Liked : The staff is the absolute highlight of this hotel. They’re very kind and attentive and really try to help you. The location and the views are nice. The buffets are rich and fresh. Depending on which room you stay, it may be very nice. I stayed on the ‘luxury’ block and it was very nice and spacious. Not sure I chose it purposefully though. Disliked: The elevators didn’t work most of the time we were there. For a resort that is built on steep hills, I find this unacceptable. In all fairness they offered a ride with the car and change of room, but this doesn’t make the problem go away. when it works, it’s slow and holds 4 people only so I can’t imagine how it would be in peak season. If you’re older or have mobility challenges I’d recommend you to think twice. The other major problem was the wifi- it is unreliable. Finally while I stayed in a ‘luxury’ room, my parents stayed in a regular room and the difference is massive. Their room was pretty small, difficult to access and the AC was very loud.

Family holiday oct half term. On arrival first impressions were as expected as located on mountainside / steep incline overlooking Olu Deniz. Checking in the lady at desk was a little rude and frosty however the young man was keen to help us with our luggage and due to location of our room (right at the top of the hill) he drove us all there in his little Dacia. En route he told us how to get to main complex which was by 183 steps or a small slow 4 person lift on a pulley which towards the end of our stay broke. Our room was a luxury swim up two bedroom room which was a little disappointing as not the room shown/advertised online as we thought we had booked 2 bedroom 2 bathroom but only one of the swim up rooms were of this style. Disappointing nowhere to sry clothes outside on the ground floor rooms but all the other rooms had airers. The rooms were clean and the cleaner was so lovely and kept the rooms clean throughout our stay and providing fresh towels daily. There were two available pools to our nirvana block but both freezing and not enough sun loungers despite chasing bearing in mind the two pools were serving approx 20 rooms. We did have a bar that was open 1000-1800 but only served chips and burger between 1130 and 1700 however after day 2 the machines broke so no food till final day which defies the point of being in a private area as we had to hike to the restaurant at the bottom for food however our server called Emre was the perfect host. Please note this hotel is open to November and has a water park nearby that you get to use but however it shuts early October ??? Leaving u with just 5 slides at this park bit weird considering its 27 degrees and British school holidays havent started yet and they are at full capacity seems odd. The main pool we heard was freezing but we didnt use it as paid for a private pool. Restaurant - on arrival of holiday you are asked about allergies and are given a card to which you have to take to the restaurant but still not good as staff speak limited English as you expect. Food they did a daily theme like roast dinner, Italian, Turkish and Mediterranean. The food was mediocre barely warm queues were horrific and everything pretty much covered in sauces - okay for myself but not for one of my daughters who ended up with just pizza and chip butties all week. We got to know one of the waiters who was lovely and remembered our drinks called Moses he worked hard. There was an Indian and Chinese A la carte that were set menus that were different for 3/4 days. The ice cream and waffles that were available supposedly every day wasnt available. It really seemed if they ran out they didnt want to replace as end of season - they ran out of ketchup and wouldn’t get more much to my daughters horror lol. On day 2 of our holiday at breakfast i slipped on a patch of grease and smacked my head on the floor and my glasses flew off as my partner tried to get to me he slipped on a different patch, the manager then came and put a wet floor sign and started shouting at the staff whilst also trying to get me off the floor, sadly it ruined my holiday as i ended up with a very sore neck and my partner a sore arm and shoulder as well as bruises, they offered care from their on site paramedic. Very limited entertainment at this resort and no activities as such for children under 16 no real entertainments team. SPA was lovely highly recommend the Turkish hamman and massages - the spa desk is where you also pick up your towels to use by the pool as many times as you like. There was a daily shuttle run to the beach/blue lagoon and return however if you wanted to you could just pay 200 lira for a taxi. The blue lagoon is worth a visit as the sea is warm crystal clear with the fish swimming round your feet. I wouldn’t call it a 5 star resort more a 3 star.
