“Family holiday”

I would like to recommend this resort. The complex is not too big, very compact and provides all necessary for your pleasent stay. I would like to recommend this resort. The complex is not too big, very compact and provides all necessary for your pleasent stay. The rooms and the outside areas are clean inclyding the pools, the food is excellent, the kids animation is on a very high level. I have only recommendation to the management of the the restaurant near to the beach to improve the organization of the waiters.

A fantastic family hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here, there were lots of throughful touches from fragrances, beach bags and dental kits in the rooms to baby formula, toddler milk and baby food available in the dining hall 24 hours a day. A fantastic family hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here, there were lots of throughful touches from fragrances, beach bags and dental kits in the rooms to baby formula, toddler milk and baby food available in the dining hall 24 hours a day. Everywhere was clean, there was a great selection of food in the main buffet too. I felt it provided good value for what we paid, yes there are more expensive resorts available but this felt like it struck the right balance in terms of quality and value. My only feedback would be adding baby changing facilities to the toilets nearest the main dining hall and adding some baby changing to the men's toilets too. We will be booking again for next year!

WOW This hotel is outstanding. We stayed in a swim up select villa with direct access to a lovely shared pool. This villa was spacious, with a well stocked mini bar which is refilled daily. WOW This hotel is outstanding. We stayed in a swim up select villa with direct access to a lovely shared pool. This villa was spacious, with a well stocked mini bar which is refilled daily. Unsure you flick the switch by the door to get your room cleaned daily. The bar / restaurant at the villas is a Mexican Al la carte by night but during the day you can order food and drinks all made fresh to order with a good menu. Also the Martini bar is a beautiful setting and serves food to order and the best espresso Martinis 24 hours a day which was perfect efect as we arrived after 11pm hungry. We ate in the main restaurant, the snack bar and the Asian Al a carte all were excellent, the choice and standard of food available is exceptional. Brilliant choice of drinks both alcoholic, coffees and soft drinks. There are hundreds of staff who work so hard to ensure you have a 5* experience. The hotel and grounds are spotlessly clean and very well maintainer. Mustafa was fantastic always on hand to ensure we were well hydrated 😉 day and night. He works so hard, always pleasant and smiling he is a credit to the hotel and we hope to see him if we return again next year (yes we are already looking) The quality of the shows on an evening we're excellent the best I've seen. All very professional, mostly dancers but the pirate was particularly good. Also live music in the Martini bar. My youngest daughter 8 enjoyed kids club activities and had a tennis and swimming lesson (both free) with great instructors. She loved the bubble teas that Mustafa brought for her. The lifeguards are friendly and made an effort to chat with the kids and make them laugh while going on the slides.

“Experience”

Nice place, lovely personall, special pool bar and MUSTAFA, he is the best. The food was very good and tasty, very good and interesting evening show. It Should be better cleaning in rooms, a lot places in room looks like cleande long time ago.
