“Nice relaxed hotel with great staff”

2nd time here and whilst it may not be 5*, it is certainly one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. 2nd time here and whilst it may not be 5*, it is certainly one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The staff are great, from Dogan in the Lobby bar (possibly the best barman ever), to Furkan at the pool bar and the ever smiling, ever happy Ilker who kept us well stocked every day. Food is good, yes it can be repetitive, but aren't all All Inclusives? Rooms are spotless, toilets are always clean, both around the pool and inside. Overall I think this is a lovely place, a little out of the way from other bars, resturants etc.. but 10mins in a cab and there is plenty going on. Great place for families, can be as relaxing or as busy as you want. Big plus, the beach is on your doorstep and no mad rush for sunbeds.

My family came to the hotel 1st time and everything was perfect. Restaurant has many great choices. Rooms were clean and staff were great especially Lobby bar Dogan and pool bar misses özge the waiters. Thank you for looking after us. Cheers

We are a family of 4 and this was the first time we did all inclusive as a whole family. We loved the hotel from the moment we stepped in. The staff at reception were very welcoming and despite us arriving late at night (1am) we could still get some food from the night buffet. We stayed in a family room, which has 2 separate bedrooms, a nice size bathroom and a nice and powerful shower. The view from our room was not great as overlooking the inside hotel but the beds were really comfortable and both rooms had a very much needed air conditioning. The food in the restaurant is nice and can get a varied selection, however, after 2 weeks of all inclusive, it can be a bit samey, but I guess this would be everywhere else. The hotel has 3 a la carte restaurants which can be booked, we tried the Italian restaurant and the steak was absolutely delicious. The pizza is also nice and the pasta is OK. The only advice, if there is someone with any allergies in the family, make sure you tell them at the guest relation on your arrival and not only at reception. My daughter has nut allergy and she was given a different colour bracelet from us. However, there is no control on what gets ordered depending on the colour of the bracelet and there are nuts avaliable in the buffet area. We were not sure what she could eat, especially deserts as they look delicious but could be made with nuts. We raised our concerns with guess relations and the manager, Ferit, was ever so helpful. He wrote a message in Turkish for us which we could carry around everywhere to say that she has nut allergy and he gave us his phone number so we could send him pictures of what she wanted and check with him whether it was safe for her to eat. He went over and beyond and introduced us to the head chef and gave her special deserts from the patisserie. The staff in the kitchen and in the bars are so friendly and helpful. We also hired a car from car rental booth in the hotel and Mehmet was so helpful, giving us advises as to where to go and good deals on car hire. He also speaks English really well and he is funny.

Overall, the hotel is good, the food is delicious and there is variety, the rooms are clean and cleaned every day, this is a plus! The staff is also friendly. There are a couple of downsides and maybe I'm being picky (high demands), but this is the case: the hotel and the territory are small, and the concentration of people is much higher, at times there is a feeling of discomfort from the density of people per 1 m2. At the alcohol distribution points, wherever it is, it is quite untidy, dirty in places and the glasses that are used for alcohol are very tired, sometimes they are gnawed. But this is not always the case, since some of the alcohol is given out in disposable cups. And the slides (water park) are not made well or maybe they are old, at the joints you scrape your elbows and back.
