The hotel is set up in the mountain with stunning views of the area, there are a few different pools to accommodate everyone. There are plenty of sun beds for everyone to use. This hotel has something for everyone, there is a kids pool that has a water slide. In the peak sessions they provide entertainment. The staff treat you like royalty and treat you with so much respect. If you want to just relax they have a spar that offers various treatments, as well as an authentic Turkish bath. The hotel also has its own salon again this has loads of different cuts and styling. We arrived on 17th of June 2024, for a week, the receptionist ZeyNep she was very welcoming. One of the reception team took our luggage to our room, this was a very nice touch. The food is fantastic there is something for everyone, My wife is very fussy but has always found something to eat. There is also a snack bar open in between the main food serving times, this has a selection of burgers chips and other bits. Again the staff that serve you at the station are very polite and welcoming. The entertainment team Ergūl and Kūbra were really welcoming. They get all the guests involved and do water aerobic, shooting and the evening entertainment. When we went down to the bar all the staff remembered us form our previous visit. The bar staff were also very welcoming and friendly . Some of the staff that really stood out were Baran, Aliriza and Ömer Kaya who looked after us and again nothing was too much trouble. There is a lovely lady that’s makes pancaked made to order in a lovely shaded area next to the pool near the bar. Kubilay works with ANKA Spa Wellness centre, this is on the hotel site, they have some lovely relaxing treatments and an authentic Turkish bath, I had one last year and can highly recommend this. If you fancy it then speak to Kubilay. I have chatted to many of the guests and the overall vibe is that they have really enjoyed there time at the hotel, I did speak to a couple and they said to something had been taken form their room but said it may have been an error by the cleaner but this has not put them of coming back to the hotel in the future. This was the only negative bit of feedback I have had from the guests I have spoken to. Although it’s only a 3 star hotel, I believe it should be more, it’s always clean in the communal areas, the maid comes in and cleans the room and occasionally do something nice on the bed like a display with towels and flower petals. I have based this review on this stay but I have been to this hotel 3 times and have booked for next year. We had never been to Turkey before but we loved the hotel, staff and facility’s that much so we will be a regular to this place in the future. The only bit of negativity if I had to be critical is that some of the rooms are a bit dated in the decor, but it’s spotless and clean and you only sleep in them. This is a family friendly hotel or couples and even good for the elderly, that being said it can be a little hard if you have mobility issues due to some of the ramps. The the hotel manager is always interested in feedback and ways to improve what they offer.
