She took care on cleaning our room and she did it în a very professional way. Merve helped us each time when we needed her support and always was smiling and joyful. I've stayed in many hotels in the Antalya region but this was my first visit to Calista. Absolutely loved it! Calista may not be the most modern of hotels in Belek but it more than makes up for it in everything else. The staff seem happy and almost always have a smile and a chat. Inside the hotel is spotless and the gardens are kept beautifully. Pools/pier/entertainment all very good. Needed to be up early for a good choice of (dreamy memory foam) sunbed at the weekend when busier with locals but apart from that, no sunbed wars. Food is a big part of our holiday and the 2 a la carte restaurants we tried were well worth the 20 Euro surcharge. The 24 hour restaurant is always really quiet and is a shady little oasis round the pool. The buffet was excellent though - calm, no pushing or shoving or unruly kids. The food is always fresh and hot, probably due to all the chefs on the floor, monitoring. I have never seen so many chefs, all impeccably dressed!! Loved the outside grill. A major plus is the access to CIP lounge at Antalya airport. 3 minor negative observations - there are 2 cafes that have cakes but nothing on the scale of many other hotels. Never eat them so personally not bothered. Many rooms may be a bit dark due to their positioning amongst the pine trees. On the plus side this may be shady but if you like a good view like me you may need to think about which room type you book. If you are a decaf coffee drinker you will only find instant coffee and not at every bar - now this did make me sad so I just had to have more cocktails instead :-) I would happily return and would highly recommend it.

Great hotel but needs improvement in some areas. The hotel staff are very helpful and the service is great, the kids activities were the best part of our stay, they offered bubbles activities, car coloring and baking, painting, carpentry and nail art. The rooms are spacious and are very clean, the pools are also very clean. The kids outdoor play ground is really nice and entertaining for kids. Sakura restaurant was excellent and savor was nice but the service wasn’t great in savor and food took ages and they forgot some items we ordered As for the downside the hotel needs some improvement in the below areas: 1) the stage entertainment can be better, it was only dance performances 2) the water park is limited and outdated 3) the main food buffet is not the best, lacks flavor and the grilled food was cold. Other hotels in Belek offered live burger stations and sushi and a variety of seafood appetizers 4) the desserts selection is limited and not the best, the icecream was okay though 5) the gym needs improvement, there was one reformer machine that was placed in the corner in a way no one can use it, and the gym was way too hot, the ac there is not enough 6) tried to go to the gym at 7am and it was closed 7) the sun beds in the beach area are outdated 8) the hotel doesn’t have enough toilets around pool aream, we had to go to the room a couple of times because it was closer
