Thank you for a wonderful holiday to the Kirma Arycanda team.We lived in Kirman Arycanda from 25.05.-01.06. This hotel is the one where I will return again with my family! 1) very kind staff throughout the hotel! 2) we arrived at the hotel at 10:30. Within 15 minutes we were able to settle into the room. 3) the reception employee gave my daughter a bag with a children's coloring book, pencils and a wooden puzzle (personalized by the hotel) 4) personal assistant Mika. Showed the hotel area, explained everything where it is, how it works. She was very helpful, responsive, solved all problems even after her working hours. Thank you 5) rooms in modern design, clean! Everything you need - soaps, shampoos, hair conditioners, toothpaste, toothbrushes, body lotions, nail files, razor + shaving foam...etc. + bathrobes. 6) the mini bar was replenished every day - water, mineral water, beer, cola, fanta, children's juices, chips, waffles in chocolate. 7) Day and evening animation. Thoughtful. Quality shows. 8) mini club - children's entertainment program every day. Children can stay safe all day. There is a buffet on site, and if the child needs a nap or wants to relax...there is a room with a bed on site. 9) food - it was very tasty and of high quality in all catering places (also well prepared) 10) drinks - imported and very delicious cocktails. A cocktail master class is held every evening in the lobby bar. Where the bartender introduced the name of the cocktail, the ingredients and told each part of the cocktail. Thanks to every bartender. 11)Waiters on roller skates...wow, guys you are amazinge. I want to thank every employee for the wonderful holidays! Kirman Arycanda really impressed me with the high class service.

“Relaxing beach holiday”

Flight delayed and check in was at 0200 - which wasnt an issue as the staff were welcoming and accomodating even advising there is a 24/7 restaurant available. Flight delayed and check in was at 0200 - which wasnt an issue as the staff were welcoming and accomodating even advising there is a 24/7 restaurant available. I was assigned a personal concierge Emre who was great! He was always available and could sort out any questions/issues I had. The service and all the restaurants were amazing. The rooms - had a slight issue with my first room but was immediately given another room - they were comfortable and clean. The food was delicious and the selection was excellent. Overall great beach holiday, would recommend.

Everything was very nice, we spend our 2nd time here with my mom and hoping will return back next year as well. Just returned from a relaxing week at the Kirman Arycanda. Had a lovely week, enjoyed our stay but some things could have been better, with the following positives and negatives:- Positives:- - Hotel was always kept clean - Rooms were nice size, modern design and big balcony - Drinks and Cocktails were good and branded (e.g. Beers - Efes, Becks, Miller, Carlsberg available) And the Cocktail Waiter in the Point Bar was amazing & always went the extra mile. - Pool area was lovely, always got sunbeds poolside. Kids had a ball playing & although the slides were a walk away from main pool, they were good and fun. - Daytime poolside snack bar made life easy for eating during the day. Lots of choice here for the kids. - A la carte Ottoman Restaurant was amazing Turkish Cuisine (wish they served this up in the main buffet restaurant) - The workers (cleaners, waiters, waitresses, gardeners) worked so hard (but unfortunately often didn't get many thanks from other guests) - Side (within reach on local buses - Dolmus) was beautiful and well worth a visit. Negatives:- - Animation team covered both hotels (Leodikya next door) and apart from Darts didn't seem to put much effort in. Water Polo, usually the highlight for me at previous hotels, went by without anyone really noticing. - Buffet Restaurant was a bit 'samey', even the themed nights (Asian, Italian, Turkish Night) weren't particularly different - Paper Cups!! - Not many other English families - Lots of smokers around the pool area, in the outdoor eating areas and on neighbouring balconies! - Sea water was quite dirty - lots of litter floating around. - Reception could have been a bit more helpful/efficient: On arrival at 1am the sofa bed hadn't been made up for our very tired kids and took a while to get sorted, and even then didn't get a duvet until Day 2! - Asked for late check out, due to transfer to airport in evening, but despite other families we talked to getting this for free, we were told No - unless we paid 50 Euros & the shower in the spa available for use, was a bit 'grotty' - We smashed a glass on the balcony (totally our fault!), but had to wait 1.5 hours and x3 phone calls to reception to get help clearing it up. Overall, had a nice week, but won't be returning for a second visit, will look elsewhere.
