Very clean hotel lovely area perfect location at the beach dolmi bus to shops or taxi food a bit relentless only complaint I would make is there is zero entertainment so quite quiet and boring no music at the poolside nothing at night so would I come back here prob not had to go out at night for entertainment staff to me weren't the best reception staff disnt know what we were asking amd were ignorant not enough sunloungers either so no I probs wouldn't come back

This is my third time in Marmaris . The previous 2 stay’s were at the Cettia Beach hotel next door to the this hotel. This hotel prides itself on working with the Cettia but unfortunately it does not compare at all with it. Now the best thing about this hotel is its staff. To say the least they are brilliant, helpful and friendly. Yes room cleaned daily to a good standard. My next comments are for management as well as people on holiday. Firstly, the web site states there are 2 bars. There is only one main bar (by the pool), the second bar is in the restaurant open only at lunch and dinner and mainly for the use of the waiters. Secondly there are not a lot of sun loungers by the pool. And Finally the food is same old, same old every day (needs more variety through the week days). Would I go back probably not

Firstly I would like to say how clean and spotless the hotel is, maids done a very thorough job, cleaned everyday room was very clean, maids left fresh bottled water everyday, we had a sea view which is lovely, food was fine, you won't starve, meats were lovely good choices everyday, also plenty of salads, they do need to sign post where the afternoon snacks are, ie, burgers, chips etc they were freshly cooked to order and are lovely, but a lot of people didn't know about it said they were starving late afternoon as evening meal doesn't start till 7.00, so signs would be good, bar and restaurant staff work very hard and are lovely, couldnt fault them, we did have a bit of a do with the bar/restaurant manager who needs lessons in how to approach people if he thinks they are in the wrong, not march over and put a show on for the entire bar to watch and listen to, we were a family of 7 , there are a couple of disabled with us,my partner only had use of 1 hand so we had a drinks carrier that held 6 drinks, manager said not normal when 6 drinks in it said too much as though all drinks was for him alone, but as bar closes early at 11.00 o'clock we would have 2/3 drinks as we would sit and chat , not rowdy or loud, his attitude just stinks, he just ignored english people, he would sit and chat to Germans and Turkish people or a table of girls on their own, we know this happened because we complained the night before about how flat the lager was, it was flat before you got back to you seat from the bar, we knew it was going to be quite place, but a bit of background music wouldn't go amiss, when we asked the staff to put some on it was not allowed as per manager, could only be on a couple of nights, think he does that so people would go out to get some entertainment which we did ourselves, pool was lovely but could do with putting rubber grips on handrails as cant touch them as get far too hot. even though hotel and working staff are lovely, we would not go back. Would of given more star rating but for the bar manager spoiling things.

On the whole the hotel wasn’t too bad, when we arrived young man on reception took our bags up to the room for us. The rooms as were expected twin beds, very small wardrobe no drawers and a few small shelves. The view we had was spectacular, we were in room 401 it was a corner room and we could see the beach, the sea and out to the mountains. The food was warm and not much variety but the restaurant staff tried their best. Never saw any snacks being done and the choice of drinks at the bar was poor. Overall we got what we needed from the hotel but don’t think we will visit it again. To be honest the rest of our family stayed next door in Cettia beach resort and that was much better. The pool in Tropical beach was lovely and if you are disabled they have a hoist to lower you in
