This is an excellent Hotel and Resort. The restaurant has a large selection of food that is freshly cooked and fruit like Water Melon that is freshly prepared. There is an outside bbq that cooks meat and fish every night also there are themed nights with food cooked and served outside. During the day there are several areas to get food, the outside restaurant serves freshly cooked pasta and pizza. The other area serves again freshly cooked Kebabs, wraps and burgers. There is also ice lollies and cakes available. The pool is very large and has a swim up bar. All the staff are very friendly and helpful , a special mention to all the pool Bar staff who work hard in the heat of the day, also the animation team who run the Darts,Water Polo, Volleyball etc The private beach has a blue flag award. The jet skis etc can be hired. A bid big thanks to Mike and others on reception who helped me with some problems I had with my transport. . One thing to avoid are the photographers they are not employed by the hotel but can be very persuasive to have photographs that are very expensive.

“Brilliant hotel”

Had a great time. Nothing to much for the staff. They are very helpful they looked after me well. My view was amazing. (Handsome) kaya and (cheeky cute)Ahmed. You guys are an asset to the company and of course boss lady ;-). To many to mention really.

**Disappointing Experience at a Supposed 5-Star Hotel** I feel compelled to write this review because, despite reading many positive reviews before booking, I believe this hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating. I have traveled to 17 countries and stayed in various 5-star resorts and hotels, and the standards and service of this hotel are significantly lacking. Here are the key issues I encountered so that other potential guests can make a more informed decision. **Bar/Drinks Service** This was my main issue. There is no waiter service throughout the hotel, not even in the restaurants. Guests have to go up to the bar, order their own drinks, and carry them back to the table. The drinks are also terrible—no handmade cocktails, just pre-made bottles (like what you would give a teenager) that are 5% alcohol. The staff are all extremely young, with the pool bar bartender being only 16! Even in the nicer lobby bar, the cocktails are all made from pre-made bottles. This is totally unacceptable for a 5-star resort. **À la Carte Restaurant** Our experience at the fish restaurant was the tipping point that led me to write this review. My partner and I booked a dinner there, and while the sea-front location initially looked beautiful with petals on the table, we soon found 20+ ants crawling all over it and in the tapas food. I reported this to the manager, who simply wafted the ants with his hands while we were still seated. He walked away without offering any replacement food for the dishes with ants in them. I lifted the plate to find another 10 ants underneath. Despite reporting this again, the manager neither apologized nor offered us an alternative table. It was clear our table was above an ant nest, which could have been easily resolved by moving us. The next day, I woke up with five ant bites on the back of my thighs, which is totally unacceptable for a 5-star resort. Additionally, the waiter spent more time flirting with a guest than attending to us. The manager had to ask him four times to clear our plates, which he eventually did himself. This was highly unprofessional. **Room Cleaning Service** The rooms are “cleaned” daily, but they only change the bed sheets and do not touch anything else. When we arrived, there was mold in the shower that was not cleaned once during our 11-day holiday. This is not what I’d expect from a 5-star resort. They do not touch any items in the room, only change the bed sheets. **Rooms** The rooms are somewhat modern, but the balcony doors are made of old wood (I cut my hand trying to close one). The balconies are also tired and worn, in bad condition. Again, not what I’d expect from a 5-star resort. **Food** The food here is plain and bland, with no flavour or variety. On three separate occasions we were provided raw meat photo of one of the occasions attached. They have themed nights, but only a small portion of the food is themed, and again, not much variety. On our last day at the hotel, we saw three different ambulances taking guests to the hospital with blue lights on. We were curious why they were there but didn’t think much of it at the time. However, as soon as we got onto the aircraft and took off, I experienced the worst upset stomach of my life. I spent 2 hours in the toilet, the air hostess had to close the toilet so I could have access 24/7. I had to have a logbook of my health during the flight; I had shivers, aching bones, and dizziness. (Please note I did not eat anything apart from the food within the hotel.) I felt like I was dying. This is not what I’d expect from a 5-star resort. **English-Speaking Guests** Please be aware that if you are English and planning to come here, nobody speaks English. I called the reception desk as our water had been cut off on our last day. A lady answered but clearly could not understand English and hung up on me! I called back, she answered again. I explained, she just hung up on me, and she simply said, “technician will come,” and hung up the phone. No apology or explanation on why the call was originally terminated. Unbelievably unprofessional. We also asked a maid if we could have extra conditioner and shampoo. She could not speak English, which is completely fine as, at the end of the day, we are in her country. However, she shouted at us and said, “can you not understand English” in a very rude manner. Obviously, I can understand English as I’m English myself. However, the level of disrespect and lack of customer service is appalling! **Conclusion** In all honesty, I would never return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone. Save your money and find a resort that truly deserves a 5-star rating.
