Great holiday, great hotel, great pools and some amazing staff. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Room was spotless bed very comfortable nice strong shower. Housekeeping done an amazing job every day. Great holiday, great hotel, great pools and some amazing staff. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Room was spotless bed very comfortable nice strong shower. Housekeeping done an amazing job every day. Some bar staff (pictures included) not all, were very welcoming and nice. We read some bad reviews regarding the food but we found the total opposite, always a good choice and good quality especially the cakes ! ! Waiting staff are busy and try their best, but a very special mention to the busiest staff member we have ever came across, ever. That is Pelin, she was non stop, always helpful, always pleasant and kind , always trying to catch every table, unbelievable workrate, an absolute asset to the Miracle. Thank you PELIN , you made a good holiday great👍 . Husaiyn at customer relations was also a helpful cheery chap. The only downside for the both of us , was that the sun loungers are too close together. Could be doing with a little less round the main pool. The noise at night from the neighbouring Titanic is way too loud And this complaint is outwith the Miracles responsibility so will never be going next door. Entertainment, some nights was really good not so on others. A quiet hotel overall which we really enjoyed. We will definitely be returning

Just got back from this hotel 2 weeks ago stayed for 14 days and it was brilliant the rooms are cleaned every day and any thing you ask the cleaners for are more than happy to help the food in all the restaurants is very good recommend trying them all even the ones open in the day down near the bea… more

Just got back from this hotel 2 weeks ago stayed for 14 days and it was brilliant the rooms are cleaned every day and any thing you ask the cleaners for are more than happy to help the food in all the restaurants is very good recommend trying them all even the ones open in the day down near the beach all the staff are friendly but big thank you to hakki one of the waiters who was brilliant all holiday thank you again and see you next year

We recently came back from our stay at Miracle hotel (w.38). We were 2 adults and 3 kids (ages 1-7). Overall we are very satisfied with our stay at Miracle hotel, the kids had a great time and it has something for everyone! So +/- + Cleanliness and facilities - Both the rooms and the overall facilities are extremely clean and you had regular clean up of the facilities around the pool area which was much appriciated. Big facilities as well! + Food - excellent work by the chefs, you really could taste the difference in quality compared to similar hotels in the region. That they had lahmacun pretty much every evening was a big plus! The breakfast was excellent and the kids loved the pancakes with the chocolate sauce (great taste on this as well - nestle) Pool side lunch restaurants had a very good selection as well, and it was nice to see REAL chicken filets served with excellent french fries. The pizza was also top class. Ice cream was off course a hit as well! Very good flavours! Only thing i missed here were chips at the bar.. + Closeness to the beach - 2 min walk to the beach and also a great place to spend some time. Beach Guards that are very observant and ensure that everyone is safe + Pool area - huge and nice pool area and a small aqua land perfect for all the kids. The youngest was hanging around in the kids pool where there was a lot of water games and the older two were enjoying the medium size slides, really something for everyone! + Child disco - In the evenings we usually sat and watch the kids shows which was mostly a nice experience and something the kids enjoyed. You could tell that the hotel had put a lot of effort on the entertainment aspect. + Bazar - Just crossing the street from the hotel would get you to the bazar and that was nice to also spend some evenings, just walking around there + Entertainment team - good team that always tried to get the people going and take part in some fun activities! Some - - A bit noisy at evenings, sometimes we had difficulties sleeping due to high entertainment sound. Would be better if they put us in a room on the other side of the hotel to minimize the disturbance from the outside entertainment - Service could be better - In breakfast and evenings there was nobody coming to our table asking us for what we wanted to drink. We needed to either get it our selfs or find someone to get it for us. In the pool area during the days, we are used to someone going around and taking orders and getting back with the drinks, that we didn't see here. You always needed to go to the bar and then back. Other hotels in the region handles this better. I also felt that the persons working in the restaurant could be happier when serving the food, some of them looked like they were miserable working there and just put the food on the plate and threw it at you, like you had done something wrong. I like the concept of the glass windows and that someone puts the food for you, this ensures cleanliness and also minimize waste, but they should be happier doing it :) Overall this is a great family hotel and we will most likely be back!

“Not the best”

Food is good, hotel is clean. Rooms standard, no tea or coffee facilities. Pool area nice but loads of people falling over on slippy surface. Handful of staff really lovely, the rest were terribly rude/miserable. Beach is great 👍🏻 wouldn't come here again, I come to Turkey alot and there are hotels… more
