Me and my girlfriend stayed here from 11th to 18th June 2024 (from the UK). In the main we were very happy indeed with the hotel and the holiday overall. Negatives first... We have to agree with the comments about the buffet food. It was 'OK'. We are not fussy eaters but feel like if you are you might not even find it to be 'OK'. We ate at the Turkish restaurant one evening and although this was very nice, it was just the food from the buffet restaurant served for you. Drinks were quite inconsistent in terms of their quality - you could have the same cocktail twice and they would be totally different. Sometimes undrinkable due to strength - other times very nice and refreshing. The pool attendants are very keen to put the umbrellas down at about 4pm - even if you are sat under one trying to get some shade - didn't bother us too much. But other people may get quite annoyed by this! Positives... The grounds of the hotel are exceptionally nice and well kept! Really very nice and we felt the hotel had a 'Caribbean feel' as opposed to just a big massive hotel block - we found this to be a positive. The main pool is very nice, easy to get a bed in the morning and plenty of umbrellas for shade. In the main the staff at the hotel are very pleasant although there is an obvious language barrier when speaking English - which may be misunderstood as rudeness (but we don't think it was) We thought the room was lovely. Towels and bed changed each day. Bathroom very nice and clean. Some reviews and images with bits of dirty grout are just stupid in our opinion. There are so many rooms and such large grounds that it simply isn't possible to make this perfect! And it didn't bother us at all. Air con good (although maybe a little bit noisy). Tiny TV - but who cares on holiday?! Not us! The entertainment team are great and full of energy each day. We turned down their requests daily to get involved in activities which they were fine with - and by the end of the week they were joking with us about it! Most of the shows they do in the ampetheatre are really good. We opted for the 2hr boat trip from the watersports people - this was fantastic. A really nice trip - just wish it lasted longer! The beach is lovely and the chill bar is nice and peaceful to get away from the holiday music around the pool for an hour or 2. There are some little shops and a bar about 5mins walk from the hotel if you want to venture out. Bobs Kareoke Cafe was a nice change of scenery and the man in charge is very chatty and pleasant. Big screen for football. Cats and other animals - not sure why/how people can complain about this!? There was a lot however they were all very well behaved. We never once saw a cat on a table in any of the eating places. They are just sat around or walking about. No problem at all and actually quite nice! Overall, a really nice hotel and a very good holiday. I would recommend but it depends if you've been spoilt in the past with 5* hotels in other countries across the world. I would say it is a 4* - let down by the food really.

“Vacation in true botanical garden”

This was our second vacation in the most green resort we have ever visited. Rooms are in one story buildings named after plants (wisteria, magnolia, diantus, basil...) amidst all the very well cared for trees and flowers (some even labeled in different languages). The staff is friendly. The food is tasty. The Fish a la carte restaurant is really nice. There is enough entertainment for the kids and for the adults. If you are looking to get away from gigantic hotels with no shade, this is the place for you.

“Excellent”

We were here two years ago and it was so fascinating that we invited our family friends for this year. From the very beginning, they welcomed us with courtesy at front desk, even if the weather was hot, the reception was so cool that we relaxed, Melissa helped us lot for check in. While checking in, Mr.Samet brought us delicious cocktails.During our holiday, Mr.Faruk was always dealing with us with any inquiries especially a’la carte. Italian Chef was amazing and master of his professionalism. This year they made arrangements about beach and became excellent. We love their preparation of A’la Carte table.

“Fantastic vacation”

Everything was perfect. Hotel crew were kind and nice in every situation from start till end of the holiday. Sea is clear and beach is clean. Hotel restaurant is amazing, everybody find whats looking for. Thank you for amazing experience. Martin
