This was our second time staying at this hotel and once again we were not disappointed thanks to all the lovely staff overseen by Durmus possibly the friendliest Hotel manager i have ever met who simply cannot do enough for you. The Hotel itself is set in beautiful surroundings with fantastic panoramic views and only a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Hisaronu. There is never a shortage of good food to choose from whether it's from the main dinner hall,the pool snack bar or some sweet treats off the lovely Pancake lady in the afternoon. Overall, i can only say good things about this hotel which gives you great value for money and we will be booking for another visit very soon. Highly recomended. Date of stay: October 2024

My wife and I booked our all inclusive holiday here through EasyJet Holidays. On arrival, which was after midnight, there was no welcome drink but on request for a snack we were provided with a salad roll. We had requested a twin room on a high floor but received a double room facing the laundry at the rear of the hotel. I immediately returned to reception and requested to be moved to a twin room, which wasn't available until the following day. However, the following morning we returned to reception and spoke to the manager. He arranged for his assistant, Ayliz, to show us a twin room near the slide pool. She was extremely helpful and arranged for mattress toppers to be fitted to each of our beds. From that point on we were very happy with our accommodation. All the staff at this hotel are very friendly, efficient and can't do enough for you. Kubilay greeted us by name each time he saw us and is a gentleman. The bar staff and waitresses are excellent and very polite. Both the soft and alcoholic drinks are fine and the wines are palatable. The food, in our opinion, is superb and very tasty. There is an array of dishes to choose from and we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Pool towels are provided free of charge and can be changed on a daily basis if required. However, WiFi is only provided free in the reception area and is charged at £2 per day, per device for use throughout the rest of the hotel. We made do, avoiding the additional charge for the WiFi. The short 10 minute walk into Hisaronu is pleasant during October and transport by taxi to Olu Deniz is cheap and convenient. There is lots to do in this beautiful area. In conclusion, we would highly recommend Nicholas Park hotel and we would have no hesitation in holidaying there again in the future.

We decided on a half-term break and were persuaded by the previous reviews. We had a very enjoyable time for our 5 night stay. The hotel staff were very hard working, all areas of the hotel were attended to and very clean. As previous reviews have stated the rooms could do with an update but in saying that the bed was very comfortable and the shower was working well (room 107). The food was plentiful and of a very high standard, plenty of choices. At breakfast there were various egg options with the omelette being my go to. One point here there were queues at times waiting for the omelette to cook, the male chef would have two pans on the go whilst the female would only use one pan??!! The boys running the bar were very efficient and polite, the Effes beer was good quality and my wife enjoyed the cocktails. We were extremely lucky with the weather but found that the main pool was cold! Personally I felt that there were too many loungers around the main pool area, there was difficulty getting to sit down/lie down on them. Wifi is only free around the reception area (£2 per day for your device) and many people gravitated there. I would certainly recommend this hotel and we are already planning for the same time next year!

The hotel is in need of a good overhaul. Some parts look a bit run down and our room was near pool very noisy early mornings people putting towels out on sun beds and talking loudly Beer was like water.no Bacardi in stock and food horrendous. The hotel is in need of a good overhaul. Some parts look a bit run down and our room was near pool very noisy early mornings people putting towels out on sun beds and talking loudly Beer was like water.no Bacardi in stock and food horrendous. I got an egg one day put it on my plate and it slid off the other side as the used that much oil, same with omelette. Reception was very dark and not very helpful only interested in selling spa Too far from shops pubs and town as need taxi all time. Not a good time by 9 of us Won't be back
