A special shout out to Jamal for going above and beyond for my family and mert for being a great rep. 4 stars for the rooms! They need updating and more storage and better cleaning in general. No big deal as we are out all day and night any way. Book BBQ asap.

“The most amazing family holiday!”

I don’t often write reviews (if ever), but after a week at this hotel as a family of 5 (2 adults, 12 year old, 6 year old, 2 year old). I really feel the need to. To give some perspective before reading, I travel extensively for work staying in hotels in a number of countries and have been fortunate enough to have many beach holidays throughout Europe. Excellent is the only word to sum up Limak Arcadia. We have just returned from the most wonderful half term holiday. Everything about the hotel was amazing. Our family room (which we always rarely spend much time in) was a brilliant size, 2 bedrooms (one with an en-suite), a lounge area, a bathroom and a balcony. The main bedroom had a king size bed which is rare in this type of setup. The pools are fantastic, covering all ages. 3 deep pools, one of which had waterpark slides which had lifeguards on duty at all times they were open. A small child pool (again with a slide) and to our surprise (as I think it’s new as wasn’t on the photos) a great splash park with multiple slides (where we spent most of our time as kept all of the kids entertained). The private beach has plenty of sunbeds and its own pier. All of the grounds (including the beach) are meticulously well kept - it’s stunning. The range of food and bars are exceptional. The main restaurant has a huge selection, rotating themes every evening. Make sure you realise that for breakfast/dinner the main seating area and grill/options are actually outside through the restaurant (or you can enter from the outside) - we missed that fact the first evening. Outside of breakfast/dinner the food options seemed endless! The snack bar by the pools is not a snack bar - it’s a fully functioning restaurant all day. This helps when you have a large family who are enjoying themselves that you don’t have to plan around meal times. There is also a Gozleme (new word for me, basically savoury/sweet stuffed pancakes) being made fresh at request all day - they were delicious, plus an ice cream bar (which the kids made good use of!). On top of this there is “McArcadia” on the beach serving food aimed at kids/teens (adults also allowed!). There are a number of bars located through the hotel, with a great range of drinks including cocktails that are covered under all inclusive. There are also a number of a la carte restaurants you can book into for a small cover charge. We had a beautiful meal at the Italian on our last night. Then onto the entertainment, which was the best I’ve witnessed at an all inclusive hotel. Plenty on in the day for adults and kids, but the evening is where it shines. A great kids disco and shows in an outdoor auditorium. The shows were at a level you would happily pay to go and see. This is followed up by live music, such a high standard with everyone up dancing and then a disco at the beach bar until 1am. However where the hotel excels is in its staff. Everyone was incredibly engaging with a clear focus on a customer first approach. A beyond special mention to Mert who really made our 6 year olds holiday, he was amazing with him and always found time in his busy day to come and find us to play with him. If the manager is reading this, he is a credit to you and the single best hotel entertainment staff member I’ve met (my 6 year old is not the only person who is going to miss him 🤣). Aside from the hotel, Belek town centre is worth a visit - it’s small, but has a good range of shops for a browse (and likely a buy!) with a very picturesque central square. We also visited Land of Legends which was 10 minute taxi rise. It’s a huge theme/water park with a designer outlet. A great day out, with rides and pools that covered all 3 kids ages. Could have easily spent 2 days there - however to note I imagine it gets quite busy in summer. Just realised I’ve had a verbal onslaught on this review, but it really was that good. Could the hotel do with touching up in a few areas, potentially - but if you let that define your holiday….. I’m not one to visit the same hotel on holiday multiple times as I think it’s beneficial to visit new places. However I’m going to make an exception here. We’ll be back! “Top hotel , We love Mert”

Had a great holiday as a family of 3 with a 2 year old. Hotel rooms are very spacious and the food was very good with lots of variation. The animation team was so good and very friendly especially Mert. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would have no hesitation in returning

The hotel is amazing, the animation team was great especially Mert and Aşur. We’ll be sorry to have to go home. But we would definitely back here. we cant wait to come back here we really recommend this hotel we are so happy to stayed there Thanks for everything Arcadia
