Some of these reviews honestly make me fear for the intelligence of my compatriots. Let's get one thing out of the way - this is not your usual British Holiday all-inclusive with free-flowing drinks and drunken people roasting by the pool. Thank goodness for that. It has to be said though that the hotel caters mostly for Russian tourists (99% of the visitors are Russian) and that can be felt in some of the interactions with the staff, who have a limited command of English and as such I think can come across as not super nice. I had pleasant interactions with all though. From other reviews I gather that some of the further hotel buildings are terrible, I was in the annex just in front of the hotel and I have no complaints. The room was spacious enough, and while not the height of luxury it had everything I could have needed. The Aircon worked really well and kept the room at a good stable temperature throughout (no bouts of freezing air Vs heat). The balcony was a nice addition though no views so a bit underwhelming. The room was cleaned daily to a good standard and all towels replaced, no complaints about the housekeeping staff. The main hotel building is nice and well maintained. The pool is small but I always saw it empty - probably because there weren't a lot of guests when I visited. Everyone here seems to prefer the beach anyway (as do I). The beach Is on a lovely bit of coastline. Pebbles, but this shouldn't come as a big surprise and appropriate shoes can be purchased in the corner shop. The only issue here is the size of the beach - it's so small that sunbeds have to be placed very close together and there's only so many in the sun. I think I would have found it frustrating in high season, having to move from shade to sunshine and not finding any room. I can imagine how that would impact some people's experience of the place - I would wager the hotel has expanded beyond what is feasible with the extra buildings. The food I found of good quality, with an above average buffet for an all-inclusive. Breakfast choices were limited, but lunch and dinner were fine, with very high quality food, if sometimes a bit bland. I was glad not to see tourist baby foods like chicken nuggets, it caters to people who eat real food. I did miss some Turkish cuisine staples though - no iskender, doner meat once but without pita bread etc. Overall though it was good, and with plenty of seating. I visited the spa and purchased the "Turkish bath package", which was pleasant. It seemed a bit too rushed throughout and the staff performing it were nice, but spoke no English so communication was pretty hard. The pricing was a bit much considering it was practically what I paid for the room per night (£40 for the 90 minute package) and the staff were competent but again, a bit rushed. I didn't check the time throughout but found myself back in my room exactly 90 minutes after the appointment, so overall it must have lasted 1hr tops. WiFi was good and with great signal on the beach as well, only issue is that only 1 device is included. I got it for free (unlimited) for my entire stay (three days) but could not connect my laptop to watch a film etc. Minor inconvenience for a short stay but could hinder a longer vacation for sure. In general, my impression is that this place was a true steal for the price I paid, I guess because of low season I never struggled finding a spot on the beach or enjoying any of the facilities. The lack of small children and relative peace and quiet made it even more enjoyable. I could not imagine anything better for the price I paid! Bonus point: unlike other all inclusive, where only families and groups visit, there were a fair few solo travelers. I saw many other people sat on their own in the buffet restaurant and that was great, because sometimes you can be made to feel like a weirdo alone in a resort. Not here - everyone was very chill and clearly used to solo travellers.

Just returned from a week here,reception were friendly and helpful we were given a room in an annex which was nice and 2 minutes from main building and pool.The hotel location is excellent and close to beach marina and town with all the shops and bars.We used Maxwell tours right opposite for excursions such as a boat trip which was great value.We had coffee in mornings at the buffet and patisserie area bar which which was one of a few levels and terraces to sit.The main bar area was nice for daytime drinks and nights with a selection of cocktails included and local spirits with Tuborg gold beer.Staff are friendly if your polite and want to chat or joke.Fresh gozleme is available free of charge and very nice.The main restaurant we were happy with it's large and nice and cool,the show cooking part and great fresh pide were the best parts.We saw the beach area and weren't impressed as no alcohol included and very busy and stoney so stayed pool side which was very clean and refreshing during temperatures in the 40s.To improve id like more live music at night and at least beer available at the beach,also a toaster at the breakfast buffet would be good.Overall we were happy and enjoyed our stay and holiday in Kemer resortThankyou,Paul and Kelly from England.
