Just returned home from a wonderful family holiday having stayed at Hotel Pine Valley with my mum and two kids this past week. The super friendly staff are so welcoming and can't do enough for you! The hotel's location means you're just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants, shops and a 5 minute drive from the beautiful beach. We visited the Blue Lagoon Beach where we snorkelled and I had beautiful morning run up the Lycian Walk where the views were truly breathtaking. As a family, we took the cable carts to the top of the mountain where we watched the paragliders take to the air, a truly unique experience. The hotel rooms were a great size and extremely clean. The hotel represents great value for money and I will certainly be returning with my family for sure. It was so nice to be treated so well

We stayed at this hotel for October half term 2024 (19th - 26th), this was our first holiday to Turkey and we absolutely loved it! Check in/hotel Check in was really quick and informative, they took all our suitcases up for us (even though we said we’d do it) they wouldn’t let us do a thing. Ibo who was always on reception was always there with a smile and always laughing - his laugh was infectious! Maggie was amazing and anything we needed she sorted it immediately. Even went out her way to show our Son the tortoises. Rooms We stayed in a family room with bunk beds. Very spacious, beds were comfortable. Mini fridge in the room that is chargeable. Safe in the room could be purchased when checking in (£14 for the week). Room was cleaned every day and towels changed daily too. 2 large wardrobes, drawers - so plenty of space for clothes etc and the shower worked really well. My only issue with the room was the bed sheet, it just wasn’t the best and not very big. I did use the thick blanket provided in the wardrobe as that was bigger but this would be a problem in the summer. Food and drinks We always found something to eat at breakfast. There were a selection of cereals, porridge, beans, mushrooms, scrambled egg, toast, fruit etc. There was also freshly made omelettes and pancakes (these were our favourite) The food by the pool was absolutely delicious, especially the chicken baskets!! These were £7.50 and were big portions too that could easily be shared between 2 people. The drinks were really good - loved the cocktails and our boys enjoyed the mocktails and cherry juice! All reasonably priced we found — cocktails priced around £8, shorts (single) around £6 and Efes £3.45. Location The hotel is in a perfect location. It is literally a 5min walk to the local bars, restaurants and shops. There is a hairdressers/beauty shop next door that is very well priced. Although you are close to local amenities, you’re not disturbed by noise. You’re not too far from Olu Deniz and Fethiye either and for 5 of us it cost about £4.50. You could never get bored as there is so much going on. Entertainment As we were there out of season it was a more relaxed vibe but Aguero kept us all entertained and made every effort with every person that stepped through the hotel. He is absolutely hilarious and we can see why everyone loves him! The only problem was he is a Man City supporter but we’re not all perfect! Haha There was karaoke, bingo which was good fun and darts. The pool was gorgeous, although very cold but it is end of October. Didn’t stop our boys jumping in though and the slides were an added bonus!! There was also a kids club that one of our sons used and he really enjoyed himself. There is a games room with a snooker table, football table, table tennis, small play centre and PlayStations. The play stations are £4 for 1 hour or £2 for 30 mins. Yousef was really good with the children in the games room. Staff The staff are what makes this hotel so special and we can see why people return every year. All the staff work so hard and go above and beyond for you. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out their way for you. We had a good laugh with them all. Our favourites to name a few were Aguero, Maggie, Emre, Ercan, Kaan, Ozan, Erhan , Ibrahim (ibo) and Mustafa. Thank you for making our holiday so wonderful. You’re an absolute credit to the hotel and deserve the recognition for your hard work. We’d return to this hotel in a heart beat, especially for the staff!!

Just returned from a 11 day break, on arrival our cases were swiftly picked up by staff, as it was the early hours check in was done very quickly and in our room within 30mins. The room was very small, with a bathroom to match, the shower cubicle was as small as a phone box, needless to say we requested a more suitable room the next day. We were given a 2 bed which was bigger which cost us a further £225, which I felt was steep but paid for it. Breakfast was a buffet but a chef available for freshly cooked omelettes, pancakes or fried eggs, The pool area was very nice and looked recently updated. All the staff were friendly and always there to help if needed nothing is too much trouble for them. The cleaners weren't up to much, they came every day but did bare minimum. This hotel is central, town is 5mns walk and 2mn to Dalmas. I visited the beauty parlour and had a pedicure and chilak nails, this was very cheap and amazing, would recommend a visit! Overall a decent hotel, would not rate 4* though more a 3*

The reception/check in was really easy and quick, the complex is abit of a maze and lots of steps, there is a lift near restaurant/pool. The reception/check in was really easy and quick, the complex is abit of a maze and lots of steps, there is a lift near restaurant/pool. The room itself was dated and the bathroom was not cleaned to our standard but ok. Ghere is sticked fridge, but you yo have yo pay for anything you use and not cheap. We find find the beds extremely uncomfortable very hard. The pool is a highlight, didn't rare tge snack bar meals nit great and drinks overpriced. Mango Spa was superb, we all went gir a Turkish bath and it was one of the best we have had. Hisaronu it was our first time and loved it, different hotel next time. Some great bars and lively places to eat, one of our favourites Alfresco bar, all the guys look after you made to feel really welcome.😊
