Been to the Cullinan, they have Guinness, part of the same chain of hotels People please voice your honest opinion. We used to love Turkey, but this is a disgraceful way of lying to customers and deceiving them. Jet 2 you need to tell them also

Mixed views on this place. We had a deluxe room which had everything we needed. Was clean and tidy, however the air con was horrific. Couldn’t get it any lower than 22°C even setting it to 10°C on full fan for the whole day. We did go in June which was very hot but would expect the air con to function better. Hot nights were uncomfortable. None of the corridors are air conditioned and this lead to them being very muggy and smelly. Of you’re all inclusive you only have included is the all you can eat buffet. All other restaurants you have to pay for. This cost is small but nevertheless it’s not a fully inclusive resort. Some of our family members were ill when we were there so didn’t eat at any of the Al a carte. The Buffett restaurant was a disappointment, same food every day with the exception of some different meats. Food not exactly tasty or flavoured and battling the flies wasn’t great either. Considering it’s a family hotel it’s not very kids centric when it comes to the restaurant. I would order an apple juice for our 3 year old and they’d bring it in a massive glass pint glass. Little things that make all the difference…. It’s a shame really about the buffet restaurant as the rest of the hotel was pretty good. Massive swimming pools but there’s nowhere near enough sunbeds and by 8am every lounger was “claimed” You can have lunch at the snack bars by the pools (all inclusive) where you’re served al la carte food and this was much tastier (HASIR) luckily me and the wife are not fussy and plenty to chose from from the tasty spicy Turkish food but the more fussy eater have the choice of a cheeseburger or a hamburger… The snack bar by the waterpark served nice pizzas, burgers, nuggets etc…. Avoid the beach. Horrid grit for sand and the waves so choppy! We went down there on the free train and got straight back on it and went to the pool. Would I go back? No. It was a “good” holiday but certain elements let it down and the breakfast/dinner buffet let it down massively.
