Excellent little hotel, lovely staff, so polite and friendly without being pushy. Breakfast was included in our stay. Nice selection of fruits, salads, meats and cheese. Fresh yoghurt and cereals. The star attraction was the freshly cooked omelette with a filling of your choice. Rooms are cleaned daily and the pool areas are very pleasant. If you decide to stay for an evening meal then there is a good choice of dishes and a very good price.

The hotel is amazing. Such a beautiful place to stay. Comfortable and friendly. Situated on the beach front; there is a path to walk into Marmaris centre with shops galore and a beautiful harbour. The hotel staff are friendly, polite and caring. The manager is available all the time and makes sure things are running smoothly. The bed was comfortable and the room very nice (402); top floor seats view. The food is very nice; plenty to choose from at breakfast, but also has a snack/lunch and evening meal menu. The whole of the hotel inside and out is very clean. We will be back. Definitely recommend this hotel. In a nice quiet area but 2-5 minutes walk to the busier areas. Thank you to all staff for a lovely, memorable holiday.

My second time staying here and I will be back. The pools are always clean and tidy, every single member of staff are polite, interactive and honestly so welcoming and amazing. The beach front is spotless and clean. The breakfast is always good. With fresh eggs or omelettes cooked to order The rooms are slightly dated and could do with modernising, with tea/coffee facilities in the room also as there isn’t any currently. The mini fridge in the room is very small so there isn’t much you can put in there. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels which was nice. If you have any mobility issues then ask for a lower level room as there is no lift. It was a shame the lights went off and bar was shut by 10pm on most nights, now I understand we came at the end of the season but so many other places had things going on and it was a shame to walk past and see it all in darkness, especially when it would be fantastic for foot trade. Despite the little tweaks that could be done I’ll always return to this hotel. It’s away from the main spotlight of marmaris so if you want something quieter but close enough to walk for the busier areas then i will always recommend this hotel. To all of the staff - thank you for making my holiday such an enjoyable, fun, friendly and full of laughter time. See you next year!

Just home from my second stay at the örsmaris.Please dint let the negative reviews put you off.The hotel is lovely,2 separate pools,1 children's 1 adult only set in gorgeous gardens,at the back of the hotel is the resteraunt with direct access to the beach.The pool areas are very relaxing and very clean.The resteraunt serves some lovely food,I highly recommend the seafood salad 😋.Breakfast is typically Turkish a selection of cheese,olives,salad,salami,eggs,also you can request omelette and fried eggs cooked infront of you.The bar is fully stocked and Miri the barman does the most amazing cheesecake martinis.The sea view rooms are lovely,I would suggest that guests with mobility issues request a 1st floor room,if you want Seaview as the stairs are brutal. Yes the rooms could do with a little spruce up now,but the rooms are clean ,comfortable and very spacious.We checked out early as we did a jeep safari on the day we left,but upon returning to the hotel we were given a room where we could shower and get ready for the flight home.The only downsides were,it's the end of season and the bar closed early,so a few nights we came back around 10pm and the bar was closed and there was no one on reception so we couldn't get water to take to the rooms,(but in high season when I stayed last year the bar was open late) ,and the coffee machine behind the bar takes 15-20 mins to come to life in the mornings,so those wanting a latte or other type of coffee had to wait,which is a pain if you're being picked up for a trip.What would I suggest to the management....well their are fridges in the room but for what? Guests cannot bring food or drink into the hotel,so the fridges are pretty useless,so maybe stock them daily with water and a couple of soft drinks ,that way guests can get a drink if the bar is closed early,also the addition of tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms would be a huge bonus,and very welcoming,But if you do want a lovely small hotel,away from the main bars and the noise then the örsmaris is perfect,nothing is too much trouble for the staff or management.
