Everything was excellent. Staff is verf politie and kind especially Anna from Guest Relations. Our room is fresh and beautiful. Huge selection of food. Good quality alcohol. Hotel has got Big area. There are lots of restaurants. It was wonderwel time. Thanks a lot. We Will Come back!!!

We have just returned from a 10 night break as a family of 3 with a 10 year old child. We had an amzing holiday and have been so impressed with this Resort from start to finish. The hotel is spotless and there are lots of staff looking after the guests. Remember this is a large resort hotel and it's busy! The food was exceptional, everything was so fresh and always a great variety. You will not go hungry (or thirsty) here! Our fussy child enjoyed being able to try some new things but found her favourite chicken fingers outside at the BBQ section most nights. There were plenty of different nationalities of guests and I would say all were certainly accommodated for. The lovely Fatma looked after us so well in the Aspendos restaurant most days! Every part of this hotel is well kept and the staff work very hard. My only gripe was that the entertainment is all outside in the evening. We did decide to travel at the height of summer but 30+ degrees at night was quite warm to be sitting outside getting bitten. Yes, the hotel is a "smart" hotel and the air con in your room will switch off if it doesn't detect any movement inside or if you open the door to the balcony but it takes no time at all to cool down when switched on. AC was fab! There are some shops inside the hotel and you can't barter there. Prices are a little higher than the other shops near by but the plus side is that you are shopping inside with the air con and the products are actually quite good quality. I wouldn't hesitate in coming back here again. Top tip would be to bring beach/pool shoes for everyone as the ground is very warm and the beach is pebbly which can be a bit painful on those tootsies!

When I booked the Belek Beach Hotel, I couldn't quite believe all the positive reviews—it seemed too good to be true. After staying there for ten days, I now know why! This hotel is perfect for everyone. We were two families with kids ranging from 7 to 12, and the experience was fantastic. 🏖️✨ The hotel offers constant entertainment for everyone. It's the first kids' club our children genuinely enjoyed. They weren't required to participate in activities, and we could book them in and out until 11 p.m. The all-inclusive package is available 24/7, allowing you to get food and drink at any time. After a delayed flight, we were relieved to find a cooked meal available upon arrival. 🍽️🍹 One of our favorite experiences was booking a cabana in the front row of the beach. As two families, it worked out to be 40 euros each for the day, and it was worth every cent. We received a constant supply of fruit, food, and drinks. The beach was also noticeably cooler than the pools on hot days, with a lovely breeze to keep things comfortable. 🌊🍉 The staff at this hotel are amazing. I've never seen so many people working tirelessly to impress guests. The cocktails are exceptional and made with class. 🍹✨ Entertainment was different every night, and the weekly boat race was a particular highlight. Make sure you book it! However, some music in the Piano Bar would be great. While it's a lovely spot, it lacked atmosphere. I love DJ house music, but it became repetitive on the main stage. Also, if you're going to have a sax player, ensure they have tracks they can play along to. 🎷🎶 Our room was fantastic, with amazing air conditioning—a necessity in the 40°C heat. The mini-bar stocked with drinks was also a great touch. The food was excellent, with two lovely beachfront restaurants, a classy burger bar, and a regular restaurant. 🍔🏝️ Evening meals included Turkish and Indian sections, which were perfect as they're my two favorite cuisines. The restaurant was busy, but the staff were incredibly efficient. We tried the Tex-Mex restaurant, but it lacked atmosphere, and the food wasn't up to par. 🌮❌ Our housekeeper on Block 5, Floor 5, was excellent and friendly. We did two trips through Tony, a representative on the beach. We visited the Land of Legends theme park. Looking back, I would book directly online and take a taxi to spend more time there. Our transfer picked us up at 5 p.m., which was too early. 🎢🕔 The pirate boat trip was okay—the food was good, but they were constantly trying to sell to us, and the drinks on board were expensive. Bring your own drinks in a cooler bag. 🏴‍☠️💰 If you're interested in shopping for clothes, there are about 50 shops outside the hotel that sell all sorts of items. Be sure to bring your haggling skills to get a bargain. 🛍️🤑 Overall, we had an amazing ten days at Belek Beach Resort. I would highly recommend booking this resort. 🌟🌴

I write this review fairly in having recently stayed at the hotel , firstly I will point out the pros of our stay , 1. The hotel staff are outstanding and work hard maintaining and the service they provide excellent 2. The rooms are clean and mini bar filled Daily the cleaners lovely and polite ( I will mention we stayed in a swim up room on the elite side ) 3. The food was lovely , variety and fresh , 4 . The pool clean and clear 5. Entertainment was good 6. Hotel location good with plenty of shops around outside within walking distance Cons , unfortunately I have to mention these and would hope the hotel put things in place to change these issues 1. The elite section is for over 13yrs , however nothing is done to stop under 13’s , ( apart from a sign which is ignored ) we had many issues with children in the elite pools and in the adult restaurant , People book the elite section to avoid and relax ( my children are grown up so chose to book this and enjoy less screaming and shouting ) however it was noticed a fair few people were making complaints at the front desk , Maybe a suggestion would be all children under 13 have a one coloured wristband and a staff member monitor this 2. We were also noticing and other adult couples told us that due to the capacity of the hotel being busy , people were being checked into the elite section of the hotel with young children as rooms were full on the family side , This counters against people who have paid extra to enjoy the elite adult section and the hotel going against what they are offering 3 . The entertainment although very good , the garden party’s ect started at around 10pm , they place and remove seating for people on the grassed area for people to sit and watch , however to get a seat you need to be there at least 2 hours before it starts or you will be standing ( especially in peak times ) 4 . Air con in the rooms switch off whilst you leave the room , the hotel corridors and parts of the hotel do not have air con , so expect to be very hot on your walk from the room to restaurants ( especially in peak times ) Overall we had a lovely time at Belek beach resort and would recommend it , I think this review is fair and would like the hotel to take into consideration the above
