This is the best holiday i ever had this hotel is super when you arrive at hotel you direct have family feeling all personel is so friendly and the food is great every lunch and dinner is compleetly different and alote off shoices. They have ala cart fish restaurant is so good and private bqq everything is great here. The bar is super aswell the personel from bar makes very good cocktails and are very friendly and allways ambiance at this resort and the hotel is clean. In half hour you are in antalya or in kemer to visit city. I recomment everybody to make your holiday in Sultan Beldibi. See you next time

“Disappointed”

So after a plane delay, there was no welcome drink and no food...as a family of 7 we were quickly checked in, we arrived to our rooms at 1.00am, rooms were shabby and dirty, we asked to be moved and this was done for us the next day...we found out thomas cook had gone bust so we were very gratefu... more

So after a plane delay, there was no welcome drink and no food...as a family of 7 we were quickly checked in, we arrived to our rooms at 1.00am, rooms were shabby and dirty, we asked to be moved and this was done for us the next day...we found out thomas cook had gone bust so we were very grateful for them being so welcoming as in giving us accommodation..food was so repetitive so it got boring....they charge double at hotel for turkish bath so shop around, we was asked to play bingo so that gave us one go but at £14 for one game is extortionate...we was then dropped a bombshell to say they are closing hotel so we have to move to another hotel...apparently they do this every year...not impressed, our rooms have not been cleaned , mini bar not refreshed...balcony not been cleaned, they just cannot be bothered. would I come back here..NO

Traveled August 28th 2019 for a week 2 Adults 1 child Only us 3 from the whole plane for the transfer to hotel.Bellboy took 2 cases up the stairs to 3rd floor.Tea/coffee facilities is a nice touch. Had to sleep with doors open as aircon didn't work until I insisted we move rooms.loud music from l... more

Had to sleep with doors open as aircon didn't work until I insisted we move rooms.loud music from local nightclub but I can sleep through anything !! WiFi didn't work until next morning,have to log in every time you use it. It is a mainly a French hotel which doesn't bother me but all the receptionists cannot understand you !! Lovely pool area & views.We always up early & got a sunbed with shade.Only knew 1 song played around the pool as not in English & i,m old ,a couple of times it was turned up too much!! Gardeners work hard with the everlasting clearing of the area from greenery debris. Got to know the photograher, couple of the bar staff & waiters who were friendly. Not a vegetarian dish every night. Travelled into Kemer a couple of nights to eat. Bonus no mosquitos but a few flies as restaurant is mainly open air.
