Big Blue Sky Hotel is the hotel where we had the best holiday, the food is very good, the location is very nice, the restaurant has a view of the sea and Alanya Castle, the pool bar is perfect, especially the bartender Hasan Hüseyin is very good at his job, thank you from here.

Went with my sister and 2 daughters, hotel was clean and food wasn’t too bad somewhat repetitive, sun beds are a nightmare be prepared to be up at 6am to get your towel on a sun bed!! And if you like ice for some reason seems to be like asking for gold only given if asked and one small cube after eye rolling and tuts, only gin wine and vodka allowed on the all inclusive package Haribo the entertainment guy was so lovely spoke to everyone and an asset to the hotel

The hotel is rather of average standards. The food is good. Everyone will choose something for themselves and the hungry will not walk. Toilets are clean. The light does not work properly everywhere or the door closes. Too bad the crew doesn't see it. The safe is additionally paid, additionally you have to pay for the second card to the room and for the Internet throughout the hotel. There is free wi-fi access at the reception. In the bar you will not find drinks "with a palm" at most vodka, gin with carbonated drinks. Raki, wine. Disappointing closing time of the pool 19.00 and the music turned off in the pool bar at 23.00. On the beach by the sea, sunbeds and umbrellas are additionally paid. Friendly bartenders take care of the good moods of the guests. The lady from the SPA service as a good fairy cares about guests and provides good advice if there is a need. The gentleman from the minimarket is very nice. It all depends on what you care about. I liked it after the lack of music after 23.

Pretty okay service, good all inclusive package and not any issues with the rooms. The wifi costs 2€/day per device though, which we were unaware of beforehand. We also only got 1 room key (if you want more keys it costs 10€). They also stated that they do NOT take responsibility for any missing property from the rooms, and that a safe also costs extra. This made us hesitant to being cleaningservices to our room. The food was not good at all, and we opted for eating out instead of at the hotel most days. Lovely staff though, and a great spa department and minimarket by the pool area.
