We had a lovely time and heartily recommend Xanadu. The staff were abundant and extremely hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble; in fact the staff went out of their way to be friendly, helpful, welcoming and to learn our names when they had the opportunity. For example, Mustafa Nazli was a friendly and attentive waiter, Emrah Komecoglu was fantastic in Guest Services and Olga taught us Yoga and even some treated us to some AcroYoga at the end. I'd mention more if I'd taken their names. The Animation team were energising and friendly. The grounds are well kept and the pools are beautiful. The "all inclusive" buffet is varied and good quality.  Some parts change every day. The cakes have to be seen to be believed. There is an all inclusive patisserie and freshly squeezed juice bar in the Shopping Arcade downstairs. "All inclusive" alcoholic drinks, mixers, cocktails, mocktails were excellent and often using branded spirit e.g. Campari / Gordon's Gin. All of the food and drinks are incredible. We were lucky to be at the Hotel for their 24th birthday celebration which was an incredible day. The catering team are outstanding. The beach has plentiful loungers and shades (all inclusive) but it isn't a beach that children would make sandcastles on. They can collect stones and shells but it's fairly coarse sand and the sea becomes deep quickly so young swimmers are best served by the lovely pools. There are pools and slides to suit all ages and senses of adventure. There is even an indoor pool at the tranquil spa. The first room we were checked into had a funny smell. It seemed to be the air-conditioning. Guest services were brilliant advocates for us and resolved it by moving us to an upgraded apartment with no smell, which was lovely. When we booked via Jet2 we did have the impression that some or all of the watersports were included. In actual fact they are not and are quite expensive but lots of fun. The shops selling beach equipment are a little odd in that nothing has a price label and they make up different prices and negotiate. The shops are quite expensive so take balls and inflatables if you think you'll need them. Land of Legends is a 25 euro taxi ride away and makes a brilliant day out to break up a week. The entertainment at Xanadu is good. Amazing dance shows, magic and acrobatics. The live music is also good across at the bar.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking top-notch hospitality and a memorable stay.

“Good hotel but not if your a non smoker”

Here at the minute Hotel is a huge complex, loads for kids to do. Staff lovely, Olga great she does Pilates and yoga. Rooms are clean, but quite dated we paid a lot for the holiday and were a little disappointed with it, needs updating. Food plentiful and lots of choice. My biggest complaint is the lack of non smoking areas. We have a child with us and sitting mini disco people smoking, around the pool. In restaurants. It’s awful and limited in poor areas around the hotel for non smokers. For that reason I wouldn’t return. In this day and age with passive smoking it’s a shame Turkey haven’t followed suit and had more dedicated areas away from kids to smoke.
