The resort is beautiful, good for families, wellness, and has great rooms and a mini bar, many seating and gathering areas, plenty of food options, and is clean, but there is a lot that needs to be improved, such as more food for kids, food labelling, allergy awareness, and creating space for families with children only because there were times when we couldn't get enough space.We experienced a long wait for a seat at dinner, and were unaware that some countries celebrate Christmas on the 24th, which the hotel accommodated with a special event on Christmas Eve. However, we are aware that Christmas is traditionally celebrated on the 25th, leaving us without a special dinner or celebrationnon Christmas day, We missed the traditional Christmas celebration on December 25th due to a lack of special dinners and WiFi issues. Additionally, we were dissatisfied with the food catered at the private event. Also, there wasn't much to do because it rained much of the time, and the kids were bored because we had planned several trips to have some fun. There are some nasty and racist staff members at dinner hall, as black families were treated differently than white families during the service. The middle-aged lady with glasses at reception was doing an excellent job, and I adored the cats. We definitely be back during summer and definitely recommend it to people with families.

The hotel was very busy; which meant fresh; hot food was available. The hotel interior was a little bit outdated; maybe it was the vibe they were going for! But all in all was really good hotel and had a fantastic time

“Kids club is fantastic”

Kids club was fantastic - Bahar and Yunus were great with the kids made them feel welcome and wanted them to join in with activities. They run the kids club really well. Hotel management have been good too attentive to any problems. Kids club still open during winter season

We stayed end Aug. Arrived too late for dinner but reception organised us some food as the restaurant was clearing away. We stayed end Aug. Arrived too late for dinner but reception organised us some food as the restaurant was clearing away. We were happy with our room, nothing fancy, no view but comfortable & clean, good air con & lots of wardrobe space. Food was nice, lot's of variety, was always hot & some freshly cooked. We didn't use the a la carte. Meal times were extremely busy but we're early risers & normally at dinner early so never had a problem. I liked the lunch buffet by the pool but you could go for lunch at the main restaurant or there was a fast food snack bar by the beach & my daughter liked the Turkish bread that was made freshly in front of you by 2 ladies which you could have a few different fillings in. The drinks in the hotel are not so good. Nothing to do with the bar staff who worked really hard but obviously to do with the quality of the alcohol. We're not big drinkers but like a nice cocktail. My husband tried them all & they were all disappointing. You can pay extra for the branded drinks trolley but shouldn't have to. One issue was there wasn't enough ladies toilets & they needed more frequent cleaning. At breakfast the coffee machines were often not working properly which was annoying when you've been queueing up, you'd go to another one & that would be broke too. Also we had a strange incident where someone had obviously got into our room. Our easyjet tour rep was useless & it wasn't dealt with well but the manager did move us to another room where we felt a bit safer but unfortunately it did affect our holiday & the hassle of moving room. This aside, we did still managed to enjoy our holiday. There was quite a lot of activities if you were interested. We did the foam & pool party, dragon race, boccia, aqua aerobics & went on the big water slides every day! There were plenty others to try. We tried the spa & some of the water sports on the beach which are reasonably priced. Mostly everything was kept clean & well looked after. There were some lovely staff but a few who didn't crack a smile. There were very few English families but we didn't mind, it was a good mix of nationalities. We enjoyed the shows too but they would get very busy. Overall this hotel is good value for money but may not have the service or quality of others in the area but this is reflected in the price. We would recommend it for families.
