I am writing this review whilst waiting in the lobby for our transport to Airport. To those that have either impressed or horrified of the previous reviews, I will enlighten you with an honest appraisal from a former chef hotelier. When you arrive, the first impression is that of a holiday camp or the 70,s. We met a couple outside who saw the look in my eyes and said, it’s actually not that bad. He was correct. The hotel itself required some TLC, but with that said, we have been told that after season close, it is due for re furbishment . Food wise the main food will be an impressive array of salads and cheeses, with several meats, breaded chicken cutlets, cups and other standards. Always something for most. The F&B Manager Mehmet and his staff, will do whatever it takes to make your stay as special as he can. The bars are basic but serve a decent Tuborg lager and less than premier spirits, which are in fairness, not that bad. Bedrooms are basic and need tlc, but room staff clean well and are reliable. Air con good. My only adverse comment is the entertainment, which will leave most of you going to the local town Disarana ( spelling not correct) cost 160 lira each way £4.00. Taxi Loads to do there.bars and clothes shoppers paradise. Pools great and clean. If you are looking to book this, do not expect The Hilton at the cost of a Travelodge. But keep an open mind, forgive the faults and enjoy yourself. Scores from Ten Hotel Building and facilities 5 -6 Effort by staff. 9-10 The staff are wonderful, F&B Manager and his Chef and Staff wonderful. Desperately needs improvement to entertainment. Even a guitarist singer or traditional show sometimes, every night kiddies disco till 10pm then Bingo, Then Karaoke. All good but not every night. Entertainment team worked hard, but limited facilities suppled to them. Kids club lady worked hard and kids happy. If you enjoyed Benidorm series, this is just your bag,
