Just back from 10 nights at this hotel. We had a late flight and arrived at roughly 2am, the main restaurant was open for late arrivals for us to get food which we weren’t expecting and haven’t experienced before at other hotels. The cleanliness was excellent, always staff cleaning up toilets and lobby areas. Our room was very spacious for a family of 4, the balcony was pretty big and looked out to the 2 tennis courts. We had emailed a few weeks before our arrival to see if we could have a room next to friends who we would be meeting over there, and the hotel kindly accommodated us a few doors down which was very nice. Food was as you’d expect for an all inclusive resort lots of choice, but as the days go on, you start seeing the same things again. The entertainment was great, big shout out to Ali who ran the darts competitions during the day, what a top guy with a brilliant sense of humour. Makes you feel really welcome. The only one little hiccup was the occasional queues at the pool bar during the day, the majority of the time there would only be 1 person serving, resulting in big queues for a drink, other then that I can’t really fault the place. Several rude holiday makers of a certain nationality pushing in front of queues, no manners etc which obviously can’t be helped, but other than that, we had a top holiday, there’s not many hotels I’ve been to where I would stay again, but this would certainly be one of them.

Pros: - large spacious rooms - impressive lobby/bar area - a la carte restaurants were delicious (especially the fish and Italian) - children enjoyed the waterslides Cons: - no working air con on an evening making it impossible to sleep (did mention to guest relations on WhatsApp but received no reply) - needed work in some areas to make it the 5 star hotel it’s advertised as - poorly filled in holes in rooms, awful plastic chairs on the balcony etc. - buffet was very geared towards other nationalities and the kids struggled at times. - only one baby change across the whole resort (or that I’ve seen), not ideal when travelling with a toddler. Overall, I don’t think this is a 5 star hotel and we wouldn’t return. The resort is geared towards other nationalities and we need more to keep our children entertained.

Just left the hotel and felt I need to write a review, firstly let me say the hotel itself is nice, it is clean and has some really nice areas. However, the service in the main restaurant was not good, well unless you are German or Russian. We used to sit at the table waiting to be offered a drink watching the waiting staff tending to all needs of anyone that was not English. In the end we would get up and go ask for drinks. The food was awful in the main restaurant and was cold. We are not picky eaters but really struggled to find food we liked. We attempted each morning at 6am to book the free a la carte restaurants and each morning it was fully booked. We ended up paying to eat out and in the Italian restaurant. This was the only meal at the hotel we enjoyed. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, downside was the air-con was not the best. We were rudely woken most nights by the fridge making a banging noise which I could only describe as a broken washing machine. They sent a technician in a couple of times who decided the best way to fix it was to turn it off leaving us with only warm drinks in our mini bar. In the rooms there are robes and slippers but 2 days before we were leaving these disappeared and were not replaced. We complained to guest services who asked us to come back in 15 minutes. On our return we were asked to return again, this went on for about 2 hours before we finally spoke to someone that offered a cabana on the beach for the day as compensation for what was an unpleasant, unrested week. I am on my way to the airport and can honestly say, I will not be returning here again. Lots of people rave about this hotel so I guess it all depends on what you expect from what is supposed to be a 5* hotel. I would give a 3 at best personally after visiting other hotels in Turkey.
