I would highly recommend this location to everybody as I had the most amazing time here with friends. The view is stunning and the staff are friendly and helpful. Erol is the man who will get your name on the mountain. The food was delicious and lots of variety. There were lots of healthy options.

“Easy going people”

First impressions were amazing, the view from the hotel and our deluxe room above the main pool and bar area were spectacular. We arrived early on Friday morning and were given our wristbands for all inclusive drinks and food . We left our luggage in reception as our room would not be ready until 2pm. This review is based on our stay and our preferences. We are not hard people to please but like what we like and will offer our honest opinion. The highlight of this hotel for us is definitely the fantastically comfortable loungers around the pool areas and the vista from both pool areas. There are other things we thought were great including the snack bar quite frankly without it, personally we would have struggled to eat 3 meals a day in the main restaurant. Talking about the restaurant Breakfast was served from 7am till 10:30 being early birds we were always down around 7am. There is a fantastic choice of food for breakfast including everything you would want (unless it’s a fry up) the down side to breakfast was anything that was served hot and in the Bain marie was no longer hot it was cold, we learned to stay away from them. You could get fresh made omelets, fruit, salad, pastries etc etc. there were always staff there to take your drinks orders for tea and coffee. There r 2 pools, the bigger one seems to cater more towards the family vibe, smaller one, a bit quieter and intimate. This was definitely the highlight of manaspark for us. The snack bar located by the smaller pool, opens from 2-5pm and we preferred it over the main restaurant. Dinner in the main restaurant is from 7-9.30pm. Food is as u would expect from an all inclusive, repetitive but u can always find something to eat. Entertainment starts about 9-9.30 every night, Erol, head of entertainment is a great guy, friendly, definite asset to the hotel. We did actually enjoy the entertainment that was provided, although it only lasts about an hour and then the place empties quite quickly. Hotel and grounds r beautiful, very instagrammable but scratch below the surface and there r a few issues that need addressed. None of which had any serious impact on our holiday. After sun down there is a distinct lack of lighting on the walkways in every part of the complex, lots of people using there phone lights to see where they were walking. There were no lights in the stair wells within our block making it difficult and potentially dangerous. Both swimming pool lights were turned off at night making them difficult to see, lights on the balconies were turned off automatically around midnight making it impossible to see without a torch. In our room the lighting was very dark. In general the lighting situation was not great. You could only have 1 keycard for your room, I’m guessing this is to stop people from leaving the air conditioning on but it’s annoying. There is a kettle with coffee making facilities no tea bags but I’m sure if you asked for some they would provide. During the day while at the pool the bar was open and served all drinks all day. It’s a bit unfortunate that some of the bar staff, are let’s say uninterested and make you feel like you are putting them out by asking for a daiquiri (strawberry is the best) if you ordered a beer or something else that they did not have to spend any time making they were fine but always seemed naffed off when you ordered a frozen cocktail. There are a few long term staff there that are great including Faruk but there are far to many young lazy work shy students that want to spend more time on the phone to there friends than make a drink for paying guests. The toilets round the small pool are somewhat small and we’re not looked after on a regular basis. Unlike the toilets at the main pool which are lovely. The smaller pool decking is mainly ok we did wonder over to the bigger pool area one day and the decking there is in need of replacement not repair, I’m sure that others think the same and it’s an accident waiting to happen. There is no boss on site and I think that this has an impact on the way things are done, no one there to crack the whip, No leadership and it shows. Upshot would we go back, yes we would but only if it was a great deal that you could not afford to pass up.
