“Overall among the best”

We really liked the hotel a lot. Roza and her team at the children day care was really trying their best to animate our children. The evening programm was a bit lacking. Good and Pool was good and overall the service probably among the best I've encounterd in the last years.

We had a family holiday for 10 days in the hotel. It turned out to be beyond our expectations. We were given a bigger room than booked. It had a very spacious bathroom and 2 clean bright rooms. The food is very tasty for every choice: grill, vegan, diet, 2 types of soup, 2 types of porridge for breakfast, unlimited alcohol. We especially valued cocktails in the bar. Amazing for our 4-year old kid: kids buffet, water slides, animation in the evening and kids club during the day. Pools are spacious, he didn’t want to go out. I definitely recommend hotel for family holidays!

Main priority for me was the kids, if the kids are happy we have been happy, The entertainment was provide for adults not just for kids They hade cleening the property at all times , very friendly and polite staff, food was very good , tasted fresh and you hade a lot of options The pools just as nice and clean as in the picture You could have the cool drinks everywhere, snacks plenty of choices, my children enjoyed The beach clean and beautiful Thank you for amazing holiday and amazing memory we made as family Definitely recommend

“I wouldn’t book again but the entertainment team is great”

First room they put us in was vile, that’s the only word to describe it. As you walk through the main doors there is a little door to the left, up some stairs… if they take you up there be warned you will not be pleased. The room had no privacy as the dirty old blinds were falling off and had gaps in them. These blinds were in the main room and the bathroom. I avoided using the bathroom the first night because you could see the hotel rooms opposite through the gaps. The bathroom had the most disgusting smell of sewage, this seaped out into the room and we had to hold the door open as we felt physically sick. I refused to use the shower as that was where the smell was coming from so I had to use baby wipes. Got back to our room the next day (our boiling hot room) and the aircon stopped working. We went to complain and they said someone would be up within 30 minutes. No one came, we returned at 12 midnight to still no aircon. They thankfully moved us to a room in the main building which didn’t stink, had better airflow and although it was two single beds we had a great night sleep for the rest of our holiday. The food was edible but cheap, I stuck to fried dough, bread, melon and chips. I couldn’t eat the rest, in-fact I wouldn’t even try it. Coffee is just pointless, no taste at all. Ice creams were lovely and lots of variety of flavours. Evenings were fun as they had entertainment until late. A few little shops inside the complex which was handy. First day husband needed some cigarettes but this little shop was closed. We ventured out around the hotel to find a shop. Area looked rough/sketchy, we bought enough so that we didn’t have to go again. Staff were so rude and uninterested especially in the restaurant and the front desk. No one smiled at all, they would collect your plates when still eating. We went out a few times and the taxi drivers really let the whole trip down. Rudest people I have ever met. They were booked through the hotel front desk too, charged more every time, wouldn’t acknowledge me but only my husband, I always said thank you, even in Turkish and they just ignored me. There were a few problems with taxis picking us up and dropping us off, I don’t really know what their problem was. I think they genuinely don’t want the money or our tourism? The way they drove scared the life out of me, crazy overtaking other cars. Going 80mph easily around bends down normal roads, impatient, angry. Always wanted payment in euros, and just made up the prices without following the card or the meter. The cherry on the cake was our airport transfer… he crashed twice. Smashed two cars when picking us up in another location because he couldn’t get out so rather than go in ask someone to move their car he crashed his way through. I would never visit this country again anyway but if we booked a better hotel then maybe I would come to Turkey again. I would avoid getting in taxis and just stay around the complex. This hotel is not bad, just make sure you don’t get put in the horrible rooms. Was thankful when they moved us, so there was one positive. Management was quite friendly I suppose, and the entertainment team were fun and friendly. As mentioned above the front desk and restaurant staff were miserable looking. I didn’t choose this hotel myself, was a family trip chosen by my in laws but we arrived separately as we live in different countries.
