For anyone that is worried about going to this hotel, as I have seen a few on here. We’ve just returned from 10 days holiday and I can honestly say, it was great. We only had a standard room which was plenty big enough for our family. 2 adults and our 6 and 8 year old. We were also super lucky with our allocation because it was on the first block (Jupiter) we didn’t have to climb all the stairs which was lovely!! Although, our family stayed at the top and not going to lie it was tough climbing the stairs in the heat and you’re waiting for the lift for at least 7-10 mins if it’s at the top! It broke down a few times while we were there. If you’re arriving in a taxi you can ask the drivers to drop you off at the top to avoid going up the stairs which we did a few times. The cleaners were great, the room didn’t have many issues. The TV was rubbish and the fridge didn’t get very cold but endless bottles of water are available in fridges throughout the day so we didn’t mind. The housekeepers were lovely, the staff were great and always helpful. The food was average but good. Some evening meals were really nice like the Turkish Night and the Roast dinner. The hot food snacks did get a bit tedious but that’s expected for an all inclusive. We ate there nearly everyday. The breakfast is the worst part of the food purely because there isn’t much choice for our usual breakfast but we coped fine. The bars and drinks were a really good choice and one of the bars is open 24 hours. Good selection of mocktails for the little ones too! We had one al a carte meal included with our stay. We chose Indian and it was so good. Highly recommend probably one of the best Indians I have ever had! The ice cream parlor was amazing, serving pancakes, freshly made waffles, ice creams cones and jacket potato’s in the afternoon was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed this. The pool and water slides are great, the kids loved it and spent most of the holiday having fun!! Although the water slides are only open for 10-12 and 2:30-4:30 it was still a lot of fun and didn’t make much difference to our day. During busy times I would recommend reserving a sunbed early because a few times we didn’t we didn’t manage to get one. The entertainment in the evenings was also very good, much better than any of all inclusive we have visited. The live shows aren’t on all week, I don’t think they have a show on a Friday or Saturday. We seen about 4 live shows with different acts (that were amazing!) in the 10 days. Mixed with bingo, karaoke etc. Kids disco every night between 9-9:15pm was nice for the kids. Not much on in the day. We seen darts, water polo and some water aerobics but the entertainers do go around playing little mini games to keep the kids entertained somewhat. Location is great, cheap and easy taxis available with a taxi button at reception usually 2 mins max on market day we had to wait a little longer. The Waterpark was also a nice day out although expensive for lockers food and drink once you’re in so we only visited via the hotel shuttle once. All around lovely stay, would definitely revisit if we come to Turkey again. Great fun of all the family!
