This hotel was recommended by family so we returned with them and other family. It did not disappoint! From our arrival in the early hours all the way through our holiday all the staff were pleasant and hard working. They were all so kind and genuinely happy making our stay wonderful and memorable. We ate at the main restaurant for breakfast mainly, but I would definitely recommend the breakfast at the Nautilus 24 hour restaurant near the games room. Very tasty food and beautifully presented. The choice for lunch is extensive inside, by the pool or the beach. There is so much choice and there is also the coffee and patisserie where the kids also loved the ice-cream and chocolates. In the evening we ate in the main restaurant as there is so much choice! It is easy to keep the kids happy and get to enjoy your dinner!! All the waiters were so friendly in the restaurants. We went to scallops and it was AMAZING! The kitchen staff, waiters, ( shout out to my son's favourite Abdullah) and pool guys on blades were all smiley polite and friendly. Also want to say thank you to Deniz on the beach surprising us with snacks and his own drink creations. Very special. The place is spotless! The rooms, restaurants, and the grounds. There are so many hard-working grounds people and cleaners near the pool that work efficiently and silently. Mehmet was a lovely kind gent that always smiled and said a friendly hello. Kids club were great. My son is a sports loving 6 year old. They made him feel special and included in the sports. He also loved the squishy painting and wood painting. The pools are great. All 140cm deep so we had to watch the little ones as there was nothing shallower, but water is warm and just a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea whilst sat by the pool. With all the food I did try the fitness sessions in the pool with Victoria and the team ( sorry I can't remember all the names) they were so encouraging. The gym is really nice with everything you need to feel less guilty to eat another cake!! I just have to thank Kabeer and Emre who were on hand on the WhatsApp for our every enquiry. Genuinely kind, informative and friendly. Thank you for making our holiday special, wonderful and memorable. The mountain views are exceptional, gorgeous flurry clouds that burn off to reveal stunning greens beside the blue skies. The beach is pebbley with sand under the water. I'd advise swim shoes or be extra careful for the odd sharp rock. A special place. I would recommend take Lira with you as there are no cash points nearby. You have to take a take 25-30 mins away in either direction for a cash point if you want to tip.

My favorite hotel! There is a good kids' club there, all the kids love it. And of course cool SPA with a lot of beauty treatments, where you can also buy high-quality cosmetics for every taste. In Ng Phaselis Bay SPA works a very good, talented massage therapist Caner! I recommend CANER everyone. He made massages to the whole family, we are sincerely grateful to him. CANER is the BEST!!!

THE BEST resort I’ve ever been to! Firstly the 24/7 Nautilius restaurant is SO underrated, has better food than the main hall for me - much smaller menu but everything on there is executed very well by the chefs. Every time the steak and lamb came out perfect medium rare (how I desired). Even at 4am the steak is cooked 🤌 and served within 10 minutes - a cheat code for people who like gym/red meat. Nice sides too, butter rice, risotto, mash, grilled veggies and a nice jus/gravy. And the meatballs are also really flavourful. The Manti from the snackbar and Nautilius 🤌 Huge shoutout to EMRE from Nautilius, always very hospitable, polite and provided service with a smile. Also had brilliant English and pronunciation which is a bit rarer on this resort. Very enthusiastic and friendly kid. Burger & Beer restaurant is very decent. The short rib burger is 🤌🤌🤌, thank you to Yulia for the recommendation and amazing service. Brilliant English also. Main restaurant there is A LOT of options. My favourite was the sushi bar. Desserts are pretty immense, a HUGE selection, not a dessert person but I tasted some family members creme brulee and some random hazelnut type cake and they were both 10/10. Food aside. The constant view of the mountains was soooo stunning. The infinity pool and bar is lovely (main) and from the pools, you’re a TEN second away walk from the private beach and sea. Shoutout MUSLUM for always checking on my family and skating whatever we needed over! 10/10 resort for families and children. Beluga Kids Club is pretty cool. So is the waterpark. Activities on all day for the kids. And finally HUGE shoutout to my guy KABEER, amazing assistant and vibes, stayed in contact and was available at all times to help during our stay. Came and visited me whilst I was having dinner for 1 at Capella (a la carte) to see how I was enjoying it which was an extremely nice touch, he made our stay a joy from the very moment we arrived. I enjoyed some fantastic conversations with him! Fantastic asset to NG. I will return at some point I hope!

“OUTRAGEOUS CHARGING 100 euros extra for food. NOT ALL INCLUSIVE!”

Posititves i. Absolutely charming staff especially the restaurant Manager and Itzhak the waiter. ii. Lovely location Negatives: i. Outrageous to charge up to 100 euros per two persons for 'speciality restaurants' when on 'all inclusive' trip that cost nearly £6000. There were only three 'free restaurants' Main buffet which was open for dinner and lunch, burger place nextdoor (not a decent dinner option' Nautilus which was vile soul less place with no view and nothing else we spotted which looked decent. At least FOUR chargeable restaurants mostly 100 euros for two. You could buy the best meal in Turkey for 100 euros let alone as an add on to an all inclusive! ii. Main buffet was served through glass and you and you had to point. No real queueing and the tall chef grilling the meat inevitably served the men first and often ignored the ladies iii. The decor of the only 'free' restaurant was like a cafeteria. It felt more like a 'bun fight' at night than a beautiful dining venue. Men still in swimming and shorts and sandals, so it was pointless getting dressed up. Again self service! iv. The food quality was good and we did complement the chef. However, one lunchtime I ate sea bass and was violently sick at 7. I brought back all the seabass and burst a blood vessel in my eye. v. The hotel denied it was their food, all I wanted was a doctor to look and maybe prescribe eye drops, but the hotel would only do if I was insured. There was never any intention for a claim just a quick eye check. They only seemed concerned as we were leaving the hotel. vi. MUZAK plays ALL DAY around the pool, on a loop! The noise of nature is so beautiful there, it was not necessary and destroyed the beautiful atmosphere. On top there was music in the bar which was very good. This was played AS WELL AS MUZAK so two soundtracks at once. The muzak was enough stop us ever returning. vii. Plastic plants all over restaurants which spoilt the decor everywhere they were. So unecessary. They just looked cheap and nasty an detracted. To conclude, hardly anyone spoke English, and the staff did seem to cater more for Russian guests. Compared to other all inclusive hotels, the value is not as good.
