I went solo travelling to this hotel for ten days and was really happy with the hotel , I felt happy and safe from the outset , the staff were helpful but not in your face as some hotels in turkey have been before , the bed was comfy perfect size room and had a side sea view from my balcony , The beach is a stones throw over the road which is value for money for food drinks and renting the loungers works out about £2. 00 a day , The haman was amazing I had a full body scrub and massage which was so relaxing 😊deffo would come back to Eftalia downtown

“A good tree star hotel”

Friendly helpful staff, nice air-conditioned rooms, large varied buffet restaurant. Good food at the outdoor bar where the prices are better than surrounding bars. Excellent location for beaches, bazaars and the town, which is easily accessible on foot or by bus.

This hotel is a basic hotel here are my views on the hotel; PROS •Basic room but clean, cleaners did a good job, especially in 30+ degree heat . Bathroom not immaculate but clean all the same. Clean towels always given. •We were given a room with a great sea view, really lovely view •Nice cool lobby to cool off •Clean pool although quite small CONS •The BIGGEST let down of our stay is the fact it took 3 nights out of our 7 nights to get our air con repaired and working in our room. It was 30*degrees and as you can image we did not sleep the first 3 nights so spent most the holiday really tired!! I have asthma so I really struggled and I have come home with a horrendous cough. This should have been checked before our arrival?? •On arrival there was only 1 pillow for 2 people. •Weird breakfast choices, cooked carrots, salad, cooked aubergines for breakfast!. No bacon, beans, hash browns etc so if you are from the UK you may struggle with this. Although there was toast, cereal, not what I want though for paying for bed and breakfast. •We were expected to pay for the fridge, we did not. In hot temperatures you'd think keeping your drinks cool would be a standard hotel room facility. •No Wi-Fi in the rooms. Just in the lobby. •Weak overpriced cocktails, around £10 for basically a slush puppy! •Very noisy by the road, cars and traffic still in the early hours 3am/4am •Small pool and sun loungers all gone by 5am!!! People saving loungers with towels this early. On reflection I would not stay at this hotel again unfortunately.

Came here on a girls holiday, we all in 20s. Hotel was good value for money considering it's a cheap hotel. Was very clean and had constant security. Pool also good size and bigger than it appears in the photos. Food was decent however basically the same food every night apart from the carb and meat would alternate most days. Right opposite the beach and for 2 euro a day you can hire a sun lounger and parasol for the beach. No wifi anywhere apart from at the hotel bar, no option to pay for wifi in room either which was a shame as you have to pay to use your data in Turkey with most UK network providers. Not many people also mention that the coach journey is around 3 hours from Antalya airport to the hotel, on our journey home from the hotel it took 3 and a half hours which cut it very fine for us to catch our flight home. Me and the girls agreed that we felt uncomfortable by some of the guests at the hotel who would give us dirty looks and pass comments about how we dressed and when we wore bikinis. Staff were friendly overall but some of the male staff would consistently comment about how we look in an over friendly manner where it made us feel a bit uncomfortable as young women. Overall decent holiday, it is cheap so you pay for what you get. I would not recommend Alanya if you are teenage/ young women as the men are constantly trying to hit on you and comment on your body which did slightly ruin our holiday. Also the worst place I have been to for people trying to rip you off and bug you to go into their shops so beware of that. Only come here if you are prepared to ignore some judgy people and males eyes constantly perving at you.
