Spa center in the hotel was lovely. All of the staff were very friendly, but expecially nas and nil they are sisters. Also Sonia. They went above and beyond. I got the special deal of first day package which set up for the holiday. Then through my week I got a pedicure and manicure which again was so relaxing. Was offered drinks throughout my pamper. Friendly calming vibe which is exactly what it's all about. I would highly recommend 👌 👍 ☺️ . Thank you again for making My first holiday in a long time one to remember.

“4 day break ( desperate for sun 😉 )”

booked with Tui 4 weeks ago, arrived late Thurs 4th July departed Mon 8th July all our reviews are honest so here goes , arrived at reception 2am , first impressions very nice, it’s 4* , some might say 3*+ but we thought it was very worthy of 4* status , got booked in pretty quick, around 10 mins tops, were took to our room, shown how air con worked , guy waited for his tip !!!!! tipped him he left, Room ….. fairly modern, clean, a decent size, double bed (very comfortable as well ) Air Con, worked very well & pretty quiet, room we had was 2206 1st floor, very quiet room, had tea, coffee, mini fridge, free bottled water ( 500ml ) bathroom … compact but had good flush on toilet, shower ( that worked ) sink, hairdryer , Resteraunt …… spacious, clean Breakfast ok, egg station usually had a few in que, boiled eggs, fried eggs or omelettes, usual cheeses, hams etc , frankfurter type sausages , plenty of choice NO COMPLAINTS Lunch…… plenty of choice , chicken, pasta, salad etc, again NO COMPLAINTS Dinner …… we chose to eat around 8:30pm never busy then, plenty of choice, all hot food was hot , there was always chips, ( if you have kids, nuggets etc ) adult choices again very very good , ONLY gripe was the resteraunt staff would clear your plates as soon as you had finished BUT if you left wine on the table while getting a main or desert they took the full glasses away happened 3 times to us 😂 at 11:30 there was soup & bread at poolside bar area , a nice touch ( soup was lovely in resteraunt at dinner to ) Pool Area ….. very clean plenty of beds, in fact to many beds in a confined area you was packed in, we spent all 4 days on the raised roof terrace , beds were comfy as there were cushions on at lest two thirds of the beds , there was also a bigger mid roof terrace, if like us you love the sun the raised top roof terrace is the area for you sun on it all day until 7:45pm in eve Staff …. from cleaners to reception to resteraunt staff , bar staff to management all lovely people to sum up our stay we loved it , would recommend it & particularly room 2206 ( layton or laxton ) can’t rem exact block name sorry We would return for sure lovely 4 day break

I would like to thank all the staff @ aes hotel. Cleaners, who kept our room spotless on a daily basis: the waiting, bar & kitchen staff who bent over backwards to serve you . The food was fantastic! I would like to thank all the staff @ aes hotel. Cleaners, who kept our room spotless on a daily basis: the waiting, bar & kitchen staff who bent over backwards to serve you . The food was fantastic! A great variety 3 times a day every day. To Nil @ Naz who work in roza's Spa who got us the best treatments ever! To our tui reps who were really helpful when something didn't meet our standards, it was swiftly dealt with, with the help of the lovely receptionist Zanab. Fantastic holiday. See you again. From arriving at the AES Club hotel, we were welcomed by the staff at the hotel, the porter was very helpful took our bags to our room, which was soon changed the next day , as our view was a brickwall!! . We were given a room at the back of the hotel (Thank you to the Reception staff especially Elfie?) which so quite with the view of the mountains, perfect ! Rooms are very clean and the double bed is really comfortable, showers good (no shaver plug). We had an issue with the TV (to put music on while getting ready) was sorted that day by maintenance. The food is your normal allinclusive but freashly made buffet every day, if you want al a carte then this is not the hotel for you. The hotel is clean but in so need of updating, very tired looking not a 4 star, but will give 3 star same as TUI. The entainment staff Ozzy, Apou and Boris were amazing, made our holiday cannot express how great they are and looking after all involved, cant remember laughing and chilling so much at an all inclusive hotel, we will be back. Met some great people. This is a very chilled non pretentious hotel. The only negative is, the lifts to the rooms need to be cleaned regular they were disgusting! The lobby lift is perfect, why not do the others ??. The drinks could be put in better tall glasses to give the customer the choice. The bar staff, cleaners, chefs, entertainment work so hard they never stop. The beauty rooms are amazing husband had a fantastic massage and turkish bath. We will be returning but with the family this time. Thank you AES Club Hotel for an amazing relaxed much needed holiday. Thank you to TUI reps who was there everyday with any queries we had.
