Brilliant holiday, staff are lovely, the hotel is so clean, rooms cleaned daily, good food, thank you to entertainer Berkay really made our holiday, will be booking again to re visit very soon, staff were so helpful and really made us feel welcome

Couldn’t ask for better staff! Every one was so helpful and did everything we asked to the fullest! Rooms were very clean and had beautiful views! We had no issues our whole stay and are planning to come back again soon! Thank you to berkay for being amazing !

Our stay at hotel Greenland was an all round good experience. Hotel: lobby clean and welcoming, helpful staff. Pools were clean and plenty of sun loungers. Tip: if you get up late and can’t find a lounger down the bottom pool you will find more up the top pool which is much quieter. The slide was great is is open at selected times (10-12 and 2-4) Also, If you have mobility issues this hotel is generally not for you as it’s situated on a steep hill over the side of a beautiful Mountain although there were some elderly people with mobility difficulties who found their way around well (there are ramps) . The views are incredible! If you are looking to be central to the night life then this hotel is not for you as not walking distance to any shops, clubs or bars. It’s a 5min drive in a taxi which costs 200lira (about £5) each way to hisaronu . The free shuttle to the beach is great - oludeniz is amazing. Expensive food compared to most places. Beds at the private lagoon will set you back £10 a bed. Rooms: spacious (we had a family room of 2 rooms beds are not the most comfortable but that’s my personal preference (a-little 2 hard), air-con is fine but does not get cold enough for me. Dated furniture but we were barely in the room anyway. The room cleaner was amazing! She was the most wonderful person I met there. Our room was cleaned spotless every day and we would have a lovely flower on our bed. (We stayed in room 211) Food: we enjoyed all the food at this hotel. Plenty of selection of breads, salad s, rice, pasta, chips, meats, coffee. Drinks: good size cups, few cocktails. Local spirits. Wine was not that nice in my opinion (white and red not nice but rose was fine). Entertainment: kids club is ok, day time activities were only a few mostly water polo nothing for the kids, the evening entertainment was kids 9pm- 9.30, then either karaoke or we had a night of acrobatics so this could be improved abit. There are ping pong tables and pool tables for the older kids. People were friendly, staff were all helpful and worked hard. All round lovely family holiday. With great memories.

Beautiful surroundings very clean. That's as far as it goes unfortunately. The reception staff are less than helpful and the restaurant staff are like robots, they don't talk, smile greet you, nothing, looks like the restaurant manager has them all terrified. The food is OK, not fab like other tui hotels I've visited, but passable. Berkley is the friendliest person here, he has the toughest job, trying to get people motivated but he's very limited with what he can do..if your looking for day time pool entertainment, this is not for you. Evening entertainment is hit and miss but not the worst. Rooms very small. Had a better time away from the hotel. The jeep safari, id highly recommend, want to find your inner child then do it..water fights between jeeps, stunning views, the canyon, the waterfall FANTASTIC day and a very cheap excursion but the quality of the day is worth so much more, meal included too and only £10 to do zip wire or water rafting and £30 for all the photos taken throughout the day... As you can see I'm more positive about excursion than hotel. No management interaction with guests to see how the holiday is going. Would I come back? Unfortunately no, but what may not suit me, maybe perfect for others. Maybe my expectation was too high as it was a 4* but found out been lowered to 3*, I can honestly see why. Sorry can't be more positive.forgot to say everyone ate their meals in the dark yesturday as electrics went wrong, no apologises from anyone....there's just no interaction, saw a guest asking for lights and the waiter just put his hands up and walked away.
