Spent 10 nights at this Hotel and can honestly state that we really enjoyed it. Good points: fabulous location and the hotel grounds are beautiful taking in mountainous back drops. Pool and area was lovely but pool towels not provided. (Needs addressing). Staff are very helpful and want to thank Ramazan for all of his help in changing our room for us and lugging our luggage. Beds are very comfortable as we're the pillows. Great shower also. Food was very good and I don't understand how people are moaning about it. There was so much choice, yes, I get the breakfast issue but the Hotel has to cater for all nationalities (not just us moaning Brits). We certainly didn't starve. Bar: beer/soft drinks on tap all day long but limited spirits and no cocktails with AI (only downfall). Entertainment was good. I am not one for watching Hotels entertainment but I have to say, it really was extremely good. Free shuttle to sugar beach which is a must. Beauful relaxing area. Staff. All very helpful, thank you. Points for Hotel to consider: Balconies; extremely tiny, no room to sit out and enjoy a drink with friends hence the reason we moved to another room. (Thanks Ramazan). The balconies could be extended but I guess this would coat an awful lot. Pool towels should be provided (Hotel does allow you to use room towel but who wants to use a soggy towel to then shower with until next day towel change). Bar: definately need to include a wider range of drinks for AI plus choice of cocktails. All in all, a great holiday and I and my two friends would definitely recommend this Hotel.

“Lovely hotel, shame the food isn't better.”

Just returned from a lovely 10 nights at the the Alize hotel. My friend and I went to escape the stresses of work, and this certainly did the trick! The rooms were spotlessly clean, with a good bathroom, and comfy beds. Gorgeous outlook of the pool from the balcony, which is probably too small to sit on but enough for drying washing! Staff are all lovely and work very hard, especially the entertainers, who were so nice and fun loving, which made our stay extra special. We joined in with many of the activities, which neither of us would normally do, so credit to them for making us feel comfortable enough to take part! The food could have been better, which was the view of many others we spoke to. In the restaurant nothing was labelled, so much of it was a guessing game. Many plates of various things covered in different coloured sauces. Being a vegetarian, I had to stick with salad for many of my meals, as with some dishes, I could not be sure if they contained meat. There were lots of flies on the cold foods, none of which had covers on. The deserts were always nice though. Breakfast was very random, with things like broccoli, sweetcorn, cauliflower cheese and salad on offer! Thankfully they also offer bread, yoghurt and fruit!. All that said, there was never a time when we could not find something to eat, so we managed fine. The snack bar offered chips, burgers and pizza, but they ran out of pizza on several occasions. The WiFi was often an issue as it kept dropping, meaning you needed to sign in to it many times a day. Often in the room, we could not get a signal at all. During our stay, there was a Turkish bank holiday. This meant the hotel became very busy and this created some issues at mealtimes. There was a noticeable difference in the food that was offered during this time as the quality increased massively and things were suddenly labelled. When the bank holiday was over, the quality went back to how it had previously been, which was disappointing to see and raised the question as to why it could not be like this all the time. Overall though, this is a lovely hotel, very pretty, with a nice friendly atmosphere. Good location for the shops/bars and only a 10 mins walk to the beach.

We had 3 rooms here, I came with my family (5 adults and one baby). I am well travelled and it was definitely one of the best holidays I’ve had. I would like to say thank you to all the staff at Alize. I would recommend this hotel. Pro’s: Super clean in all areas. Room was cleaned daily. Nice rooms, great shower, comfy beds, comfy pillows, aircon worked well. Beautiful plants everywhere, the gardeners do a great job. Amazing friendly and knowledgeable staff, in particular Tony and Emra went above and beyond for us. Plenty of choice with the buffet, tasty fresh food. Entertainment was excellent, we watched the acrobatics show which we really enjoyed. Pool is lush, fresh water, super clean and warm. Excellent location. Con’s: A little noisy at night if you’re looking to get an early night. No cocktails in the evening. Paid for cocktails in the afternoon. No alternative milk options, cows milk only. Tips: TAKE WATER SHOES! You will thank me for this. Take a full face snorkel. Book the boat trip on the strip, it’s the best and cheapest, we paid £20 each for an all day trip stopping at 5 locations with lunch. The rep wanted £25. Go to the water park! It was such a great day. My daughter and her partner went paragliding and loved it - £120 each. Take some food with you on your return home. The food prices at Dalaman airport are utterly extortionate!! I cannot stress this enough - €20 for a McDonald’s meal, €11 for a small basic sandwich, €16 for a Subway. The shops at Fethiye town were Shein/Primark goods at River Island prices, not the best selection either, think Bon Marche style clothes. On a side note, a lot of hotel guests were ripped off by one of the staff named TYSON (see picture) he collected money for a game of bingo and pocketed the cash. We were thankful as the hotel managers were swift to act and dismissed him immediately. We were reimbursed with cocktail vouchers which we were happy with.

We went to alize as part of a large group for my nephew's wedding, The hotel is nice, we found it to be clean, but others in the group had issues, We all had issue's logging in to the WiFi, that was shockingly bad , But my main issue was the food, it was terrible pretty much all meals, cold food, the saving grace was the fresh bread, but that wasn't made there, and the omelette guy in the morning was poss the only guy who could cook There's a small snack place for pizza and burgers, i was served stone cold , over cooked burger, the young man serving food had the same dirty t shirt for 5 straight days, a d stunk of sweat, ot good. Would I go back........ NO.
