I would like to present the hotel and its services as objectively as possible. Check-in is after 14:00. In case you arrive early, the wristbands are placed at the reception and you can take advantage of everything the hotel has to offer. If you are traveling by car, like us, you should know that the parking lot in front of the hotel itself is very small, but there is enough space in the alleys between the main building and Moonlight. We are also very satisfied with the room in which we were accommodated. It was located in the central building and was called "Family" / two rooms connected by a small corridor/. The only inconvenience was that the air conditioner is only in one room. It had no problem cooling both, but one is colder and the other is not cool enough. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Beds and pillows too. There is also a large terrace with a table and chairs. Most rooms have a sea view or partial sea view, but it's not a problem because they also face the park. There was a lot written about the lack of shampoos, but in there are installed soap dispensers, as well as for shower gel and shampoo, in the bathroom which are changed every other day. The rooms are cleaned every day, the linen is changed on the third day, and our towels were changed every other day, even if there was no need them. We are impressed by the work of the staff who worked non-stop without a break. The location of the hotel is great: it is right on the beach, but there are shops and a large mall nearby, as well as the possibility to walk to the other hotels. Prices in most places are in euros or dollars, but if you wish, you can also pay in Turkish lira. The prices are quite high compared to the same things that can be bought in the cities. The hotel consists of one main building of 5 floors, several additional buildings and across the road connected by a bridge, is Moonlight. There is a lot of greenery and all the bars and places to eat are very conveniently located. There are three bars and a place to eat in the park next to the hotel. Two of the bars have drinks and work from 10:00 to 17:00, and the third bar, which is an A la carte Italian restaurant in the evening, offers so-called street food at lunch for those who do not want to go up to the restaurant in the main building. Hand-made pizzas, chicken nuggets, meatballs, spaghetti, salads, desserts and fruit, as well as döner, are available here. The place for hamburgers and fries, for Turkish gozlemeta and various types of fried dough snacks, as well as the ice cream shop is also nearby. Free ice cream is available between 12:30 and 3:00 p.m. This is the Turkish ice cream - dondurma, with different flavors, depending on the cans that are opened. They are mainly vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, melon and lemon. You can order tea, coffee from a machine and soft drinks from a machine, which unlike other places are very good, beer and various types of local alcohol at all bars. There is a Lobby bar is on the first floor of the main building, where they also prepare several types of cocktails, included in the All Inclusive concept, as well as a pastry shop, where they prepare Turkish coffee, iced coffee, homemade lemonade and between 15:00 and 17:00 Turkish - cakes and pastries. Both are open until midnight. The restaurant ,the spa center and the gym are on 0 floor . Towel for the sunbeds on the beach can be obtained against cards given at the reception at the spa. Towels are changed for new ones on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. You also go to the pools from there, about which I cannot say anything, since we do not visit them. The other attraction is the slides, but unfortunately the children and my husband were not satisfied with them and visited them only once. They explained to me that they let in very little water and if you like to slide fast , you had to push yourself with your hands, which deprived you of the pleasure of going down at high speed. However, many people enjoyed themselves, especially the younger children. The beach is very large and there are enough sunbeds,/ mainly those on the first row are occupied/. There are towels on them as early as 7 o'clock in the morning. But you can always find a place in the second, third and fourth rows,. The sea and the beach are the best for the area. There is a platform with deck chairs and a place to jump, as well as a floating platform in the sea. The water is warm and very clear, but be aware that it gets deep almost immediately. The beach is mixed sand with stones, and there are bigger ones in the sea, so it is good to take aqua shoes. The restaurant is big with indoor and outdoor part and even when there are many people you can find a table. Since my husband smokes, we always chose a table on the terrace, but sometimes / and only at dinner/ we had to wait a bit. Air conditioners work inside and it is cool, but it is quite hot on the terrace itself. There are fans that work, but not for all tables. The food is plentiful and varied, and everyone can find something to eat. The menu is repeated during the week, but it doesn't bother us. There are different types of salads, desserts, four types of soups, two or three cooked meat dishes, as well as a minimum of two cooked vegetarian dishes. In a separate room are the fried things: zucchini, eggplant, fries, steaks, turkey casserole and pizzas. Outside, they prepare pasta with two types of sauce, as well as a grill. Next to them is the traditional pide. Every day, both at lunch and at dinner, there is fish. Also chicken and beef. Desserts are typical of Turkey and again, at both lunch and dinner, there are three types of baklava. In the evening they always offer cakes. The fruits are according to the season. In this case there was watermelon, cantaloupe, peaches, apples, pears, prunes, oranges and lemons. The airyan machine, typical of Turkey, is impressive. The drinks are of good quality and there is wine, beer, cola, fanta, sprite at the bar on site in the restaurant. If you want hard liquor, for example raki, you have to get it from the Lobby Bar. During the holiday you have the right to one visit to the A la carte restaurant. There are two of them: Italian and Turkish, but we did not use them because they were not of interest to us. Regarding wi-fi: free wi-fi is only available in the conference hall. Paid internet is 3 euros per day, but if you pay for 7 days, the fee is 14 euros. Unfortunately the internet is not good even though it is paid for. On the beach and outside the buildings there is almost no connection, and in the hotel itself it is often lost. The safe in the rooms is free of charge. We are very happy with our vacation and thank all the employees!

Several bars and restaurants, snacks at the daytime. Mr. Zafer -supper shift lead made our rest unbelievable, he was very kind and respectful. Great service. Small RFI : it would be great to restrict leaving towels at night just in order to occupy the place at the main pool, it was very uncomfortable to search for the place all the time, which was never enough. Wi-Fi was for extra charge and it was super weird, only two areas of free internet is not okay in 21st century. Animation team was very kind and welcoming. Activities were funny, but would be great if adult activities after 22:30 were also considered and 01:00 bars were bit closed along with lights switched off. Food was tasty and diverse. Overall, it was my pleasure to have holidays here
