This is how I imagine the level of service, from arrival to departure. The interest of the butler and quick fulfillment of any request. cleanliness everywhere in the hotel, wonderful nice staff, enough waiters who don't make you wait long. great food, quality mixed drinks, great evening program. this hotel really deserves to be on the first rungs. the only small minus is that it's a shame that this hotel doesn't have a beautiful beach and access, I know that Kemer is famous for that, but the perfect beach would make this hotel even higher. in july 2025 we are gong there again ( 3 times) thank you that we finally found a hotel that brings tears to my eyes when I leave

Nice hotel and decent cuisine although like others have commented vegetables and some dishes were cold by the time we picked up to eat. The food was nowhere near the same standard as Rixox Premium where we had stayed before but I do think that was exceptional. Also I wasn’t keen on being served from behind plastic screens which seem to have been left over from Covid times. So why did I give 5 star. Well the rooms are great. We had a family of 4 so our teenagers had an adjoining room which gave them separate facilities but the knowledge we were there for anything. Pool was good although they could do with another one nearby. Maybe a salt water one near the beach?? Facilities were very good although the commercial shops were expensive so worth going out to Kemer town. The additional restaurants and patisserie were top notch and the coffee shop to. What made the hotel worth staying at were the staff. All were excellent and so helpful and friendly. Great team and management who made sure all was handled well. The app supplied was very helpful and informative and contact with the team was easy. Hadn’t come across this before but worked brilliantly as did the the cars to and from the airport and the CIP lounge. A special mention for staff members Tansu, Cihan (at pool bar), Rose in Lobby bar and Diyar who made our stay very special.

We have not long returned from our visit to NG Phaselis Bay. Having spent several weeks exploring places we could visit we decided to visit here as our first family holiday abroad. We clearly made the right choice. Everything was beyond our expectation. The whole experince from pre arrival to returning home was all the better because we chose to stay with you. The complex and exclusive feel was one we will always remember. What made this experience even better was the people who work here. There is nothing we asked for that wasn’t possible and often you didn’t need to ask for anything as it had already been considered and offered by the staff. There were so many staff that went beyond what anyone would expect. We were particular blessed with the assistance we received from Kabeer and Omer our NG Guides, Nadir one of the fantastic Roller Waiters, Lifeguards Erfan and Songul. Songul’s attention to detail and interaction with children was exceptional. From the moment we met her to leaving she made an extra effort to make us and our son feel welcome. Songul has a fantastic connection with Children and should be considered for a role whereby she can spend more time with them. Despite this being our first family holiday abroad in 8 years we are already planning our next one which will possibly be at NG Phaselis Bay. Our sincere thanks for the wonderful experience and memories.

Firstly let me say that this is a beautiful hotel with amazing grounds and swimming pools that make you relax instantly. The view of the sea and the hills are amazing and you do feel special being there. The entertainment and the food need a rethink though. The hotel has a number of restaurants and I will rate them as follows The Chefs Steak - costs 50 euros per head to eat here but the food and service are outstanding. Burger and Beer - costs included in stay - very easy eats and good service. Capella - Italian again 50 euros per head - food was not great and my partner was given the wrong main course ( overcooked and cold). Nautilus - good food and cafe style - 24 hour service. Cuisine - the buffet restaurant - great choice , great service team, accommodating chefs but the problem here is that the Hot food is not hot. This seriously needs to be looked at. We did inform the team and a few times the food had to be reheated. We arrived on the last day of the season and there was a halloween party that night - spectacular and well organised. The day after all entertainment seemed to be ceased and things went indoors to the bars and lobby. Very dull and a couple of nights the entertainment was only Karaoke. They need to think of better ways to engage the guests in the late season. Finally I want to single out Nazir as our host who was a lovely young man who listened to our gripes.
