“Absolutely amazing holiday”

This may be long but, hopefully informative if you are thinking of booking. We went as a couple last year and had such a great time that, we returned with our family this year. Our booking was a party of 5 and be being a 2 year old. 2 in their early 30s and 2 mid 50s. My other daughter and partner in their late 20s were there also on a separate booking. When our party of 5 arrived we were upgraded to a swim up villa. This was obviously amazing especially having a young child as it’s a sloping easy access pool. You also had use if you wanted it to the villa dining. Food like last year was brilliant. Turquoise the main buffet has so much choice at every meal. The food court is great as well . We ate lunch at both. Never finding it a problem to get a table, always clean and the staff always attentive for drinks etc. it may be the time of year as we went 24/9-1/10. So possibly a bit quieter. Also ate in the evenings at Peoples restaurant, the Turkish and the Chinese al la carte. All three were great really nice food, too much food , you leave feeling stuffed. My family also ate in the Mexican and our other daughter and her partner in the Fish and Italian restaurant. Everyone thought the food was excellent. Sunbeds around the pool were never a problem even if you arrived very late morning. You could always find a bed on the beach also. I enjoy the fitness classes held during the day as well as the aqua fitness. Any level was welcome with really encouraging fitness coaches. Lots going on around the pool if you wanted pool games or darts etc. Never really a big queue to get a drink . All in all we had a great time and will definitely be returning next year. One of the real assets of this hotel are the WhatsApp assistants who message every day with the program and any changes. They sorted out any and all issues that we may have had really quickly. We found all the staff friendly and really helpful . The only complaint which isn’t really a complaint we had is, the evening entertainment is too short. It starts at 9.30 and was only in for 45-60 minutes depending on the show followed by a DJ. It’s a shame it’s not a bit longer. All in all though this was only a very small criticism. This hotel suited all of our group and we had a brilliant holiday.

I recently stayed at this beautiful resort and overall had a fantastic time. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: Pools: The pools were excellent—spacious and well-maintained. However, the water was a bit on the cold side, which might be refreshing for some, but I would have preferred a slightly warmer temperature. Dining: The buffet food was outstanding with a wide variety of options that were consistently delicious. The à la carte restaurants, while good, didn’t quite reach the same level—enjoyable, but nothing extraordinary. Room - Pool Suite: We stayed in the pool suite, and it was fantastic. The room was spacious, well-equipped with all the amenities you'd need, and perfect for a relaxing stay. It could use a little TLC in some areas, but nothing that detracted from the overall experience. Activities: There was plenty to do, especially for families with children. The resort offers a wide range of activities that kept everyone entertained, making it a great choice for those traveling with kids. Pricing: The only downside to our stay was the on-resort pricing for items. For example, a pink flamingo pool float was €140 in the resort shop, compared to just €25 on Amazon. Essentials like sun cream were priced at €18-€25, whereas you could easily find it for €6 just down the road. Water sports on the beach were also far too expensive—€100+ for just 15 minutes on a jet ski seemed excessive, even if you're prepared to spend. Overall: Despite the pricing issues, this is a beautiful resort that I would happily visit again. Next time, though, I’ll make sure to bring my own pool floats and maybe even my own jet ski!

My family stayed in one of the villas at this resort - by far one of the best experiences I've had. We were given a personal assistant or butler called İlker! He is such a credit to the team, giving us insights as to events on that day and what to do and ALWAYS there to help! The food is no slouch either... if you're planning to stay here please try be experimental with your food and try the different restaurants on site! You will be surprised how much stuff you'd normally say 'oo I don't normally like that' and end up loving it. The chefs do an amazing job👏 me and my family hope to come back again.
