“Small hotel with very good service”

A small but very nice hotel with top location. But the best are the incredible people working there. Service was like in a 5 Star hotel. Nothing was too much for the staff. The friendlyness was incredible. Breakfast was very good with a good vareity of food.

After a HORRIFYING experience at the Ring Downtown Hotel, where I had to call the police to help me safely flee, the Dogan Hotel was a much-needed refuge. The police escorted me out of the Ring after I feared for my safety there, and arriving at the Dogan felt like stepping into a completely different world—a safe, clean, and welcoming haven. Let’s start with the bed: it was absolute perfection. Unlike the lumpy, uncomfortable disaster at the Ring, this bed was plush, supportive, and incredibly inviting. The crisp, clean linens and thoughtfully prepared room made me feel at ease immediately. I actually looked forward to crawling into bed each night, which I cannot stress enough after the nightmare at the disgusting Ring Downtown (see my review of them for evidence). The room itself was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, complete with a balcony where I could breathe and unwind. The climate controls worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortable, and the TV had a great variety of channels to relax with. Every detail in this hotel—from the cleanliness to the ambiance—was a testament to proper hospitality. While I didn’t eat at the Dogan, I enjoyed a drink at the restaurant, and the service was outstanding. A huge shoutout to Sebastian for his kindness and professionalism. His warm demeanor added a much-needed personal touch after my terrifying ordeal at the previous hotel. The Dogan is everything the Ring Downtown wasn’t: very clean, comfortable, and genuinely safe. If you’re looking for a hotel where you can truly relax and feel cared for, I HIGHLY recommend the Dogan Hotel. It turned a traumatic experience into a reminder that great hospitality still exists.

“Great hotel in old town”

Always use this hotel when going to Antalya . Great location in old town always welcoming , great staff & good breakfast . I must mention the manager she is always on hand to assist with any guests that need anything & checking everything is ok . Cannot fault this hotel in anyway

First there are many good aspects to this hotel. Location is excellent really in the old town and a few minutes walk to the harbour. The housekeeping is superb and at approximately the same time every day which is not true of all hotels. I am sure in summer time the bar area would be super and the decor throughout was lovely. However , our experience is not the same as all the five star reviews! First the bedding does not fit the bed. We raised the point that the bathroom door did not close with staff and nothing was done for the whole week. The food is a big disappointment... Lukewarm at times and limited choice. We are out even though we had paid half board as both dinner and breakfast were poor.The staff worked hard in the restaurant but too often on their phones. I have read all the positive reviews from others... It must be me!!
