoos, conditioners, hand soaps, ear picks, wet wipes - not found. Many employees do not understand either Russian or English, it is very difficult to communicate. The only pluses are the excellent employment of animators and free sunbeds and umbrellas by the sea, and there are also shops nearby. I definitely wouldn't go a second time as there are much better hotels for the price we paid...
