Very small Hotel, only 60 rooms, one lift, small Hotel restaurant but larger restaurant attached to Hotel, breakfast not to my husbands taste so bought from attached restaurant every day. 2 full English breakfast and 2 fresh orange juice approx 1000 tl. Very good food, ate here every morning and every afternoon. Pay extra for air con approx £50 for 14 night stay. Drop off at back of Hotel, walk down alleyway, turn right at bottom, Hotel there. Coach driver did take us right to reception. Rooms on small size, bed was a small double, wardrobe, tv, small bathroom, cleaned every day, fresh towels every day, Wi-Fi hit and miss. Small balcony. Small pool to side of Hotel with no parasols, but beach in front for use of Hotel customers with waiter service. Hotel does not provide beach towels so pack your own. Plenty of bars/restaurants in area to suit all tastes, for ‘Brit’ bars to restaurants where you could enjoy a quiet meal. Staff in Hotel/attached restaurant very friendly, lovely staff. Plenty of water sports on offer in the area, water park on main walkway just up from hotel.

Maris beach hotel is a lovely place to stay it's very clean and staff are friendly my only small criticism is the breakfast was the same everyday and not much to choose from and no kettle in the rooms however this wouldn't stop me from returning again and I would definitely recommend it is also situated close to everything you need shops, supermarket, water park, bars and it is a beach front hotel so you only have to walk outside and you are on the beach it has its own restaurant bar and the staff there are amaizing while on the beach front they serve you while you relax and sunbathe just a really nice place to stay overall.

Lovely hotel , rooms very nice , pool small but not needed as you are steps away from the beach. Rooms cleaned everyday if you press the button, so not disturbed if you don't want to be . Lovely hotel , rooms very nice , pool small but not needed as you are steps away from the beach. Rooms cleaned everyday if you press the button, so not disturbed if you don't want to be . We payed for a sea view was stunning. Downside u have to pay if you want to use air conditioning. Breakfast just OK not much choice and same everyday, but always found something to set us up for the day , staff friendly, restaurant attached Lovely and do nice food. Would definitely recommend for the price.

“Great little hotel on the beach”

Just back from a week at the Maris Beach hotel and had a wonderful holiday there. Excellent value for money, especially as we had a room on the top floor overlooking the sea. Amazing view you'd struggle to find for such a good price anywhere else. We enjoyed it so much, we're already looking at booking again later in the year. The room was clean and modern, and the cleaner came every day. It was a little small, but sufficient for the two of us. As some other reviews mention, the beds are quite hard which took a bit of getting used to, and the blankets are thin. We had a couple of days of cooler weather so could've done with a bit more bed covering. The hotel location is great - so many shops, bars and restaurants nearby, as well as the beach itself. We walked around most of Marmaris, and got a taxi or bus nearby if we wanted to go a bit further such as to Içmeler or Turunç (both recommended, especially Turunç). Of course, being so close to some bars, you do get a bit of noise into the night - but being on holiday, you're usually out enjoying the nightlife yourself anyway. Breakfast is basic, but they do offer a few new options each day so you don't really get bored of it. It was enough to set us up for the day. I don't normally need much from hotel staff, but I had a couple of problems on this trip and they went out of their way to help me. So nice to know the staff will look after you if you need it.
