The hotel is not new, but very comfortable, the rooms are clean. The staff cares about you throughout your stay. Well done I liked the hotel building. A marine theme is followed everywhere. The hotel has an equipped beach, a pier. The entrance to the sea has been cleared of stones. This is another advantage of the hotel. As for the cuisine, the food is tasty and varied. The menu includes meat, fish, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, pastries and delicious bread... All staff work harmoniously at the hotel. Special thanks to manager Inna for her professional approach to solving any problems. In general, I am satisfied with my vacation and will come here again.

“Disappointed ! Only 3* not 5*!”

I am surprised how it is possible that this hotel has 5* . Huge disappointment for me . I give them max 3* . First things which were good - WiFi everywhere even on the beach , Starbucks free of charge in all formula and location of the hotel it was ok . Rooms were horrible , air condition only like… more

I am surprised how it is possible that this hotel has 5* . Huge disappointment for me . I give them max 3* . First things which were good - WiFi everywhere even on the beach , Starbucks free of charge in all formula and location of the hotel it was ok . Rooms were horrible , air condition only like a decoration 27 degree every day !! Can’t sleep and rest at all . I was few times in reception and guests relation asking for help but nothing change . Very poor bathroom , old and used- broken washbasin , old and scratched bathtub, malfunctioning toilet flush. Towels and bedding maybe were white once but now they are yellow-grey . In room and bathroom were clean , housekeeping was friendly and ok but everything should be changed from the equipment. We couldn’t choose shower only room with bathtubs were available it was not comfortable. Food in all restaurants was very simple , the same every day . No chalva baclava any Turkish dishes . No seafood . Only melon and watermelon from fruits . It is not true that is 24 hours food service in this hotel . When we return late from our trip restaurants were closed . In our offer we had one dinner a’la carte . In hotel were two restaurants a’ la cart . We were together with friends but we couldn’t make reservations for all of us , guest relations employee seperated us for two days . We should chose fish for this dinner while making reservation🤣. We and our friends have been very surprised when during dinner we were sitting alone at the big table ! Menu was the same like in main restaurant only 2 fishes more and tablecloths made difference. This hotel should be offer only for people from Rusia . Main language was Russian , animation , music , waiters , everyone speaks Russian . In the hotel were many people from Poland Slovakia so it was strange . Water in the pool was very cold . Very good were drink bars and foreigner alkohol beverages . Nice animation team , disco and party on the beach but why everything in Russian ??
