Great hotel. Service was excellent again. This was our second visit having come for the first time last year. Would def come again. Assistants were great and helpful everyday and using the WhatsApp service worked really well. Very attentive. Couldn’t fault the service anywhere in the hotel. Drinks, food and restaurants were brilliant. I would ask for a better way to book the al a carte restaurants as the current system isn’t great but appreciate not easy in a hotel this size. Overall would def recommend!!

We are having a fantastic experience in Rixos premium Tekirova! We hope to be the same till our last day. The room has been every day well cleaned and the room is really comfortable for a couple with a child. We all have been very satisfied from the restaurants, even that we have not tried the ala cart yet. I personally want to emphasize the service in the restaurants that is perfect. The staff is very attentive to satisfy any needs you may have. The food is excellent and we really cannot decide what to eat and how much 😂definitely a come back 😊

I gave the hotel 5 stars as overall we had an amazing holiday. Food was really good, we visited… Mandarin - such tasty food and really good service had a lovely waitress People’s - we ate here on different days for breakfast, lunch and dinner, waiter was brilliant and food was really delicious Mermaid - when we arrived they did not have an outside table but someone did leave so it was fine, best prawns we have tasted and all prepared so no need for fingers! la Rosetta - amazing food and the prawns again, the setting for the seafront restaurants are amazing. Cactus - this was our disappointment as it was not open Food court - we ate here most lunchtimes and was perfect for lunch Turquoise - mostly breakfast, omelettes so good, had a few lunches and couple of dinners but over whelming with choice. The BBQ was good out by the sea. La Turka - lovely food , although I did miss a chicken shish! Ice cream house - lovely flavours either a cone or cup. There was something my husband wanted which was a sports bar! What looks like the sports bar was not open so he had to watch football on his iPad! The Lotua bar in the evening was lovely, we watched some shows and they had a dj after. The Rixy club is a little walk so we never experienced the kids entertainment. The pool for me was disappointing as we visited Rixos Belek last year and the pool area and sunbeds are so comfy and aesthetically look amazing. We never had an issue with the sunbeds and could always get one as people come and go. Waiter service was good but no Corona, popcorn or Lays crisps! They had tortillas and nuts but I’m not a fan of Doritos. The pool is also 1.4 metres deep there are some steps one end but the sunbeds there were reserved everyday. The aqua park was ok but my son only could go on a couple of slides as most were 10+. The Rixy pool area is good and the lazy river. The high ropes and zip line my son enjoyed. He did the football academy a couple of times but again in compassion to last year was not as good and no Rixos kit was given either and the area was just the grass with nets. He also did the cars I think 20 euro for 15 minutes and the track is quite big but in an exclusive there are a lot of extras to pay for including the restaurants which I did not agree with. Cabana - we hired a cabana for the day which was my best day. We had breakfast in the restaurant behind which aesthetically was beautiful, however the service was not great but only due to not communicating in English very well. Lunch was different and amazing and we had the amazing prawns again! I do think some of the pictures are misleading as they show a lot of areas for the villas, the cabana restaurant behind is so different to the general areas, which is a shame. We took a taxi to Kemer, market Thursday and the town, again plenty of shopping! And again a taxi to Tekirova with some shopping too! You do have to barter to get the price down we paid in Lira and Euros. Our room, we did have the delux but not sea view but the view of the mountain was nice. Cleaner was lovely and the chocolate in the fridge is really nice! A little tip to the staff goes a long way… The hotel in general is lovely and nice the way it views the sea. The mountains behind are lovely and with the sea in front.

We stayed as a family of 4 in the Family pool villa for May half term. The transfer is long, 90 min and bus transfer will have 3-4 stops. Private transfers can be arranged for £60-100. This is quicker (60min). The feature of the free access to the Land of Legends should also be noted as long (90min) as it is beyond the airport in the other direction. Thus the free shuttle is to be taken with the caveat that the travel time will use half your day (shuttle runs 9am and leaves 4:30pm). We managed 1 ride and lunch having booked experiences (dolphin swim and shark trek). Beware, eating out is ridiculously expensive and food is not allowed in. For the hotel, the pool villa was lovely. The rooms were cleaned well and mini bars restocked daily, additional drinks could be ordered to the room for free 12pm-6pm. The beds were comfortable enough and the aircon works well enough. The villas are spacious and the pool warm if the weather is (not heated). There is a WhatsApp group with information given daily. However all the activities are usually once a day only at a certain time. (i.e. climbing wall is only 5-6pm, adventure course 3-4pm). Waterslides are good but the bigger ones are age 10+ except for the carpets ride. There is a smaller waterpark area which is good for younger (<5yrs) kids. The extra kids club activities sounded great but are booked up (50 spaces for the week, none available to book when we arrived). This was also true for the A la carte as per other reviews. You can book from 9am that day but they are full by 09:02. We did manage to eat at the Mandarin which was lovely, but only after complaining to our reps about the inability to book. Food at the buffet is average, plenty of stews/cold fish/BBQ/pizza (main buffet only) and pasta. It was not obvious if there were different food themes, most of the food was similar each evening. The main buffet is crazy busy and chaotic but we ended up there as the kids always wanted pizza. Getting drinks could take a long time. The pool villa restaurant Veranda was nicer but slightly less choice. There are 2 other villa restaurants but these are only for the higher grade villas. Much of the information about the logistics was only learnt on the go during our week, e.g. room service that was available between 12-6 for drinks/snacks. Additional costs for any wine not "house wine" was disappointing although thankfully the house red wine was very drinkable. The tax/markup for those additional bottles is eye watering. While a pleasant stay I wouldn't be rushing back.
