Sahra su holiday Village &Spa is a brilliant hotel with all round friendly and very polite staff couldn't do enough for you they don't hassel you The cleansiness of the hotel was great food was great Now the spa staff was fantastic the women sky who is the manager was amazing very good deals from her u get very well looked after by her staff rated the spar 10/10 would definitely recomed this hotel as it is very relaxing calm and so many different pools to choose from Mt daughter loved it I would definitely be coming back here thanks to all the staff that make you feel very welcome and again thanks to sky at the anka spar

Stayed here for a week from 26/10 as a family of 5 - let's get a few elephants out of the room first: *Yes, there are lots of cats all over the complex so if u don't like them, don't come. *Yes, the food could be hotter but it was very tasty and a credit to all the catering staff who spent hours preparing it. *Yes, it is not exactly in the middle of everything but a short 200TL taxi ride takes you to Hisaranu, with its many shops and restaurants. As a family of 5, we thought we would have to order a 7 seater, however, the taxi had a "jump" seat in the boot so we were all able to get in. *Yes, karaoke is not everyones cup of tea but I thought that the entertainment was fabulous, from the traditional Turkish dancers to the acrobats- they obviously spend hours perfecting their routines and there were lots of open mouths, in awe at the amazing moves. *Yes, some areas of the complex could do with updating, the rooms aren't exactly 5 star but what they lack in their finish is more than made up for by the hard working cleaning staff, who quietly and conscientiously go about their business on a daily basis. A huge shout out to Sky and her staff in the Spa for the treatments that my wife, daughter and son received- an amazing 2.5 hours getting pampered was an incredible experience for them. Also want to say a huge thanks to Onur Dil, who so kindly replied to my message that I sent a couple of weeks before we went- my family were over the moon when they saw the Villa that had been reserved for us. We practically had a private pool at the bottom of our stairs. This was our first ever visit to Turkey and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Yes, the haters are always gonna hate , but our overriding memories will be of such hard working, friendly staff who went above and beyond to make their guest's stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Thank you.

This hotel is was so good for a friends/couples holiday. We had a villa right next to the pool where we had a upstairs with bedroom and bathroom and downstairs, all the staff are lovely I’m not sure of Ozzy still works there or R2 but if so they are amazing staff! On a Wednesday they have a night out where you go to the town and the reps come with you we had a brilliant night so much food there like friends on a night out l,we met some lovely girls there who became friends what made the night out fun. The food was a hit and miss but I’m a fussy eater but there as always something for me,my friends all enjoyed it. There wasn’t a lot to do in the hotel what is a downfall but they had music on what helps. In the day they have waffle time and there is someone walking along the pool with fresh fruit asking if you would like some. At the entrance they have a button you press of you would like a taxi what makes it so much easier instead of getting the reception to call on. You had a towel card where you would take your dirty towel back and get a clean one. Our room was cleaned every day we were there with fresh fizzy drinks in both fridges and water. There is a mini market right next to the pool they blow inflatables up for you and have everything you can imagine. Of the hotel was updated it would be so much better but all in all we had a brilliant time!

As a regular traveller, we read some reviews but as usual we take no notice!!! We were there for 2 weeks. Reception needed tlc , was taken to our room 407, again tlc needed, but you only sleep in there . Staff amazing 👏 and work hard . Food standard and mostly cold, they took omelette off menu at breakfast, only thing hot as cooked in front of you . Agree about snack bar ,at least you could get hot food 12 till 5, pool freezing cold , only one member of staff on in bar areas, another problem only one toilet!! Otherwise Reception or your room . Entertainment below standard for A/I , on the hole we met some lovely people which made our holiday 😀 hotel to far out, and if you don't budget for taxis it becomes expensive for two weeks. Unfortunately not enough for us so Unfortunately we would not return 😕 sorry
