“Clean friendly lots of entertainment for all ages and food delicious with lots of variety”

Loved every minute of our holiday to sailors club 10 of us went as a family. Staff amazing from reception to entertainment staff Something to eat at any point or the day! Cocktails were lovely especially when Sait on roller skates brought them over. The only down side was the restaurants had a surcharge if you wanted to use them at 15 euro each. Usually restaurants are included to use once by guests and don’t need to pay but here you do. This didn’t bother us though as all inclusive was so nice. Beach front was lovely too and a couple of steps to a beach bar and restaurant so you can enjoy all inclusive on the beach. Will definitely be back to Sailors one day xx

Absolutely perfect family holiday! This is a beautiful hotel with everything thought of the make a perfect stay. The food is amazing with lots of variety on offer. Fantastic entertainment team and lots of activities to join in with. Everyone is so friendly and polite. We had one negative experience with a staff member at the bar… when ordering a drink he mocked our english accent and then spoke to other Russian guests in their language and laughed. We are all for a bit of banter but when being laughed at and not understanding what is being said between other guests is just not funny and quite unprofessional. Apart from this one incident however our stay was amazing and all other staff members were funny, polite and helpful especially the staff at the patisserie who were very hospitable and made us amazing coffee every day! The beach area is absolutely gorgeous with lots of sunbeds for guests to use. We absolutely loved Sailor Beach Club and will definitely be back soon!

“Nice relaxing week at sailor’s beach club”

After a delayed flight and long transfer (100 min) we arrived about 1.30am and were greeted by reception staff with a very warm welcome. Check in was very fast and within min was on our way to our room block C room 4313. As this was our honeymoon the staff had decorated our room with love hart balloons, rose petals and a nice bottle of wine which was lovely and much appreciated. Our room was very well equipped, has everything you could ever require but it was very small in size. After passing the bathroom on your right and wardrobe is on your left about 2.5 meters passage way you enter the main living space. We don’t live in a big house but I would say an average size bedroom is bigger than this room and by the time suitcases are unpacked you’re very limited for any space. Issue’s I had with the room is bed was very hard both my partner and I both had problems sleeping. The kettle sounds like a jet engine when being used. Tea and coffee are provided but no milk, the mini bar is very limited with one can of sprite, orange, coke three small bottles of water and two cartons of juice no alcohol (not even a bottle of beer) so wouldn’t even class it as a mini bar. After a very bad night sleep a black cup of coffee and a black cup of tea it was time to go for breakfast. ( if you like a drink before going for breakfast would recommend taking your own coffee and tea bags, milk can be obtained from one of the bars but when fridge is restocked for some reason milk is removed) Breakfast wasn’t our best meal time as an English couple only food we had was a omelette or fried eggs. Food in the main restaurant was lovely and always loads of choice. We made a big mistake one night by not going for our evening meal until 19.45 and there was very little choice left. The circular main serving area just inside the restaurant was full of empty trays and what other food that was available was only lukewarm so always go early unless you’re having a salad. We booked the Italianà la cart for a change and this was one of the best meals iv ever eaten it was just simply superb. There is a 12€ surcharge to pay but was well worth every penny and is a must for anyone. Drinks were hit or miss and all depends on who serves you to the quality of drink you got. During the day we drank at the bar near the pool but some cocktails were prepared well and were lovely the next time different person serving just tipped everything in a glass and didn’t care. It was the same on a night so ended up drinking at the bar near reception. We found that drinks were loads better, served with a smile, very polite and tables were always kept clean just as you would expect. Beach is stones and beach shoes are a must. We spent very little time there as for some reason all the sun beds are under cover so in the shade all the time. I did go in the sea once but found it very difficult getting in and out due the power of the waves and if I had children this would worry me. The hotel does have a manufactured walk way in and out of the sea which does help. There is also a small pier which has sun beds and an area where you can dive or jump into the sea which is lovely. Pool area was always kept clean but unfortunately the pool was freezing cold and this was a big disappointment to me as I love spending time in the pool when it’s hot. Can’t understand why the hotel has to keep pumping freezing cold water into a pool when no body is using it due to it being so cold. Now we come to the biggest issue we had at this hotel the sun beds are so uncomfortable. I have spent time in many 3 star hotels with better sun beds they are totally unacceptable for what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. There are no cushions or padding it’s just a very thin nylon netting rested on metal bars. If your planning on visiting this hotel please take an air bed not for the pool as your not getting in there unless your wearing a coat, gloves and a scarf but for your bed. We did venture at of the hotel but all we found where shops selling bags, clothes and suit cases. We walked in both directions but couldn’t find any bars or restaurants which was a bit disappointing so hotel is the only entertainment you have. We both had a lovely week but being honest don’t think we will be returning anytime soon. There where to many negatives issues from the pool, drinks, size of the room, beach, surrounding area and the sun beds. We traveled with TUI and they class this hotel as a 4 star which I think is right and if I’m paying 5 star prices I want 5 star service and location.
