This wasn’t the first or the last time we visited Santai. It is a beautiful hotel, absolutely stunning and top standard of cleanliness in rooms and around the hotel. The biggest THANK YOU belongs to the all hotel staff! The staff is friendly and very helpful, especially Olena from Guest Relations, who was so great and made us feel very welcome! There is a lot of great quality food and good choice branded alcohol drinks, Ala cart restaurants were amazing with plenty of options on the menu and our favourite is Umami, huge thanks to Mutlu, he always cares and helps. There are a lot of activities for children and adults, huge credit to the Entertainment manager Sibel she keeps together an amazing team we ever met! We definitely will be back again and again and again!!! See you soon, our beloved Santai! xxx

“Amazing hotel”

We have just got back from our 5th stay here. In 2019 our first visit the hotel was really good but since Covid they have invested and the hotel is even better then before. The hotel is very clean, rooms are clean and very comfortable. Food is amazing and I am a fussy eater but I will eat most things here apart from the fish as I don’t like fish but everything else I’m more than happy to eat. The Al a Carter’s are amazing especially the Asian that is my favorite and we always make sure we have an Asian when we stay. The snack bar is repetitive but I don’t mind as it’s a snack bar but there is still lots of choice. The wine is really good it’s called majestic and it’s 12%. All imported spirits and beers are included in the price and there is a mixologist who makes the best cocktails and not the kind you get at weatherspoons but proper cocktails. The teenage club is brilliant my boys spend a lot of time in there can’t comment on the kids club as my kids are older. OKAN who works at the high ropes and teenage club is amazing he was brilliant with my son Jayden and Jayden can’t wait to get back in march to see him again. İSMAIL at guest relations is a brilliant man he really goes above and beyond we celebrated a birthday and our wedding anniversary while we here this year and he made sure the days were special. All staff are fantastic and always have a smile on their faces and are willing to take time to have a chat to get to know the guests. There is a cleaner who works in the lobby bar I don’t know her name but she always said hello how are you everytime I saw her and she didn’t know a lot of English but still took the time to say that when she saw me. I really can’t express how amazing this hotel is in every aspect. It’s only a 5 min taxi ride to land of legends aswell for shopping and the theme park. Unfortunately there is no shops around the hotel at the min but that is going to change next summer as we asked what was being built next to the hotel and we were told a shopping canter is being built. I have stayed at 2 other hotels in Antalya one in July this year and one in march 2023 and those hotels do not compare to this hotel. It’s the best hotel I have ever stayed in. “Good Hotel”

The hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly, we very pleased with our family. İnsAllah we will come again next year. We were very pleased with your delicious and clean meals and your Guest Relations staff. A hotel that can be recommended to everyone🙏

the buffet was very good, very varied and the main dishes changed everyday. the pool side entertainment was fun. my only big issue was the rooms. for our room the air conditioning didn’t work at all and our room got really hot at night which isn’t something you’d expect for october. our beds were a… more

the buffet was very good, very varied and the main dishes changed everyday. the pool side entertainment was fun. my only big issue was the rooms. for our room the air conditioning didn’t work at all and our room got really hot at night which isn’t something you’d expect for october. our beds were also hard and the pillows were like rocks. i think i got 12 hours of sleep over 4 days that’s how bad it was. but it was really close to land of legends if that’s something you’re interested in. plus parasailing cost €120 for 2 people for 15 mins.
