We love this hotel, we come every year. The entertainment team are great. Abu, berry and ozzy are so polite and friendly and they bring such a great atmosphere to the hotel. The reason why we keep coming back to this hotel is because everyone makes you feel so cared for loved for. I had been bitten by mosquitoes on my eyes and the staff took such great care to make sure I was ok as well as others that were also on holiday . I can’t recommend this hotel enough . Get booking !!!!

“First time at this hotel”
Stayed in the AES Club in October as a family of 4 in a 2 bedroom family room. Room was spacious one room had double bed and the other twin beds. Both had large wardrobes with hanging rail, shelf and 4 drawers. Also beside cabinet with a drawer. TV and aircon in both rooms, safe in the double room… more
Stayed in the AES Club in October as a family of 4 in a 2 bedroom family room. Room was spacious one room had double bed and the other twin beds. Both had large wardrobes with hanging rail, shelf and 4 drawers. Also beside cabinet with a drawer. TV and aircon in both rooms, safe in the double room. Bathroom was modern with an amazing shower so powerful and piping hot water although sometimes the drain had a bit of a whiffy smell. The hotel was pretty quiet when we were there and is due to close for the season on 31st October. No issues getting a sunbed at the pool. Entertainer Apo was lovely tried his best to get people involved during the day with water polo, darts, killer pool and surfing. Evening entertainment well the first week there was a few things on but the second week next to nothing however it was pretty cold at night and with it being quiet it was hard for him to arrange anything. Food in main restaurant was fine but quite repetitive with chicken sautée on the menu almost every night and some lunchtimes then you'd also get Turkey sautee and Beef sautee 🙈 there was always soup on at lunch and evening and a great selection of desserts and salads The snack bar was awful. It opened at 12 noon and the food was left in the silverdomes all day after so if you went at 3pm everything was stone cold! Drinks were served in tall plastic cups during the day then the tiniest glass at night 2 sips and the glass was empty! Never got told it was only one drink per person the whole time I was there though. Small shop onsite sellings ice cream,crisps and sweets not too expensive either. Lots of shops and a Migros supermarket a few minutes walk away Enjoyed our holiday not sure if I would rush back unless I got a cheapish deal.

Booked late deal booked Monday arrived weds read mixed reviews but was cheap so gave it a go. Had a great time OPPO entertainment guy so friendly and tried to include something for everbody would just say entertainment at nite started a little late 10 10.30 but was really good drinks all good there… more
Booked late deal booked Monday arrived weds read mixed reviews but was cheap so gave it a go. Had a great time OPPO entertainment guy so friendly and tried to include something for everbody would just say entertainment at nite started a little late 10 10.30 but was really good drinks all good there was no only 2 drinks per person which was said in another review may have changed it bar open untill 12 room amazeing large clean Ali g photo guy very funny and good laugh breakfast really good fresh cooked omelets to much to.mention snack.bar good evening meals a little same every nite but tasty eat out few nights soup at 23.00 all in all a great hotel only downside only booked for a week also had boutique supermarket tattoo place and amazeing spa o and kids pooll lovely in separate area will defoe be back x enjoy your break guys x

A nice hotel , really helpful friendly staff. The entertainment crew were amazing. The rooms are in need of an upgrade as very tired but had all the facilities. A nice hotel , really helpful friendly staff. The entertainment crew were amazing. The rooms are in need of an upgrade as very tired but had all the facilities. Close by to a couple of shopping areas both within a 15/20 min walk. The pool is not the biggest and got very busy with people grabbing their chairs early in the morning which is very frustrating. A good choice of drinks for an all inclusive and the food selection was very good for all meals. We went on the pirate boat trip which i highly recommend as a great day out. Beach party with the entertainment crew was also a great time out, with music and cocktails on the beach. A lovely holiday with some great memories.
